Only stayed here for 1 night, but was blown away by the room. Full stainless steel kitchen (I didn't use it, but it was stunning), rainfall shower and a jetted tub. There were a few stray hairs in the tub, and the stopper wouldn't lift so there was standing water in it -- decided not to take a bath. The view of the city at night was sparkling, and there was a full couch with 2 TVs. One TV was flickering and making odd noises throughout the night despite being turned off. I'm now finding out it was a condo, but it was stunning for our little vacation and I would return! read more

Very poor experience. Since I arrived here at this hotel, I have not been able to take a shower or bath. There has been no offer to use the spa shower amenities. Right now the engineer wants to tear up the tile and my partner and I are going to go a second day with no shower to go to a show. My partner has worked 12 hours today and has been up since 3am, and all he wanted was a hot shower when he got back to the hotel. Me too because it's that time of month. Palms place is less expensive than comparable four star LVGS properties. 4/5 rating because the left side of the split king bed in 24303 had caved in, the shower and bath drains had a Draino/sewer smell, and the hotel needs a refresh. Even with Ubers to and from the action, the July 10-12th nightly rate came in at half of any 4 star on strip property rate. Overall: less expensive than comparable properties. I would take this over MGM Grand, Linq, Paris, or any other 4 star on strip option. Why? Nicer rooms. Would I stay again during peak occupancy? Yes. Is this my first choice in LVGS? No. read more

The property was very impressive. Upon entering, there were very few people (I got there on a Thursday morning), and check in was typical. I loved that I got a free buffet ticket each day. However, they should give at least 2 - if you come with your significant other, only 1 gets to eat for free. I think that's fair. The buffet was really good. Too bad I don't eat crab, but it seemed likea lot of people enjoyed it. The bottomless mimosas are a fantastic touch. The room was really nice. I didn't have a strip view. But, I didn't care. I did have a couple of issues: the TV in the bedroom didn't work; there seemed to be limited light in the living area; the ice maker didn't turn on; and the pool was closed. The shower was a highlight. Dual showerheads front and back, as well as a rain forest showerhead from the ceiling. Too bad I couldn't get all 3 going at once. I liked that I had to walk a good bit to get to the Palms. I am in a walking competition, and the extra steps helped. Lol. The security seemed out of place. Are there that many people trying to get into the place? The Ghost Bar was an experience. Unfortunately, it was only about half full as Vegas is having fewer visitors. I think there's a lot of confusion because Chase Travel will book this place if you try to stay at The Palms. But this isn't a hotel. It's a bunch of condos, and some are rented as AirBnBs. A *perfect* time to learn this is when it's so late it's early, I just want to sleep, I realize the room I've just stumbled into is a toasty 80 degrees, and the front desk says something about needing permission from the owner before they can send someone to fix the AC. Probably due to this weird setup, a bunch of people have trouble with their reservations. The people at the front desk are well-meaning, but most seem under-trained. It takes a surprisingly long time to check in or out (use the key drop instead if you can). I stayed in 2 different rooms here. In both, the handles for the shower or sink were wobbly and broken. The toilet paper roll, attached to the wall by one of two contact points, hung at a rakish angle that did not score any points with me. One of the TVs didn't work. The place seemed like it had been mostly cleaned, but I did find awkward hairs from various locations on previous tenants strewn around. On the plus side, the bed was comfy and the couch is very nice. I had a balcony to watch the sunrise over the strip. However, if you're looking for a short term stay, this is not a good fit. There is no instant coffee/tea and no drinking glasses. There is an impressive array of fridges and stainless steel appliances that I had no reason to use. read more

Between Valet or the Bellhop someone stole my YSL purse out of my carry on bag before they brought my bag upstairs. I don't respect thieves and this alone, I would not recommend staying here. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I booked a 1 bedroom suite. The room they gave us needed a lot of updates and fixing. A few things were broken... lamp, curtain, and sink/shower knobs. The door to the main bathroom wouldn't close and would stop half way. The TV remote doesn't turn on the TV, I had to walk up to the TV to turn on the TV for both the living room and bedroom. I noticed a cigarette burn on the sofa. The AC was weird and even though we change the temperature it was still freezing cold. The shower was not cleaned. I walked into the shower and noticed a clump of hair on the shelf and a strand of hair on the wall and floor as I was about to shower. Definitely not my hair and I didn't even wash my hair. Called front desk and spoke to the manager Joseph about it. I appreciate he took care of the issue and refunded the resort fee and did a courtesy late check out for the issues. He had house keeping come clean the bathroom but they didn't even clean it. Again next day I went into the shower and they missed a strand of hair on the wall between the shampoo and body wash bottles. Elevators were slow and at one point only 1 elevator was working. Also, beware the guys who help with the luggage stated they charge $10 to bring up groceries as they only do luggage. Never heard of this at any hotels that had a kitchen. I was too tired from the drive and just paid it. Nice hotel, but needs a lot of updating. read more

Jalynn Shrubs was amazing at check in. She was so friendly and kind. She made us feel at home when we checked in.

We stayed here for our wedding week in a Studio Suite with a strip view. Really liked the accommodation. I will say there's a weird arrangement where some of the rooms have access to features others do not. We preferred a room with a balcony and I believed that is what I reserved but the room we were provided did not allow balcony access. It would have been nice to have some "getting-ready" and pre welcome event photos on the balcony. The hotel doesn't do anything extra for weddings or wedded couples like other places do and that would have been nice. Prior to the wedding I tried and tried to make arrangements through the hotels events staff and it seems like each place in the hotel has a different point person which was very frustrating. In the end we booked the room, did not book room blocks and did not arrange events with the hotel on the guidance of the guest services based on our guest count and the number of rooms we'd need. I was a little bummed that things were so difficult to plan with the palms but we did find work arounds and used other hotels for the bulk of the guest accommodations. Our guests that did stay at Palms and Palms Place generally liked their accommodations as well. Service staff are very nice so that's a plus too. I would stay here again but likely not for a super special event like getting married. I would also inquire that your specific room has all the features you are expecting upon arrival. We got a cool resort credit for $25 bucks a day that had to be spent each day which was a nice little add if you could make it to the café. There's a smaller pool accessible in Palms Place which was nice because it saves you a walk to the main pool. Loved both pools, the gym facility is nice as well. Loved the amenities in the Palms - restaurants, gambling, Ghostbar - and the ease of getting in and out since it isn't on the strip. If you have a car and plan to go other places in Vegas beyond the strip I cannot emphasize how nice the free parking and accessibility is here. I've stayed at other hotels and they totally charge $10 - $20 per day for parking (*coughLuxorcough*). read more

This property, specifically Room 310 on the 30th floor at Palms Place, is an outright scam from start to finish. I booked this room back in November and was charged immediately, despite our stay not being until January. That should have been the first red flag. Upon arrival, we were then hit with a $150 "cleaning fee" that was never disclosed upfront. Paying an undisclosed fee just to access a room that was supposedly "clean" is insulting -- especially considering what we walked into. The room was filthy. And I don't mean lightly used -- I mean dirty, neglected, and clearly not maintained. This room advertises fully working amenities. That is completely false: * The bathtub had no running water * The microwave did not work * The kitchen was not operational, despite us specifically booking this room for a 4-day stay so we could cook and eat in We were there for four days, stuck with a kitchen that didn't function at all. The issues didn't stop there: * The room smelled musty and stale * The floors were filthy, with painters tape still stuck down holding tiles together * The bed frame was disgusting -- scratched up and worn * There were literal spit wads stuck to the ceiling, clearly left by previous guests (children, most likely), and never cleaned * The bathroom sinks barely drained This place is not just poorly managed -- it's deceptive. We attempted multiple times to contact the property owner to resolve these very real issues. Their response? A laughable offer of 20% off a future booking. That is an absolute joke. We would never stay here again under any circumstances. Charging hidden fees, misrepresenting amenities, and renting out a room in this condition is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT book Room 310 on the 30th floor at Palms Place. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place is a scam dressed up as a luxury stay. read more

THIS IS A CONDO NOT A HOTEL! Living at Palms Place is definitely a high-end experience -- the rent is steep ($3,200+ for a 1-bedroom), but the service and security are top-notch. My start here was a little rocky, but I quickly fell in love with the staff and security team. They went above and beyond when I broke my leg -- not only checking in on me, but also taking care of my dog, Bugatti, making sure he was walked and fed while I was in the hospital. That level of care really made me feel like part of the community. The building is extremely secure, with undercover cops often around, so peace of mind is a given. This is the condo side of The Palms and is located on the Western side of the hotel, so park in that garage to avoid a lot of walking. When you look at Orbitz or Expedia, it's just slightly more and sometimes the same price as the Palms, but the pool area is much smaller. The great thing is that the rooms are updated and larger. You get less of the casino scene, the smoke and you're closer to Tim Ho Wan, which we enjoyed. You can also use the pool at the Palms, but it's a walk compared to the pool at Palms Place. read more

The reason for the 4-star rating is mostly location; being off-Strip means you have to Uber or drive if you want to visit other casinos, which adds up. First they have men working the security desk at the front door and they will watch you struggle to open that heavy door with bags and a child in a stroller . That pissed me off for a week straight. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel people should know what happened to me at Palms Place. On 10/18/25, I checked in and was alone in my room. About 15 minutes after a man with a cart knocked without saying anything, someone tried to open my door with a keycard. Luckily, I had the bolt lock on. I immediately called guest services and the front desk. They both said security would come but no one showed up for 2 hours. When I finally got a response, the guard was rude and completely uninterested in what I had to say. I turned in a written report and never heard anything back. Stayed at the Palms Place this weekend for a birthday celebration. I booked my reservations through American Express travel. Unknowingly, my room was reserved with Strip View Suites. The experience was absolutely terrible. From check in to check out. The room was not functional, filthy, and smelled the pungent stench of sewage. Strip View Suites at Palms Place wanted to know about the experience, and it was absolutely awful. Here are pictures! The Palms Place Customer Service was not help. The maintenance team refused to provide service for hours! There are plenty more to share. From broken TV's, broken bathroom fixtures, all appliances in the kitchen not working, ripped curtains. The list goes on. Not to mention, Crystal refused to help, hung up on me when I called, then sent my call to voicemail each time I called back. I do not recommend this business or the Palms Place. I used to like coming here. It's not on the strip, the food is good but talk about a total disappointment. I feel like there is so much overlooked in a daily that it makes it not only annoying but also gross. I booked my stay through AIRBNB so the room condition is not up to the hotel staff themselves. My review is solely based on my interactions with the front desk staff. Carmen in particular was very friendly and kind to me and my guests. I didn't catch the name of her coworker of the security guard on staff when I checked in but they were all very friendly. They seemed a bit understaffed but worked their way through the long check in guest line very efficiently. I chose to stay over President's Day weekend for a night because of the Yaamava/Palms connection, and the price was good. For an off-strip hotel, the view was fantastic. Complimentary valet was available on both the casino and hotel sides, and the staff was friendly. However, the layout was definitely confusing. Palms Place is on the west side of the property, while Palms Hotel and Casino is separate. When I asked the front desk about it, they explained that Palms Place is also a condo hotel, which explains the design. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer transportation to and from the Strip. One disappointment was that I couldn't find the three-card poker tables, which I was excited to play. After doing more research, I learned there is a single table available, but I couldn't locate it, and a staff member I asked was also unfamiliar with it. The night took a turn for the worse when I got food poisoning from Mabel's BBQ--safe to say, I won't be eating there again. While I had to turn in early, my friend checked out Ghostbar, the rooftop nightclub. He said it was just okay--loud club rap that night, but decent drinks and a great view. There was no cover charge, though I've seen reviews mentioning they sometimes do charge one. Overall, I'll give Palms another shot and hope for a better experience next time. read more

We went here for a little staycation prior to Thanksgiving, and had ourselves a wonderful time! Apparently all of the balconies are locked because a bunch of jackasses decided to throw things off of them like cigarette butts etc.. So now none of us can go outside and enjoy the view or the weather. There's always stupid people who ruin it. But Palms Place is just doing the prudent thing. Everything about our stay here was excellent! We had a lovely dinner at the Palms before retiring to our room. Our room was spacious and clean and delightful! I love that it's far from the casino and there's no smoke anywhere! We will stay here again, and recommend it to others who come to town to visit. I inadvertently left my laptop charger in our room and had to call back to inquire about it. Tiffany at the front desk was absolutely amazing and made sure that it was returned to me. I'll start with the pros: - 5 minute walk to the Palms casino using the skywalk - 10 minute walk to local shopping center with a Jimmy Johns, amazing sushi place Umiya Sushi - Free valet (tip only), very friendly guys there - Cool revolving door and aesthetic lobby - Nice room and cool bathroom layout Now for my suite experience: - Blackout curtains were torn - Visible human hairs in the bedding (we did not get under the covers due to this) - Dried up spills on the floor around/aside of nightstands - Dried splatter on bathroom counters as well as human hair - Stainless steel appliances were scratched had fingerprints on them when we arrived - Torn headboard and broken wall light - Visibly dirty floors in the restroom - Couch pillow cases were so old and snagged, definitely not comfortable to use so we placed them in a closet I would love to give it another chance as the person who recommended it here had only nice things to say. Check-in was quick and I was happy not to wait. Jalila at the front desk was so friendly. Spacious rooms but also run down. Some bathroom lights within the room did not work. Shampoo bottle was half empty so wonder if the toiletries were actually replaced. Hotel hallways and rooms give off a dark, moody vibe with the lighting (or some light bulbs not working at all). I want to start with saying this review is for an Airbnb in the Palms Place hotel. BE AWARE THIS AIRBNB PLACE IS A SCAM. Unit numbers are floor 17 unit 305 and floor number 34 304 The listing is listed in Airbnb as Palms Oasis luxury w/balcony and the host is StripCity Rentals. The first night I was there they put me in a unit that was old and I mean old with 20 year old tvs and furniture and bathroom. This was not the unit I rented on Airbnb as there was no balcony and no washer dryer as the listing stated. I messaged the owner and he said the place I paid for was not available until the next day. This was just the beginning as it only got much much worst. I was put into a unit the next day where the leather furniture was peeling and I don't mean a place or two. I mean large chunks of peeling furniture. The place just felt grimy and disgusting. There was a no refund policy in place which make total sense because any reasonable person who pays for this place would immediately request a refund and go else where running as fast as they can. WAIT WAIT IT GETS WORST. The air-condition was not running properly and they told me that they would send a technician out there. They sent the cleaning guy the next day to reassure me that this would get fixed meanwhile It was so hot I had to take my service dog to my car to cool off. The TV did not really work as the batteries in the remote were dead. The technician for the air-condition came and tried a few things that did not work even though he said it was all fixed once again it was about 85 degrees inside and in the daytime maybe higher. Two days later another more experience AC tech came so now we are 4 days or so no aircondition. This time the guy take the panel off and it looks like the filter has not been changed in over a year and it was disgusting. Even he was suprised by the amount of filth in the AC unit. The AC never wound up being fixed the entire time there not to mention this place looked like a third world hotel room. WAIT WAIT it gets worst. I asked for a half refund he refused and offered 175 while I paid 750. We came to a final conclusion of 225 dollars. I put the request into Airbnb and he denied it. Airbnb also stated that since I did not message in the platform I was not able to get any credit either. The owner asked me to message 725 220 0084 which I did and this is how we communicated. Airbnb asked me what number I was texting I gave them the number and they informed me that this is not the number they had on file and I was not messaging the owner. I asked Airbnb is this not a fraudulent listing on your platform they said they review but most likely nothing would happen. This is the SCAM they ask you to message outside the platform then have another number listed with Airbnb so they don't get in trouble. I cannot imagine that the Palms Hotel appreciates this type of owner in their property and I cannot imagine that I am the last person that will post about this property and this Airbnb listing. The fridge did not even have a handle only a screw on it. I would never stay here again worst service ever we came thinking we would get a balcony view and they lied once again just a robbery

Our room located on the 23rd floor. Disaster. Around 11:00 a.m. myself and another guest at the hotel was waiting for the elevator for upwards to 45 minutes. We can hear the elevators going up and down but it did not stop on the 23rd floor. Finally I pressed the up button and got in the elevator and went to every single floor until I reached the top. Then I had pressed the 23rd floor to ensure that the elevator stops so the people waiting on the 23rd floor can get in. Horrible system. I will never stay here again. See my previous review about the dirty room and mold in the icebox. Aside from the horrible interior to me this timeshare/hotel isn't in a safe part of town. Why do I say that? We were unloading our vehicle in the drop area. A vehicle of black guys through their water bottle at our car. And in the water bottle appeared to be urine. Such disrespect. I do not recommend this place for children or even adults. I would rather stay at the Budget hotel in downtown then to book another room here again. read more

The rooms are filthy and they don't take ownership seriously. Me and my hubby were bitten by bed bugs and didn't give me as much as an apology since they didn't see any bugs when they came in. My ear and neck was bitten and my hubby sustained bites on his feet. They basically said sayonara have a good day they don't take seriously the gravity of what happened to me and my husband bed bugs carry diseases and are nasty worse than a roach from what I've been told. I enjoyed a 10 day stay at this hotel and my room was absolutely gorgeous. Stayed in a large 1 bedroom with living room and a bathtub inside the bedroom! The kitchen had a full induction stove top and oven as well as full fridge! Loved being able to cook while on my trip as well as do laundry!
