I removed one of the patties and the flavors of all the components came through a bit more pronounced and balanced. So, I would stick with one patty on my next visit. Because I dislike wasting food, I also ate the extra patty by itself, and it was great and well-seasoned. The fries were delicious as well: hearty with bits of potatoes skin and fried to a perfect crispness. I will absolutely be back as this is one of the best burgers I've had in Salem!

But there's an immediate barrier: guests have to walk through the lobby, then up a staircase or an elevator all the way in the back, with very little way finding to get you there. It also lacks experience, and that's exactly what diners want these days. People are more likely to go somewhere like Fogo de Chao or Korean BBQ because it delivers a full experience. Right now this place can't even provide exceptional service, let alone experiential service. There are some real barriers this restaurant group needs to solve for long term success.

There were still empty tables when the parking lot was already completely full. There were maybe eight parking spots altogether, but that would be my only complaint.
