When I am paying $$$ for a luxury hotel stay, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a Keurig or Nespresso machine in the room to provide basic coffee and tea. I'm sure it has to do with funneling money into concessions by forcing guests to get coffee at one of the merchants downstairs. This is really my only gripe. So with that out of the way... Check-in was very easy. My room was ready about 45 minutes before check-in. Staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. I had a Sphere view room on the 26th floor. Very pleased with the view! I probably wouldn't spring for Sphere view a second time but it was nice to have for my first stay there. I appreciated the extra safety measure of having to "card in" to go to the elevator to the rooms. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The room is more like a studio apartment with no wall or door to divide between sleeping and living space. The bed was comfortable. Two large TV's - one in the common/living space and one in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large, clean, and had plenty of towels. Appreciated the seated vanity. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but this seems to be normal for pretty much all hotels. They seem to have good soundproofing because not once did I hear any neighbors, no people noises from the hallway, and no doors to other rooms closing loudly. The hotel is huge. Initially it feels overwhelming but you quickly figure out how to get around. Lots of helpful signage. Casino is spacious, clean, and very well ventilated. People were smoking but I didn't smell it. Games are unsurprisingly tight. There is a massive amount of dining options. I had several outstanding meals. I heard a lot about how expensive Vegas is but coming from the Bay Area I felt like the dining prices were about the same, if not less in some instances. Pro tip: There's a Walgreens just outside the hotel where you can get water and other sundries for much less than inside the hotel. The mall was more of a touristy thing. Aside from Louis Vuitton, I didn't see anything that compelled me to want to shop. I did like the feeling of being "outdoors". I appreciated that pretty much everything you want or need is within the Venetian. Unless you have some outside attraction to go to, you can literally stay within the hotel and be satisfied and entertained. Leaving was so simple. Check-out is available online. There's a queue with endless taxis to take you wherever you want to go. As expensive as this hotel can be, I would be hard pressed to stay somewhere else while in Vegas.

Response Time: N/A Professionalism: N/A Date: 5/1/26 Dissertation: Walking through here is basically what happens when a shopping mall gets a trust fund, studies abroad in Italy, and comes back with a flair for theatrical lighting. The whole place is beautiful, dramatic, and unapologetically extra. The ceilings, canals, bridges, storefronts, and general "am I shopping or accidentally in a Renaissance fever dream?" atmosphere make it way more than just a place to wander around. It is retail with a costume budget. We did not stay at the hotel, just walked through the mall, but honestly, the mall alone is worth seeing. It is clean, elegant, and full of that classic Vegas commitment to making you forget what time it is, where you parked, and whether you actually needed anything from the stores in the first place. The people watching is also elite. You get luxury shoppers, confused tourists, overdressed couples, and at least one person walking like they just discovered marble floors for the first time.

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The care and concern for the environment was evident immediately. One thing I especially appreciated was walking into a room that was already the perfect temperature - no blasting air conditioning or overpowering heat, just comfortable and welcoming. The room itself was gorgeous, from the wallpaper to the crown molding. The bed was fabulous, the sheets were crisp, and I got an excellent night's sleep. The view was lovely, and the bathroom was very well lit with some of the best water pressure Ive ever experienced - which I always appreciate in a hotel. Overall, an excellent stay and a property that truly feels elevated and intentional in its design and comfort. My only suggestion for improvement would be curtains that go all the way to the floor for a more complete blackout experience.

The room felt much smaller, and the layout was awkward - the bed was facing the closet instead of the TV like shown in the advertised photos. It honestly felt like a downgrade compared to what was advertised during booking. When I requested a room change, I had to wait almost an hour. On top of that, after checking in, I had to call three separate times for luggage assistance, and it took over 2 hours for the bellman to finally bring our luggage to the room. For a luxury hotel that markets itself as a premium experience, this level of service was extremely disappointing. The property itself is beautiful and modern, and the food hall was good, but the room mismatch and poor service really affected the overall experience. I expected much better communication, organization, and hospitality from a hotel at this level.

Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. I go to several local adult venues in town. I have never ONCE even considered learning the address of Whispers. There is no connection to anyone I know, either. I wonder where they took my car and what they did to/in it. Please get an interior camera for your car. Put an AirTag in the TRUNK, as well. Put an alert on your phone (make sure it's set to alert you when DND is on). Your phone knows where you last parked your car in Maps - it does NOT know if the car moves while you're away. However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers.
