I found this very rude, arrogant and not professional. Coming to CFCF to relax has always been a pleasant and important routine--not only for me, but for the neighborhood, because the service and coffee have always been on point. I hope the management takes service manners seriously so this doesn't affect customers' overall experience in the future.

While I've mostly been taking things to go, they have a decent interior--it is kind of crammed into the lobby of an office building, but they do their best with what is a standard suburban Main Street setting, and also have ample outdoor seating--again, you are near Main, but set off enough to not be super loud. They serve wine as well and stay open relatively late--seems like a great place to hang with a drink and nosh. I would say the larger bites are less successful--sandwiches are incredibly chintzy, mostly bread or roll, with very little meat inside, at least for the chicken salad. But everything else has been just lovely. Certainly vastly preferable to the endless parade of Starbucks and Dunkin' that seem to be the only other options nearby.
