5-24 -26 They need to update the menu prices. The prices on line say one thing. Prices on drive thru board say another. They charge you something else at the window. On line menu $2.79 for soft serve ice cream.Drive thru board $3.19 Price at the window $4.20 . I told the young lady at the drive thru window that the price on the board said $3 19 and she was over charging me by charging $4.20 .She had a attitude and said I don't know what to tell you I don't own this place.This was at 7:15 pm. This restaurant is in a very small town, and the staff are very nice and not lazy. I'd have to say that my hamburger might be the best I've ever had. It was just a plain, simple hamburger that I ordered, and it was what I'd call a smashburger. It was also affordable. They also serve ice cream, and it looked good; but I have not yet had any. read more

I cannot believe I don't already have a review here, so it's time I post one. I've been dining at Cadillac Bill's since 2007 when it opened. On the most recent visit Hubby, my mom and I went for lunch. We LOVE the burgers here, they are the tastiest! They are a fast food style burger - thinner greasy patties. That's my jam so I'm in. They include a nice seasoning on the burger as well. They have shoestring style fries that are always cooked well and I usually get a side of cheese with mine (its cheddar style, not jalapeno cheese). We also love the onion petals and the spicy dipping sauce. Hubby tried a taco this time and said it was really good. I ordered my daughter mini corn dogs to go and she said they were cooked perfect. They also have hand dipped ice cream here. It's amazing and a great after dinner treat if you have any room left. The current setup here is that you come in, take a seat and a server comes to take your order and then bring the food out. That works... but I really preferred when it was more of a fast food style. They used to do walk up to the counter to place your order and someone brought the food to the table. Not sure why they changed it but that is the only thing I really don't care for. With fast food I don't really need a server. If you are taking a drive up 79 or just craving a good burger, stop here and order a coupe. The entire restaurant has cool car nostalgia all over and Cadillac Bill himself has been working every time I've been there. read more

The burgers were great, big smashed burgers. The little waitress was obviously new, but tried to charge me $2.69 for water. She never really understood that there's a difference between a soft drink and water, but I did get a refund. Definitely go, but check your check. read more

Totally excellent hamburgers! If you used to like Steak-N-Shake, you'll love these! They have all the normal sides, including Fried Mushrooms, as well as Fried Catfish & Pork Tenderloin dinners or sandwiches. Don't forget hand dipped milkshakes! Little diner, right off highway 79, has some very quality food. Fresh, and worth the wait for me because sometimes they do get very busy. Breakfast as well Really good ice cream for dessert. Multiple friends and family have been here as well we all just love it. read more

We read the other reviews beforehand and decided to eat there while we were in town for a baseball tournament. We were not disappointed! The restaurant was very clean and neat. We each got a cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and delicious. Service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go there again. They also have ice cream so we will try that next time. read more

Great place to visit! We got there about 930am. Some of us had breakfast and some of us had lunch. You cannot go wrong with any choice. Breakfast was amazing! Try the biscuits and gravy and get ready to be wowed!!The cheeseburgers were phenomenal as were the cheese fries and the onion fries (don't forget the spices ranch sauce)! The philly cheese steak was also pretty good! Afterwards we had ice cream which was also amazing! Definitely stop here to eat! Service is incredible, the people are very nice and welcoming, the food is very good, and all at prices that don't break the bank. read more

Cadillac bills is way overpriced and the food don't taste that great. I went in there today on the 28th of this month I went inside and seen a lot of people sitting there waiting looking impatient so I decided to go through the drive-thru I sat at the drive-thru for over 35 minutes and paid for a chimichanga and a 4-slice burger with bacon and tomato that didn't even have tomatoes on it $20.15 outrageous the food's not great at all the bean burrito seems like they just threw a whole bunch of lettuce tomatoes and vegetables on it and then whipped out a Frozen bean burrito from their freezer and warm that up and threw that in their terrible food. read more

I have not had anything here that I didn't absolutely LOVE. Their burgers are AMAZING. Their crazy dogs are AMAZING! This is one of my favorite eating establishments within a two hour radius of St. Louis. I don't even eat any other meal so I can just enjoy Cadiliac Bill's when I know I am going to Elsberry. This place is WELL worth the drive. read more
