The practice has grown over the years and I have some people treating me today that we're here in the very beginning. To me that says a lot about the practice culture. I would highly recommend then in treating Asthma (yes I am a patient), Allergies (again a patient thou I have not needed the allergy injections), and Hereditary Angiodema (man did the doctors, staff and I work hard on learning about that one together). I highly recommend them and even willing to drive 45min to an hour every other week for treatments.

The staff welcomed me and made the initial experience really good. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 and I was not seen until 2:40. This made me wonder if the wait was "worth it". Going forward I need to allocate more time for appointments because I ended up being late when returning to work for meetings. The wait was DEFINITELY worth it! It got so bad, it started leaving scars. The boyfriend got concerned so he took immediate action and found Dr. McGeehan with great reviews through HealthGrades,com. I called on a Monday and was able to get in that following Wednesday. Her office was close and was easy to find. When I walked in, there was no one in the waiting room except for me. Everyone from the receptionist who checked me in to the nurse who checked my vitals were all extremely sweet. The waiting time was minimal which was quite the surprise. Dr. McGeehan personally came to the waiting room to greet me and walked me back to her room where she had a patient's bed as well as her desk. She sat me down in front of her desk and we thoroughly went over my reason for the visit. She went over EVERYTHING to me. She described why she diagnosed me a certain way and how she came to that conclusion. She also explained exactly what I had and wrote down what I had and the steps I needed to treat my hives. I've never in my entire life, received so much attention from a doctor. I felt as if she truly cared and made sure I understood. After my visit, I followed her instructions and my hives have already reduced significantly. Thank goodness! If you are suffering from any kind of allergy, I really really do recommend her.

He always takes time to visit with me and check vitals at each appointment. My experience with this clinic started off well. My first two appointments went smoothly, and I had…read moreno complaints. Unfortunately, everything changed when it came time to schedule and prepare for my procedure. Communication was one of the biggest issues. It was very difficult to reach anyone by phone, and when I left messages, I often didn't receive a callback until the last minute. I wasn't given my procedure time until the day before, which was stressful and made me feel unprepared. When I did speak with a staff member named Melissa, I had a disappointing experience. I was given information about the procedure costs that I later found to be inaccurate, and I felt that the interaction was unprofessional and discourteous. I was also disappointed by the lack of communication before the procedure. I expected someone to call and explain the procedure in detail, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. Instead, I received very little information, and I felt like I had to figure things out on my own. Communication by email was also poor. On the day of my procedure, I was instructed to arrive at 12:00 p.m. When I got there, I was told they were running behind because they had a lot of patients. My procedure didn't begin until around 3:00 p.m., meaning I waited about three hours. If the procedure wasn't going to start until then, I wish I had been told to arrive later instead of spending hours waiting. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of communication and scheduling. While my initial appointments were positive, the experience leading up to and on the day of my procedure felt disorganized and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
