I went through it and it turned out I was allergic to much more than I expected. We started out with antigens treatment that is based on exactly what you are allergic to. It can up to 6 months to notice the difference but I was fortunate and it started working already after a couple of weeks. I haven't even had a cold since then! The staff are always courteous and remind you ahead of time of your appointments. If you get allergy drops, you can either pick them up at the office or they can mail them to you. Dr Otto has very good bedside manners and is always very good at his job.

Which was a blessing because it turned out I did have mono, which would have made it much more difficult for my body to fight off infection. He postponed the surgery and may have saved me from serious illness. Could not ask for more in a physician.

Also the patient portal had my phone number incorrect so I could not log into it. Labcorp text me over the weekend with test results but the office says that don't have the results!!! Over the weekend, I read the results and I have staph and MERSA in my nose! This is Tuesday and I should have been on an antibiotic treatment two days ago but still waiting to hear from the medical staff. Hold time today was only about 9 minutes. They make up a lot of excuses but never bother to say that they are sorry about the inconvenience. Prior to this frustrating experience, I had to see the Dr. in Southlake not my usual Flower Mound location. No one shared that there are two locations in Southlake so on my way to Southlake, I called and was put on hold for an extended period or time. I finally just picked one of the two locations and happened to get the right one but was about 10 minutes late because I was just driving around and holding on the phone! After arriving at the office, there were other frustrated patients there. So, if you choose this clinic, you will receive good medical attention but be prepared to have patience with the poorly run front offices.

Her office and her team answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. After my surgery, I was so nervous for my post op appointment that I just immediately cried when one of the nurses took me back. She calmed me down and really sympathized with my feelings, which meant so much. Dr. Wyll is very nice and professional and has a gentle hand even when a weenie like me is in her office. Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.

All of the office staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. Dr. Palmer did a great job removing my toddlers adenoids and tonsils, and she's been sleeping so much better.

For some completely irrational reason, I used to not trust doctors, but she's shown me there are plenty who can be trusted. She takes a lot of time to ask tons of questions and seems to really care. She also respects that I'm not a huge fan of being on a ton of medication, but gladly provides what's needed to cure my ailment or make me more comfortable if it's just a cold or flu for which antibiotics don't work.
