A cute little closet/getting ready area.

I mean...how cute is this little hotel? If you want to stay in the heart of the strip comfortably for less, this is the place. But the real draw is how sweet the owners are. You literally feel like you're family. Both husband and wife are lovely. You can tell how proud they are of their first hotel endeavor. The bed is big with comfortable linens. Very comfortable and bright design. There's a place up front that has breakfast and lunch but don't think there's room service. Coffee in registration after 7A. Good Wifi. Good amenities in the bathroom though less counter space. My main critique would be the lack of charger next to the bed. There was some sort of plug in the side lamp but that didn't work for me. Overall, lovely stay. Recommend!

(My review is also posted on Google) When my flight home got cancelled, i decided to get a room for the night at the Nirvana Hotel rather than having to pay to extend my stay at Mandalay Bay. I had seen a YouTube review about this place by JacobsLifeInVegas, so i knew it would be decent. But honestly this was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Plus probably the only strip hotel to include a mini fridge for personal use. It's just a quick walk from Nirvana to Mandalay Bay or Luxor. It even offers some pretty good views of the strip. Plus a zen garden. You can tell this building is old, and that it was originally built to be a motel, but the current owners have definitely put a lot of effort into making this place a quant, clean and safe place for visitors not looking to spend an arm and a leg.

Close enough to the action but far from the chaos. Quiet. Breakfast delivered to your door. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay was short and I was out in the early AM. The room was as comfy as could be. Itsmelled good due to some fresh eucalyptus. plenty of toiletries and the AC worked well. Old School block walls!!! so Quiet. Close to a liquor store. Close to the airport. perfect location for my trip. great folks.

Newly Renovated hotel close to the airport with a zen garden and lots of special touches. New owner is delightful and eager to please. Breakfast was delivered to the room in a super cute picnic basket with breads, fruit, eggs and juice.

My husband and l stayed only for a night but it was enough to leave a great impression that we'd come back. We were greeted warmly by the staff especially the owner Sandy. She let us know that if we needed anything to let them know and that breakfast would be delivered in the morning. She introduced us to the chef named Alon who runs the onsite foodtruck named Blvd Eats/Shishlik Grill. He invited us back for happy hour to enjoy pizza and wine in the zen garden. The room was cozy and clean. It being a newly updated hotel, the mattress and linens were new. Nice plush robes were available with a lovey accent eucalyptus branch tucked in. I loved the added touches throughout the room and bathroom as well. We returned to partake in happy hour and requested a whole pizza with white wine. We sat in the peaceful zen garden while enjoying music playing while eating our pizza which was by the way, delicious! We retreated back to our room for the night. We slept soundly and breakfast was brought to us by their chef in a cute basket. A variety of appetizing items were delivered and the best were the delectable eggs that just seemed to taste better than your usual hotel eggs. This came with perfectly seasoned potatoes and slices of bacon. We were offered to pick up fresh coffee if wanted. Overall, the stay, food and hospitality were above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

    Nice quality robes

After a long flight, stepping into Nirvana was so peaceful and I felt instantly relaxed. My fiancé and I didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities.

We optioned for the only rooms left 2 queen beds. Disappointing. When we finally got a room, after going back to the front desk, another person told us that the rooms WERE ready; however, there was still no king bed. He said he would comp our self-parking. (I rolled my eyes privately) (jump ahead......did NOT work when we drove out of parking to 40.00.). Restaurants were wonderful. All the services there were very good. LOUD. Really LOUD throughout the hotel. Food was wonderful, but yelling to speak to table guests. If you want to be in a nightclub for 24 hours, this is your place. But...at some point, maybe in the restaurants......lower the music a bit.

We waited over an hour to check in only to be told our room isn't ready yet and they would call us. Well we never got the call. We decided to use the pool while we waited. 6 hrs later still no phone call or text so we went back to the front desk to check and was told our room has been ready for awhile but we never got the call. So we would've waited for no reason. Good thing we're local and has a car. I can only imagine how stressful it would've been had we been visiting from out of town and have no car. I guess we would've checked our bags in bell desk if that's the case. Once we got our room it was beautiful! We had a good size bathroom, separate living room and balcony. The bathroom has a jacuzzi jet altho I was too tired from activities to use it. I just took a quick shower and hit the bed exhausted each nite lol The amenity is great! Long walk thru the casino and had to go upstairs 3 floors to get to the pool entrance but at least the pool provides complimentary cold water and towels. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots of slots machines, video poker machines, table games. Lots of bars to choose from. Their main attraction seems to be the chandelier bar which have millions of Swarovski crystals. Definitely a photo opp! We ate mainly at the convention room since this was a work event and the banquet staffs gave superb service. I even made friends with a few staffs. One of the staff member brought us a bowl of berries since I made a joke about my hubby always looking for berries lol sadly I forgot his name. Our company also booked our excursions as well which was attending the "O" show complete with open bars, dune buggy in the desert and party at Vanderpump nite club and pool. See why I was exhausted? Lol We had a blast tho. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Hopefully next time there won't be a mix up with parking and shorter line at checked in. My only disappointment was that we didn't get to try their buffet, Wicked Spoon. I was hoping for ayce crab legs lol

I stayed at this resort a whole business week for a professional conference. I booked 2 months in…read moreadvance because I was selected to be a speaker/presenter at the conference. When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. Venetian is my new LAS VEGAS GO-TO Resort!

Our stay fell short of expectations due to a series of maintenance and housekeeping issues that…read moredetracted from what could have been a comfortable experience. Upon arrival, the first red flag was visible mold spotting on the bathroom mirror--an unappealing start that raised immediate concerns about the room's overall cleanliness. That concern was validated when we discovered stray hairs left in the bathtub, clearly indicating the bathroom had not been properly sanitized before our check-in. The room's technology was equally frustrating. The television suffered from persistent buffering, with a loading circle interrupting playback at random intervals, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any programming. Additionally, the wireless charging pad on one of the bedside tables was non-functional--a small but annoying inconvenience in an age where we rely on bedside charging. On the environmental side, the room was woefully under-lit. Despite its generous square footage, the existing lamps and overhead fixtures created a dim, cave-like atmosphere that made unpacking and reading difficult. The refrigerator was set too warm, failing to keep our perishables chilled, and the ice machine was either broken or entirely out of ice, which was a disappointment for a group hoping to cool down after a long day. For a suite advertised to accommodate six people, the storage planning was perplexing. The room itself was spacious enough to host a small gathering, yet luggage space was extremely limited--there were no proper luggage racks or benches, and the closet contained only a single robe for six guests. Cabinetry for clothing was also scarce, forcing our group to live out of suitcases on the floor, which cluttered the already dim space. Navigating the room itself was awkward, with a confusing layout that made it hard to find light switches and outlets. Worse, the room was located at the far end of a labyrinthine hallway, requiring an exhausting amount of walking just to reach our door each evening--something that should have been mentioned at check-in, especially for a larger group. Overall, while the bones of the room are good, the execution in cleanliness, functionality, and guest-ready preparation was severely lacking. With better lighting, working appliances, proper storage, and a thorough deep-clean, this space could be wonderful. As it stands, I would not recommend this room for families or groups without significant improvements first.

There's a separate check-in area for The Reserve which I really liked. It was not crowded at all. Upon checkin, they gave me a coconut macaroon which was amazing! I did like that special touch. There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

Employees that looked like they're tired of dealing with the multiple guest issues week after week. I don't blame them. $15+ 6-5 Blackjacks, 3-zero roulettes and slots you lose 15% of whatever you bet. Offer less while charging more is a great business strategy. Speaking of location this place is in a very good location putting many establishments within a short walk or inexpensive rideshare. This is one of those hotels where there is plenty to do within the walls of the hotel........except gambling. There is no casino in this hotel as with many hotels and I enjoyed that aspect. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.
