They had a fan next to the cash/display case to try and air out the restaurant. There was dried splatter on most of the art on the wall. Bathrooms were lacking hand soap and not clean. The restaurant did not feel clean. Service was friendly, ,bagel was fine. They have added some new items to the menu, like tater tots, which were really hard, burnt and just not good. They also reduced the size of the pickles that they serve with the bagels to a sliver. Its quiet humorous. It used to be a quarter of a pickle (Take a look at my past photos that I uploaded). The store itself is located in a pretty unexceptional strip mall in Nepean, not for from the Greenbank police detachment.
