Moore was a great doctor and since I'm a teacher and had a short time for this appointment, he was very quick.

I was a new patient last month (July 2026) and showed up early to be greeted by a very young front…read moredesk check-in person who was aggressive and had an angry tone and asked me for two things, which, I had my license and medical card ready but she asked for license and something else like a permit and I had to ask her what that was, she said my medical card and I did not say this out loud but wanted to say "why didn't you just say medical card" but it was my first time here so I didn't say anything , figured she was having a bad day. Then when I got to see Dr. Walter Humann, who only took about 3 minutes time with me and when he asked me a question, I was cut off before finishing my sentence. He was late getting in to see me because I heard him with the patience next door talking for 15 minutes about the FIFA soccer games, I get it, I enjoyed the conversation too even though I was just eavesdropping through the paper thin walls and I figured he would be in a better mood than his front desk staff person was since the convo with his patient was going so well. He was quick, seemed like he didn't care, and I felt just like a number and from the looks of my bill, I just paid his car payment (or maybe half a car payment, depending on his car). The audiologist Dr. Kelly Briley doesn't smile like she does in her pics, I felt like she was also wishing I wasn't there. She was cold, distant, even though I really liked her office, it was warm and inviting and I told her this, no response. After I paid my bill, made a follow up appointment and I had to deal with the same front desk person that checked me in and as she was checking me out, I asked her if she had the correct pharmacy on file for the script that Dr. Humann ordered and she said she did, but how could she since I didn't put it on my paperwork so I asked her to read it out to me to confirm and of course, it was wrong, so I gave her the right address and she got mad, and said "that is what I said" and her voice sounded so angry and evil that I just grabbed my bag and got out of there. Then, I get a call from my pharmacy, the script was called in incorrectly and they were letting me know they contacted the Dr. Humann's office to get it fixed. That was good and I waited, and waited, two days later, my pharmacy told me to call them since they are not getting a response, so I called, left a voice mail and it has been 3 weeks, no response to the pharmacy or myself. I decided to just ask my PCP to fill the script since I would not ever be going back to this office again. Please find a better ENT office, if you can, because this office, does not care about the patient, only the very expensive fees they charge for less than 15 minutes of service.

As far as quality of care, Dr. Gamble was arrogant and insulting to me. I told him I had sleep apnea and asked if the breathing machine could be causing the irritation and bleeding I was having. The inside of my nose was raw and I had tiny pieces of what appeared to be cartilage in the blood. He told me to stop picking my nose and use a cream he prescribed. I don't pick my nose but I did use the cream according to his directions. I returned for follow up with my husband to let him see that his suggestions were not working. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner and insulted me by insisting that I was picking my nose. At the time of the second visit, I no longer had insurance, being in a waiting period for new insurance. By this time I was having considerable pain and there seemed to be a lot of erosion in my left nostril. He said I would need surgery but we would have to wait until my insurance "kicked in". He was very cavalier, as if it was my problem and refused to put me on a payment plan. I went to another ENT in Frisco who determined that I needed nasal reconstruction. He performed the surgery and found a polyp which he biopsied. It was cancerous. I had radiation treatment and follow-up. Thankfully, I left Dr.Gamble and sought out another doctor. Who needs an arrogant, insulting, and disinterested doctor like Dr. Gamble? I have healed and have checkups to stay healthy.

Easy enough to call and schedule an appointment. They answered right away. I was able to get a date…read morewithin a week. They will have you complete a lot of paperwork in advance online. You will need to download the Healow app which is prt of their care portal. They will send you an email with a code and a link for access. Despite doing the paperwork online in advance, when I arrived at the facility, they had me fill out more paperwork on actual paper forms and some of it seemed like a duplicate of what I already did online. I didn't even finish it until AFTER my appointment was over! Good or bad, hard to say. Bad because, "Why I am I filling out these forms if the doctor isn't even bothering to review the information prior to my appointment??? Was it even necessary since she didn't look at them?" On the flip side, I wasn't in the waiting room long. I was called back right away for my appointment and seen by the doctor right away. The medical assistant who took me back put my blood pressure cuff on my wrist as soon as I entered the room and sat down. She talked to me the entire time it was inflating. No surprise my blood pressure was high! Why bother taking this measurement if you aren't going to bother doing the procedure correctly???? The visit with the doctor was so quick. I feel like I was in the room for less than ten minutes and with the doctor for less than five minutes. She sprayed some lidocaine in my nose to numb it and then proceeded to stick a narrow tube with a camera on the end down my nose to view and comment on the status of my throat. She had an assistant that recorded notes on a laptop as the doctor explained what she saw on the scope. She quickly explained my condition, gave me a sheet for further reading, said a prescription would be sent in and told me to meet with a different doctor in 6-8 weeks. While she did ask me if I had any questions, it went by so quickly, I didn't have time to process what she said in order to ask any questions. It really felt like a "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" moment. Afterwards, I waited a few hours before contacting the pharmacy about my prescription. Nothing was received. The next day, I checked again - still nothing. I had to call the clinic multiple times to get through to anyone to follow up. Thankfully they called in the prescription at that point and I was able to pick it up two days after my initial appointment. No one is going to advocate for your care except for you. This place is a well oiled machine, but they are very process focused. Since insurance billing probably has them on a tight clock, don't expect warm fuzzies. Come with your questions prepared. Do your research in advance so you will know what to ask. Arrive early to complete the additional paperwork that no one will look at. Be sure to tell the medical assistant that you want 5-10 minutes sitting quietly before she takes a reading and that you won't be answering any questions while the cuff is inflating. Thankfully I have been pawned off on another doctor at a different clinic for my 4-6 week follow up, so I won't need to go through this again.

She is wonderful! She is educated and handles complex patients without turning them away, and even does many of her procedures in-office now whereas years ago I had to do outpatient day surgery. I trust her, and since she has worked on me so many times I have recommended her to friends and even my partner sees her now for his snoring (I also sent his brother to her for a similar issue and he loved her too and had the procedure done very quickly). The only downside is the stuff you see with most large practices these days: TERRIBLE patient portals (why do they make these things so awful - even the doctors complain about them!), playing telephone with a bunch of receptionists and MA's so by the time a nurse or your doc calls you back the actual message is completely different and they're confused, and booking out appointments with an extended wait time to see YOUR doctor vs. whomever is available all over the state when you need to see them for an emergency (though that last bit is a little better now as she is once again able to set aside time for emergency patients and you can get an appt. within 2 weeks vs. many months if you have, say, an ear infection or something). There are also weird billing issues between wherever their billing center - which may be outsourced now, I dunno - and communications between the offices. Also, if you need to contact the office outside of normal business hours they do have on-call docs who rotate, but getting through to the answering service can take forever. However, if you need a good ENT with a great sense of humor, who is not afraid of working with patients with rare diseases, chronic illnesses, etc. who has one of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced, Dr. Bryan is who you should go see. Plus she also takes Medicare if that is something you require - though make sure to check first as I'm not sure if they still accept NEW patients with Medicare after all the changes in 2025.

All in all a huge disappointment not only in the office staff but the PA as well.
