This practice is operated by Texas ENT Specialists / Elevate ENT Partners, so self-pay patients at their other locations may want to ask whether the same fee applies. This is a billing-policy issue, not a comment on the physicians' clinical care.

Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.

I'm just now recovering and it has been such a healthy for the most part easy recovery. My face is looking great and not a lot of bruising! I filled out the usual new patient paperwork and then was called back into see Gottlieb. When he saw my chart and inquired about a procedure I had done with a colleague of his in the industry, and I did not have glowing things to say about said colleague and my procedure, Gottlieb proceeded to chastise me for even showing up to see him for a simple ear cleaning. This Gottlieb guy felt he was so unworthy of being selected by me, a new patient, to choose him for a procedure cleaning when I could have just "gone to his idol instead," who, I may add, did a surgery on me that did not go well, was a complete failure, and made my condition worse, so why would I choose to go back to said provider that made my condition worse, or ever see him again? Read the room, dude. Were you really that clueless?? Apparently so. I have never in all my years of going to ear doctors (over 40 years) seen a man feel so inferior to his colleague at the sheer mention of his idol's name and then have the nerve to chastise a new patient for "choosing him" instead of just going back to this other colleague of his that he idolizes and feels a massive inferiority ego complex being mentioned in the same industry against. Total unprofessionalism; if he is that ego-sensitive to the sheer mention of his idol's name and anything negative mentioned about a patient's experience with said idol of his, which the patient has every right to say, as I did, he should not be dealing with patients in any form if he is that sensitive to a differing viewpoint that challenges his view. It's none of his business why a patient chooses to go to another provider, the reasons are many, and he shouldn't have questioned me for choosing him over another competitor of his. Honesty, It's none of his business, it is a choice who a patient chooses for medical care. I did not bring this conversation up initially and had no plans to even talk about it. He prodded me for information when he saw the other guy's name mentioned on the form and wanted details when I told him I was not fond of his idol colleague. This entire conversation was instigated and started by Gottlieb almost immediately after he came into the room to see me. This is the most unprofessional first visit I have ever had with any medical provider. I told my regular ENT about this interaction, and he was shocked at this kind of treatment and agreed that it was very unprofessional and bizarre. Terrible experience. There are plenty of ENT providers to choose from in the DFW area to help you with your needs; in my opinion you would obviously want to choose someone else who actually cares about you, the patient, wants your business, wants to help you, and won't judge you instantly and question you for even choosing to use their services or question you if your view on something or someone is different than theirs. Go anywhere else. I wish I hadn't seen this provider.

He SUPER down to earth and does a thorough physical exam. I have been suffering from thyroid symptoms for about 4 years. Been to several doctors and none of them could help me. My symptoms got to a point where I thought I was dying. Was having heart palpitations, EXTREME hair loss, excessive fatigue, random sore spots and bruises on my body, vision issues, rapid weight gain, anxiety off the charts (couldn't get more than 4 hours of sleep to save my life)- you name it. None of the prior doctors could tell me what was happening. And after a while, I believe that they started to disregard my complaints- EVEN after I did my research and TOLD them what I thought was going on. For the first time in 4 years, I was able to comb out and wash my hair without any of it coming out. I'm ecstatic! I know hair seems like a small vain thing to most people, but when you start to lose it, it really messes with your confidence. My hair is pretty thin now, and is way shorter than it was 4 years ago- but at least I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I'm excited for progress and my new hair journey. My experience with Dr. Pandit and his staff was extremely disappointing. During my first visit, I…read morecame prepared with my blood results from my PCP, which I had already emailed to his office prior to the appointment. When Dr. Pandit came in, he asked where my thyroid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results were - which made it clear that neither he nor his staff had thoroughly reviewed my labs. My thyroid results were clearly included in what I sent. Despite that, I proceeded with the visit. Later that same week, I called his staff to follow up and asked them to review my blood work again. They told me they would submit a request to my PCP to get all my results, even though I had already provided them. When I checked in the following week, they said they still hadn't heard back from my PCP. By that point, I had already received my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results and wanted to send those over as well. I repeatedly asked the staff to review my original blood work because my thyroid results were already there, but they kept brushing me off. After several calls, they finally reviewed it and admitted that my thyroid results were indeed included. I then asked them to confirm whether the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results I was about to submit were the correct ones Dr. Pandit needed to review before my next visit -- because he had specifically mentioned that he needed to see those results before proceeding. Instead of helping, two different nursing members raised their voices at me, saying they didn't know because the doctor wasn't in. I politely asked if they could confirm with him later and get back to me, but they both said the doctor "didn't have time for that" and that I would just have to wait until my next visit. I explained that I wanted to be proactive and make sure I had all the necessary labs ready ahead of time, but they dismissed me again, saying the doctor would "probably be fine with it." When I asked if they could review the doctor's notes, they said they didn't have access to them but somehow insisted the doctor already had everything he requested - which felt dismissive, confusing, and inconsistent. The staff's tone and attitude made it clear that my health concerns were not a priority to them. If this is how the staff behaves toward patients, I can only imagine how things are handled behind the scenes with the Doctor. After reading other reviews, it now makes sense why many people have shared similar frustrations - and it's hard not to believe that this office may be buying positive reviews for marketing purposes. My health is my top priority, but it was evident that it isn't theirs. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor or staff who truly care, communicate clearly, or take the time to review patient information properly.

The doctors here are dedicated to helping their patients whether my Primary doctor was Dr Gupta or now Dr Safdarian the transition between doctors was seamless. The practice has grown over the years and I have some people treating me today that we're here in the very beginning. To me that says a lot about the practice culture. I would highly recommend then in treating Asthma (yes I am a patient), Allergies (again a patient thou I have not needed the allergy injections), and Hereditary Angiodema (man did the doctors, staff and I work hard on learning about that one together). I highly recommend them and even willing to drive 45min to an hour every other week for treatments.
