I went through it and it turned out I was allergic to much more than I expected. We started out with antigens treatment that is based on exactly what you are allergic to. It can up to 6 months to notice the difference but I was fortunate and it started working already after a couple of weeks. I haven't even had a cold since then! The staff are always courteous and remind you ahead of time of your appointments. If you get allergy drops, you can either pick them up at the office or they can mail them to you. Dr Otto has very good bedside manners and is always very good at his job.

He is very thorough and gave me additional mono tests before he took my tonsils out... Which was a blessing because it turned out I did have mono, which would have made it much more difficult for my body to fight off infection. He postponed the surgery and may have saved me from serious illness. Could not ask for more in a physician.

I like Dr. Haroun and feel…read moreconfident about his ability, his experience and his personal demeanor but the office is poorly organized, does not give call backs as promised and hold times on the phone are extended (30 minutes yesterday). Also the patient portal had my phone number incorrect so I could not log into it. Labcorp text me over the weekend with test results but the office says that don't have the results!!! Over the weekend, I read the results and I have staph and MERSA in my nose! This is Tuesday and I should have been on an antibiotic treatment two days ago but still waiting to hear from the medical staff. Hold time today was only about 9 minutes. They make up a lot of excuses but never bother to say that they are sorry about the inconvenience. Prior to this frustrating experience, I had to see the Dr. in Southlake not my usual Flower Mound location. No one shared that there are two locations in Southlake so on my way to Southlake, I called and was put on hold for an extended period or time. I finally just picked one of the two locations and happened to get the right one but was about 10 minutes late because I was just driving around and holding on the phone! After arriving at the office, there were other frustrated patients there. So, if you choose this clinic, you will receive good medical attention but be prepared to have patience with the poorly run front offices.

Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.

She takes her time and is extremely thorough. She listens to all your concerns and goes out of her way to help you and explain things so you understand clearly. She truly cares about you and suggests what is best for your health & quality of life. I have also had a VERY complicated sinus surgery with this practice combined with a rhinoplasty to reset my nose from a fall, and I could not be more thrilled with the results and thorough care prior and post-op. Make sure to bring a list of questions to ask, because he is happy to answer them and will do so quickly. He's fast, but doesn't feel pushy to get you out. Office wait time ranged from 15 to 30 minutes, though there was one occasion where we were in and out fast. That was nice, but probably not "normal" (for ANY doctor's office). All of the office staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. Dr. Palmer did a great job removing my toddlers adenoids and tonsils, and she's been sleeping so much better.

I was a new patient last month (July 2026) and showed up early to be greeted by a very young front…read moredesk check-in person who was aggressive and had an angry tone and asked me for two things, which, I had my license and medical card ready but she asked for license and something else like a permit and I had to ask her what that was, she said my medical card and I did not say this out loud but wanted to say "why didn't you just say medical card" but it was my first time here so I didn't say anything , figured she was having a bad day. Then when I got to see Dr. Walter Humann, who only took about 3 minutes time with me and when he asked me a question, I was cut off before finishing my sentence. He was late getting in to see me because I heard him with the patience next door talking for 15 minutes about the FIFA soccer games, I get it, I enjoyed the conversation too even though I was just eavesdropping through the paper thin walls and I figured he would be in a better mood than his front desk staff person was since the convo with his patient was going so well. He was quick, seemed like he didn't care, and I felt just like a number and from the looks of my bill, I just paid his car payment (or maybe half a car payment, depending on his car). The audiologist Dr. Kelly Briley doesn't smile like she does in her pics, I felt like she was also wishing I wasn't there. She was cold, distant, even though I really liked her office, it was warm and inviting and I told her this, no response. After I paid my bill, made a follow up appointment and I had to deal with the same front desk person that checked me in and as she was checking me out, I asked her if she had the correct pharmacy on file for the script that Dr. Humann ordered and she said she did, but how could she since I didn't put it on my paperwork so I asked her to read it out to me to confirm and of course, it was wrong, so I gave her the right address and she got mad, and said "that is what I said" and her voice sounded so angry and evil that I just grabbed my bag and got out of there. Then, I get a call from my pharmacy, the script was called in incorrectly and they were letting me know they contacted the Dr. Humann's office to get it fixed. That was good and I waited, and waited, two days later, my pharmacy told me to call them since they are not getting a response, so I called, left a voice mail and it has been 3 weeks, no response to the pharmacy or myself. I decided to just ask my PCP to fill the script since I would not ever be going back to this office again. Please find a better ENT office, if you can, because this office, does not care about the patient, only the very expensive fees they charge for less than 15 minutes of service.

For some completely irrational reason, I used to not trust doctors, but she's shown me there are plenty who can be trusted. She takes a lot of time to ask tons of questions and seems to really care. This is rare these days. She also respects that I'm not a huge fan of being on a ton of medication, but gladly provides what's needed to cure my ailment or make me more comfortable if it's just a cold or flu for which antibiotics don't work.
