Beautiful resort as always, everyone's having a great time and good vibes. We came for the "O" show by Cirque De Soleil It's a long time (decades) running show. Came back to show the kids this time and they had a blast. We sat row B, splash zone. So up close you can see the performers facial expressions and phew we almost got picked to go on stage. Thank goodness it was "almost" and did it happen lol. This opera theater is just stunning. I would love to stay here one day at this resort. We have a large family and stay at timeshare suites instead for more space and a full kitchen. But we will come back Bellagio! read more

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and, overall, had a mixed experience. The room was clean and had a nice view, which we appreciated. However, the air conditioning did not work properly, which was a major issue... especially during the heat wave! Our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We called to have someone come take a look, and a staff member came up and claimed to have fixed it, but unfortunately, the room never got any cooler during our stay. We also had issues with the online check-in and digital key. When we checked in online, we were assigned a smoking room even though we specifically wanted a non-smoking room. Additionally, the digital key card did not work, so we had to go to the front desk to get physical key cards. While the room itself was clean and the view was nice, the problems with the air conditioning, room assignment, and digital key made our stay much less comfortable and convenient than it should have been. read more

I can't say enough good things about the Bellagio Entertainment Box Office, and especially Alec. My travel companion and I had planned a long-awaited trip to Las Vegas and had purchased tickets to "O" by Cirque du Soleil." Unfortunately, our trip was canceled after my travel companion was denied entry into the United States because of a COVID-era visa issue. During the pandemic, Australia closed its borders, leaving many people--including some visitors--unable to return home. Although the circumstances were beyond our control, the situation ultimately forced us to cancel our vacation. When I called the Bellagio Entertainment Box Office, I was expecting a difficult conversation. Instead, I had the privilege of speaking with Alec. He listened patiently as I explained what had happened, then shared that he had worked for another entertainment company during COVID and had seen performers go through the exact same situation. He immediately understood that this wasn't a simple case of someone overstaying a visa--it was the result of an extraordinary time that affected countless people around the world. Without hesitation, Alec said he understood exactly what we had been through and immediately processed a full refund for our tickets. It wasn't just the refund that left an impression--it was his compassion, empathy, and professionalism. After days of dealing with canceled plans and disappointment, speaking with someone who genuinely cared and treated us with kindness was something I'll never forget. Customer service like this has become all too rare, and Alec is a shining example of what exceptional hospitality should look like. Bellagio is fortunate to have someone like him representing the resort. The one and only time we stayed here on a promotion, they made so many mistakes that we never came back (to stay). But again, this is a great place to visit. 10 American dining options; we have been to 8 of them. 3 Asian dining options, we have been to Yellowtail. 4 French options, we have been to 3 of them. 2 Italian options, we have been to both. 2 Steak houses, we have been to both. Atmosphere - Beautiful public areas. Higher end hotel/casino. Table limits reflect it. The room we stayed in was good. Shows and events; see their website. Service - Fail. The brand new employee/trainee who checked us in took our promotional paperwork, and we usually keep a copy. Of course, this was the first time we did not and there were nothing but issues. And when we checked out, we got double charged. We had to call and have their management team fix it, which took approximately a week. At $400 a night, there should be better service! Price - Expensive! We have not been back to stay, maybe in the future... Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1993. I am not as big of a MGM guest as Caesars', but I am a MGM shareholder. As you venture farther into the resort, you discover the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, where oversized animal sculptures are artfully crafted from flowers and plants. Visitors crowd around the displays, captivated by their beauty and eager to capture the perfect photograph. Sunlight filters through the glass ceiling overhead, illuminating the space and enhancing its dreamlike quality. The conservatory feels miles away from the energy and noise of the Strip...an oasis of tranquility that is both calming and restorative. For a moment, it seems as though you have been transported from the excitement of Las Vegas into a peaceful, private sanctuary. Later that evening, I had the opportunity to experience the Bellagio Fountains, and they truly lived up to their reputation. I've been here before in my pre-Yelp days when my stay was "paid for" with a nice fountain view suite. I recently visited and paid for my own stay. The Bellagio is a nice property. But, there are better hotel properties out there. My room was a small dinky little room with a king bed. The hotels I've stayed at recently are larger with suites and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Check in as a Bonvoy Elite allowed me to go to the VIP line, which seemed to get me nothing. After giving the guy a sandwich, all I got was a "Staywell" room with a swimming pool view. The other properties give me more without a sandwich. Maybe the check in guy didn't want to work. I came back later and spoke to the VIP check in folks and they invited me into the back room for complimentary soft drinks, water, and snacks. Your mileage may vary depending on who helps you. As mentioned, my room was small. It was comfortable. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were privately labeled by Bellagio. If you can read the fine print, one of them was made in China. The gym is located on the first floor is temporary. They had horrible hours, closing at 7PM. They are equipped with lots of cardio equipment and weight machines. It is a good gym, if it meets your schedule. It didn't meet mine. It was an okay property. I've been to better in the past few years. read more

This 5 star review is for everyone except for Lester who was just a headache in member services lol ... I had a great experience at Bellagio. The staff was friendly, the property is beautiful, and the iconic atmosphere makes it a great place to stay. The décor is elegant down stairs and so are the hallways. That said, for me, nothing quite compares to the Wynn. Bellagio is a classic, but the rooms feel a little dated, and the hotel has a much busier, more crowded feel than some of the other properties where I usually stay. One of the best hotels I've been to on the strip (and duh, this is extremely well kept and just an iconic hotel). My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 days at a very good price (why we went on the trip in the first place) and the staff was overall very kind. Hospitality is top-tier here. Want to give a major shoutout to Kiflom for helping us check-in and when we had issues with our card. He was super kind and extremely efficient. The fountain view room we had was incredible. Absolutely worth the upgrade. We also thought that the room service was great, too. Can't go wrong with Bellagio. Right in the middle of the strip, next to the Forum Shops, and has great things to do inside the hotel. read more

Recently I attended a conference and had multiple days at the Bellagio. This included both having a room there and being within the conference centers themselves. It's a wonderful hotel that has plenty to do, including shopping, restaurants, shows, and of course casino. I particularly enjoy this hotel because they do a great job of keeping it updated, clean, and making sure that you're kept busy while on the property. They also have a lot of great restaurants and you can change it up regularly enough to not get bored if you're there for a short period of time. They are located in the middle of the strip which makes it easy to get to most other places nearby without much hassle. They also have one of the bridges that crosses over to the other side of the road directly linked to their hotel. Price is here also very reasonable for the rooms, considering all the amenities and items that you get with the price. You will have to pay extra for parking, and of course the resort fee which is standard in the state. Overall: A A very solid choice for a hotel stay or just for entertainment and food while you're on the strip. Definitely give this a consideration if you're staying in the area. read more

Normally we stay at Caesars property. First time staying at MGM properties and I have to say, Bellagio is really nice. The self check in kiosk is located on the table. You feed the machine with a blank card and it spits your room key card! When you enter the elevator, there's a line, you'll need to tap your room card to trigger the elevator then tap again once you're in the elevator to press your floor button. The rooms were quite large. Wide entry way, huge bathroom with double sink and the shower was so long. The negative would be the sensor fridge. I would rather have an empty mini fridge to store items than to have the fridge full of unusable items. Vegas gets so hot and all you have is an ice bin. Also lack of outlets. The clock on the dresser has a type c and usb plug. However, we found hidden wall outlets on the side of the bed behind the wall accents and around the room. The curtains/drapes are with a touch of a button and all electric. The safe is inside the closet. The closet is deep with motion sensor. The air quality is clean in this casino, lots to do and the conservatory is a must see every season. read more

This is one of the best hotels in Vegas. Along with the cleanliness and attractions (fountain), it offers seasonal flower arrangements that change often. Everything is made of flowers which makes it smell amazing! The whole hotel smells good actually! There is a chocolate shop with lattes and homemade desserts, many shops, and a gorgeous pool. The shopping is pretty high end here. Many stores were out of my tax bracket lol. Buttt they are still super fun to walk in and look at their displays. I am not overly impressed with the Bellagio. There were not any restaurants or bars in this hotel that I was interested in visiting. The room was quite spacious; however, the bathroom did not live up to the "spa" expectations. The toilet was either rusted or dirty as there was yellow discoloration...not a pleasant appearance. For the price, I would expect a more modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Likely will not book another stay unless there is no occupancy at the other hotels on the strip. read more

Negative: I took out two sodas from the minibar to make room for food I bought. Even though the sodas were put back, I got charged because they had been moved. Parking is $25 I believe, but if you're a pearl member and up you get to park for free. We were meeting at the Cosmo so I looked at hotels that were close by and surprisingly for me this had the best rate among the 3 hotels I compared it to so I chose to stay here. Checking in, the lobby was a madhouse of people but checking in on the app was great- saved a ton of time and I got my room quickly. The room itself was nice. Clean, bright, modern, and spacious. However, it was a long walk through the casino to get to the room elevators. This is certainly my favorite hotel lobby of the most famous hotels on the strip, it's gorgeous. I love the ceiling decorations with flower accents, and they have a themed garden/art exhibit that changes depending on the season. When we went in Jan it was lunar new year themed, and the detail on the garden decorations is just stunning! I also like the aesthetic of the hotel itself, it's just pretty. Like pretty much all other hotel lobbies though, it's a total smokeshow in the casino area (seriously, at what point will they finally ban indoor smoking in these hotels? Bellagio Casino is an upscale casino and resort. They have a good number of restaurants and shopping options. Their tables have higher minimums compared to downtown casinos. We stayed several nights at a lovely corner room. We found it to be well-taken care of: the mattress, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. Water-pressure in the shower was good. The soaking tub was big. And, we had a handy remote to open and close the curtains. All-around enjoyable stay! Their pool area is beautiful and chairs were plentiful. Finally, their parking lot is huge and we had no trouble finding a parking spot. We are definitely staying at Bellagio again. First time staying at Bellagio. It was fun and a little over the top. Perfect location on the Strip. We walked to Aria, Cosmo, and Caesars was just across the bridge in the other direction. The room was lovely. Only issue (with every MGM hotel) - no coffee maker. Go get that Starbucks (if you must) downstairs in the morning! Great views, and hysterical switch to close the draperies. We went when the pools were closed for refurbishment, as well as the Fountains. So no luck there. Cue the ending scene from, "Ocean's 11" and you have a tiny glimpse of the water show in front of the Bellagio. The hotel is enormous and beautiful. There are several ways to travel there including the monorail (exit at the Flamingo & walk through), taxi and uber. Valet Parking is $40. Self parking for hotel guests is around $18. Nevada residents get three hours free parking. The water show is spectacular. We watched from both sides and in the middle. Different music plays depending where you are standing. The hotel is accessible by elevators and ramps. There are several restaurants including Spagos, La Cirque, Noodles & The Buffet at Bellagio. The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is Instagram heaven. The glass ceiling is also worth seeing. A piano player sometimes plays near the front lobby. We visited several evenings. Each time we saw people dressed up as characters in front of the hotel. My favorite was Batman. My least favorite was a creepy clown. All of them expect a tip. If you say you don't have cash, they will tell you they take Venmo. There are tons of slots machines and tables. If you stay at the hotel, book the highest room possible, facing the strip. The check in line was crowded. There are lots of self checkout kiosks. This place is worth visiting. read more
