Love this hotel, casino and mall. Its always a destination for fine dining and shopping for luxuries when we're in town. First shopping, then drinks and dinner. Then we walk thru Conservatory, then a little gambling. But fortune wasn't on the cards for this night. So we moved on. But already looking forward to next time we visit!
I have stayed at the Bellagio before and have always had a great experience, which is why this stay was especially disappointing. I originally tried to book a king room for two nights, September 18-20, through the MGM app, but the app was not working. I ended up calling the hotel directly, and the reservation was booked for me over the phone. After a seven-hour drive from San Diego, my husband and I arrived around 10:00 p.m. Since check-in is around 3:00 p.m., I assumed our room would be ready and there wouldn't be any issues. When we checked in, the front desk agent told us we would be getting a room with two queen beds. I explained that I had reserved a king. She then walked away without explaining where she was going or what she was doing. I later realized she was trying to find another room for us, which I appreciated, but it would have been nice to simply communicate that instead of leaving us standing there wondering what was going on. About five minutes later she came back and said she had a king room available, but it was a smoking room. We agreed to take it. She then walked away again without explaining anything. We were given a room on the 22nd floor, room 086. Once inside, my husband poured me a glass of water. When I went to drink it, I realized the glass was cracked and chipped along the rim. Thankfully I noticed before cutting my lip, but that was very concerning. Unfortunately, the room itself was also uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were very flat. I have stayed at Bellagio before, and one of the things I always remembered was how comfortable and soft the beds were. This time was completely different. My husband and I both woke up with back pain after getting very little sleep. I also woke up with several bites on my arms and legs. I cannot say for certain whether they came from something in the room or from mosquitoes, but it was still concerning and added to an already uncomfortable stay. We checked out around 5:00 a.m. and explained everything to the front desk. The employee contacted a manager, and the manager did compensate us for one night, which I appreciated. I'm thankful that management addressed part of the issue, but for a hotel with the reputation and price point of the Bellagio, I expected much better--especially when it comes to room cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and communication at the front desk. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, because my previous stays at Bellagio were much better. It should of been a great weekend since we were celebrating our 24 year anniversary
9/30/26. They have two shows related to water here: the Cirque de Soleil O water based show. It's one of the most acclaimed shows and it's right here at the Bellagio and there are free daily water shows at the front also starting at 1500 daily for about 5-10 minutes every hour. Ofc they have a casino and hotel and lots of shopping and lots of high end shopping. Plus the new 3rd Hello Kitty cafe in Nevada just opened inside the Bellagio 2 weeks ago.
My favorite hotel when I'm in town. The shops, the location and the food that is available in the hotel is great.
The Bellagio Hotel is one of my favorite hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. I have frequently visit the conservatory, the restaurants, and convention ballrooms. The Bellagio Hotel is not only beautiful, the team members here are very helpful and nice!
Time to link all my photos from all my previous visits. Quality/Quantity - Great to visit, not great to stay. The one and only time we stayed here on a promotion, they made so many mistakes that we never came back (to stay). But again, this is a great place to visit. 10 American dining options; we have been to 8 of them. 3 Asian dining options, we have been to Yellowtail. 4 French options, we have been to 3 of them. 2 Italian options, we have been to both. 2 Steak houses, we have been to both. Atmosphere - Beautiful public areas. Higher end hotel/casino. Table limits reflect it. The room we stayed in was good. Shows and events; see their website. Service - Fail. The brand new employee/trainee who checked us in took our promotional paperwork, and we usually keep a copy. Of course, this was the first time we did not and there were nothing but issues. And when we checked out, we got double charged. We had to call and have their management team fix it, which took approximately a week. At $400 a night, there should be better service! Price - Expensive! We have not been back to stay, maybe in the future... Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1993. I am not as big of a MGM guest as Caesars', but I am a MGM shareholder. And I am slowly frequenting your hotels and casinos more often.
Was here for a conference. They had a room rate for the hotel for the conference-goers, and while not cheap as some of the surrounding venues, it was convenient and you can charge things to the room. Yes, expensive like any resort and the fees - $20/day for parking as a guest if you have a car, $55? for the resort fee daily, and a litany of different charges if you take toiletries or anything out of the minibar (which didn't keep much cold). The room was missing tissues (had to ask cleaning staff for it since that slot was empty) and lacked enough outlets to charge more than three devices (I had to unplug a light in a two-queen room...hm). Plenty of pillows, though, on the beds. I've been in better, more comfortable rooms, but it was serviceable. Good thing is, in Vegas, you're not likely to be in your room much other than to drop things off and clean up / get a nap in. The hotel itself - a bit of old school feel with the beautiful fountains (every 30min or 15min from 8p-12a?) on the half/quarter hours, and the giant Chihuly glass sculpture. A chocolate fountain that used to be the biggest in the world (maybe second now?), a number of good restaurants (Prime, Le Cirque, Carbone, etc.) but for the price, I could get better for cheaper in NYC so probably spoiled from that. The pools are great, and the decorated hall that changes seasonally is a sight to behold - lots of good photo ops there when it's morning and fewer people about. It's a ton of walking just inside which was healthy - and not always easy to get from point to point. Sometimes areas are closed off and you have to go all the way around. Some spots close early, others stay open 24-7. Cool lounges (one "secret" one) and tables are on the more expensive side (some $25 but odds against you like triple zero roulette, or 5/4 payout blackjack) and slightly better odds with higher minimums ($50/$100+ tables). Lots of slots but not the same rush with the pull slots of yore - a lot of touch screens and people just hanging out at the tables. I did like the service, generally - super friendly folks at the check-in helping me with digital card to physical card, picking up a players card, cashiers cage help, table questions, bartenders, cleaners, and more - all super friendly. The Uber/car pickup spot downstairs with the bus drop off is hot and moderately uncomfortable. Nice walkway to Aria shuttle/Vdara/Cosmo, though. Convenient to get to even more entertainment, food, and drinks. Conference spaces - a lot of rooms and ability to split up. A/C was nice and chill. Didn't throw much in for complimentary food, and often ran out of water during the conference daytime sessions. They needed someone to go around checking that more. Small edit: Love the fact that someone is reading this and taking feedback seriously. That's a great sign of customer service when it's accepting the bad feedback, getting it to the right folks, and then not trying to put the blame on someone else. That notches up a star right there for the service side, nicely done, Felicia.
I believe staying at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino is a bucket-list dream for people worldwide, not just in the US. I'm so happy to have finally checked it off my list! It definitely lives up to its 5-star reputation. Spotless rooms, amazing amenities (The bath salt was my absolute favorite), and top-notch service from the wonderful staff. On top of that, watching the iconic fountain show was absolutely spectacular. It was such a magical highlight of my trip!
Where millions of dollars budgeted every year for their flower conservatory, thousands come watch the famous water fountain show and exclusive Chihuly glass sculptures throughout. Now almost 30 years, still luxurious, still a Vegas icon and fitting for the 1000th review.
I've been here before in my pre-Yelp days when my stay was "paid for" with a nice fountain view suite. I recently visited and paid for my own stay. The Bellagio is a nice property. But, there are better hotel properties out there. My room was a small dinky little room with a king bed. The hotels I've stayed at recently are larger with suites and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Check in as a Bonvoy Elite allowed me to go to the VIP line, which seemed to get me nothing. After giving the guy a sandwich, all I got was a "Staywell" room with a swimming pool view. The other properties give me more without a sandwich. Maybe the check in guy didn't want to work. I came back later and spoke to the VIP check in folks and they invited me into the back room for complimentary soft drinks, water, and snacks. Your mileage may vary depending on who helps you. As mentioned, my room was small. It was comfortable. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were privately labeled by Bellagio. If you can read the fine print, one of them was made in China. The gym is located on the first floor is temporary. They had horrible hours, closing at 7PM. They are equipped with lots of cardio equipment and weight machines. It is a good gym, if it meets your schedule. It didn't meet mine. It was an okay property. I've been to better in the past few years.
Recently I attended a conference and had multiple days at the Bellagio. This included both having a room there and being within the conference centers themselves. It's a wonderful hotel that has plenty to do, including shopping, restaurants, shows, and of course casino. I particularly enjoy this hotel because they do a great job of keeping it updated, clean, and making sure that you're kept busy while on the property. They also have a lot of great restaurants and you can change it up regularly enough to not get bored if you're there for a short period of time. They are located in the middle of the strip which makes it easy to get to most other places nearby without much hassle. They also have one of the bridges that crosses over to the other side of the road directly linked to their hotel. Price is here also very reasonable for the rooms, considering all the amenities and items that you get with the price. You will have to pay extra for parking, and of course the resort fee which is standard in the state. Overall: A A very solid choice for a hotel stay or just for entertainment and food while you're on the strip. Definitely give this a consideration if you're staying in the area.
Beautiful resort as always, everyone's having a great time and good vibes. We came for the "O" show by Cirque De Soleil It's a long time (decades) running show. Came back to show the kids this time and they had a blast. We sat row B, splash zone. So up close you can see the performers facial expressions and phew we almost got picked to go on stage. Thank goodness it was "almost" and did it happen lol. This opera theater is just stunning. I would love to stay here one day at this resort. We have a large family and stay at timeshare suites instead for more space and a full kitchen. But we will come back Bellagio!
I stayed at Bellagio again and had to redo my initial review. This time I stayed in the Penthouse fountain view. Let me just say this is the best room I have stayed in during my entire Las Vegas visits. Let's start off with the Fountain View a free show that had the music on the TV synchronized with the show is the icing on the cake. The room was huge. It was perfect for our week long stay. It comes with a full dining area perfect for room service or take out from another restaurant. The room also has a living room and three restrooms. A tub with a strip view and a steam room! The only downside was the Spa and gym are under construction. However, that did not take away from our recent experience. Also two of the three toilets has a bidet in them which made the entire stay a 30/10. They do also offer a turn down service. For your next visit I highly recommend staying in the Fountain View Penthouse Suite. You will not regret it.

Came over to go to the Guerlain store and then dinner, the Flower Garden display is so beautiful ! The lobby is decorated with flowers of all types with wood branch statues of deer and other animals. It was inevitably crowded with everyone milling about and admiring the displays and taking photos, but it is definitely worth going to see! I haven't stayed here in a long time but the hotel itself is quite gorgeous; the big fountain outside on the Strip has a 'show' at night, and the entire experience reminds me of european hotels like Villa D'Este on lake Como. read more

This place is stunning! The structure is beautiful. There is dining, a casino, shopping and Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and don't skip the beautiful fountain in front. We watched the O CIRQUE DU SOLEIL show here as well. A great experience! read more
This hotel is so beautiful and everytime I visit Las Vegas this is a must! For the most photogenic spot in Vegas and stunning lobby...I never miss coming here. The garden changes every season, and it feels like you are transported to a fantasy land. This is my dream hotel to stay at one day so that I can watch the water show at the comfort of my own room. read more
One of the best hotels I've been to on the strip (and duh, this is extremely well kept and just an iconic hotel). My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 days at a very good price (why we went on the trip in the first place) and the staff was overall very kind. Hospitality is top-tier here. Want to give a major shoutout to Kiflom for helping us check-in and when we had issues with our card. He was super kind and extremely efficient. The fountain view room we had was incredible. Absolutely worth the upgrade. We also thought that the room service was great, too. Can't go wrong with Bellagio. Right in the middle of the strip, next to the Forum Shops, and has great things to do inside the hotel. read more
This 5 star review is for everyone except for Lester who was just a headache in member services lol ... I had a great experience at Bellagio. The staff was friendly, the property is beautiful, and the iconic atmosphere makes it a great place to stay. The décor is elegant down stairs and so are the hallways. That said, for me, nothing quite compares to the Wynn. Bellagio is a classic, but the rooms feel a little dated, and the hotel has a much busier, more crowded feel than some of the other properties where I usually stay. Even so, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Las Vegas experience read more

What A beautiful exciting place to spend a anniversary! This was our 10 year and we were treated like royalty. From the front check in staff, to the in room service and our outstanding view of the iconic Fountains from our room. The choreographed water and music show as we ate dinner front and center at Carbone Riviera an upscale Italian seafood focused restaurant was phenomenal!! Play video on the 1st pic! read more

Normally we stay at Caesars property. First time staying at MGM properties and I have to say, Bellagio is really nice. The self check in kiosk is located on the table. You feed the machine with a blank card and it spits your room key card! When you enter the elevator, there's a line, you'll need to tap your room card to trigger the elevator then tap again once you're in the elevator to press your floor button. The rooms were quite large. Wide entry way, huge bathroom with double sink and the shower was so long. The negative would be the sensor fridge. I would rather have an empty mini fridge to store items than to have the fridge full of unusable items. Vegas gets so hot and all you have is an ice bin. Also lack of outlets. The clock on the dresser has a type c and usb plug. However, we found hidden wall outlets on the side of the bed behind the wall accents and around the room. The curtains/drapes are with a touch of a button and all electric. The safe is inside the closet. The closet is deep with motion sensor. The air quality is clean in this casino, lots to do and the conservatory is a must see every season. read more
This place lived up to its expectations. From the 150$ voucher to the quick reception service, this place is an excellent stay for sure. Updated rooms, very clean, very luxurious and fine all around. Only part I wasn't excited about was the breakfast at the buffet, but it is a buffet so the bar can't be set too high. Great experience all around! read more

Such a gorgeous, pristine, and clean casino with a stunning and rotating indoor garden along with the fountain show out front and beautiful glass throughout the lobby area. The World's largest flowing chocolate fountain is here as well. So many cool sights to see along with things to do. A must for locals and visitors alike! read more

Always my favorite hotel and casino. Bellagio surprises me every time I visit this place. Bellagio changes four times a year. I appreciate the Bellagio Hotel and Casino and its staff for this magical garden open to the public. read more
The Bellagio has always been a great place to stay on the strip. Plenty of shopping, excellent rooms, clean and spacious. So many dining options for any taste. The aesthetics are amazing. This is one of the best hotels in Vegas. Along with the cleanliness and attractions (fountain), it offers seasonal flower arrangements that change often. Everything is made of flowers which makes it smell amazing! The whole hotel smells good actually! There is a chocolate shop with lattes and homemade desserts, many shops, and a gorgeous pool. The shopping is pretty high end here. Many stores were out of my tax bracket lol. Buttt they are still super fun to walk in and look at their displays. beautiful ambiance, loved the garden. So many restaurants & loved the water show that happens every 15 min. It felt nice to cool off inside as it was about 111 degrees out there omg. Over all such a lovely hotel/casino. Loved sightseeing here. read more

PROS: this is one of the best hotels in the city! This looks like an Italian palace with a must-see fountain! Inside looks elegant and has a safari with fake animals and bougie stores. Staff is nice, place is clean, and rates are good CONS: it gets congested around the front door for cars OVERALL: be mindful of the traffic you'll face. Other than that I recommend staying here. Positive: Clean, big room and centrally located hotel. I loved their toiletries even though I don't like big refillable bottles. They also allowed me to check in early for no extra fee. Negative: I took out two sodas from the minibar to make room for food I bought. Even though the sodas were put back, I got charged because they had been moved. Resort fee is $65 is ridiculous; these are standard services that are provided and not worth that high of a fee. read more

This is certainly my favorite hotel lobby of the most famous hotels on the strip, it's gorgeous. I love the ceiling decorations with flower accents, and they have a themed garden/art exhibit that changes depending on the season. When we went in Jan it was lunar new year themed, and the detail on the garden decorations is just stunning! I also like the aesthetic of the hotel itself, it's just pretty. Like pretty much all other hotel lobbies though, it's a total smokeshow in the casino area (seriously, at what point will they finally ban indoor smoking in these hotels? It's disgusting and I have asthma, it's a strong deterrent that makes me want to leave for fresh air as quickly as I can). read more
