I have been coming here for years as a patient of Dr. Mottl. Dr. Mottl and his team members, especially Anthony, go out of their way to provide care and assistance as needed to their patients. The staff here is always friendly and willing to help. I have come here for medication regimens, calcium scans, blood work, and other health issues. I have recommended this place to others who need the care they provide and they also come away happy. read more

Came in for a CT scan today. The place is nice, inside is done well. The wait wasn't too long. Doing the scan I was getting it with contrast, so that meant an IV, the lady that put it in actually caused some pain, more than normal. Of all the IV's I've had this is by far the worst and cursed the most pain. The CT Scan room seemed a bit dated. Scanner worked well tho. Our Dr is a great one. We really like all that he's doing to help us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The experience outside of the IV was good. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I arrived at this office at 1:15pm as advised. I was told at that time that the Dr. was running 45 minutes late as he had to go to the hospital. I understand that. I agreed to wait. At 2:30pm, I was called back to the room and told that the Dr was back in the office. At 3:30pm I opened my door and a very rude lady told me that the Dr had to leave again to the hospital and did not know if he was coming back. I told her I had already paid and I guess I needed to leave. She said "fine" and then told me that his next opening was in October! What? I could not see him as no fault of mine but now he will not see me until October? That is 7 months away. She said that is correct in her VERY RUDE voice. I love this Dr but cannot tolerate someone so rude! read more

I think the doctors here are quite good. Mine, Dr. Lawson certainly is. Other family members see other doctors here. My only real complaint is a few times my appt. did not start on time. Yeah, there's always a good explanation, and I do understand, but that does not mean I have to like it. The waiting room is OK, clean, with a nice TV and magazines and a fish tank. What is it with fish tanks in doctor's offices? Staff is friendly and helpful. Bottom line: Take good care of your heart, your life depends on it. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Scherer for more than 20 years. He is a splendid physician. His front office staff, however, is rude beyond description. In spite of having moved away more than ten years ago, I had continued to drive in for my annual exams because I believed he was worth it. On my last visit, a about three months ago, highway construction delayed me, and I was late. I have never waited less time than I was late, but the desk clerks (rudely I must add) told me I would have to reschedule. I live two hours west of Grapevine So sadly, I left Dr. Scherer's office for the last time. I wrote Dr. Scherer a personal letter explaining what occurred and giving him an opportunity to address the issue, but never heard anything. So, I have changed doctors.I guess they have more patients than they need. read more

Rude doesn't even start to describe my horrific experience this afternoon regarding a follow up visit on 12/18 to have a coronary calcium scoring test done After my test had been completed while in a waiting room full of people waiting to be called to the back and read my results was then called up to the front desk and was rudely harassed out loud beyond belief by a receptionist about some outstanding payment several years ago that was assumed I knew about. I couldn't have felt more embarrassed in all of my life by such unprofessionalism while people sat and watched in awe. Then on top of that after paying $140 for this test that was conducted was told that I would not receive any further medical treatment much less read the results of my test today until I payed for something that I knew nothing about at the time. I couldn't imagine loan sharks acting in this atrocious manner. Will not be coming back to this Baylor affiliate anytime soon and hope to god Dr Feingold is somewhere reading this after nearly 10 years of treatment by him because I'm done. I'd rather risk heart disease than go through that ever again. Oh and by the way Merry Christmas. read more
