You could not find a more professional, caring, experienced ENT and Audiology team than Dr. Moore and Tara Weinberg. Dr. Moore has a wonderful bedside manner, clearly explains any treatment or solution to my ear blockage issues, and I trust him implicitly, which is important when someone has a long pointy instrument poking around inside your ear! Tara has guided my 84 year old husband to some much-needed new hearing aids and their upgraded technology has resulted in an enormous improvement in what my husband can hear on a daily basis. Five Stars for Dr. Moore! Our whole family has been patients of Dr. Moore for over 20 years. We've had ear tubes, tonsils removed, strep throat, and sinus infections to name a few. Dr. Moore is kind, patient and he listens. He's passionate and knowledgable in his field. We respect any kind of advice or treatment from Dr. Moore because we always get well. Today's visit was about me. I've been sick with COVID19 symptoms for 3 weeks. Our PCP seems to not believe you can get it so they have been passive in treating me. After 5 visits they recommended that I see a specialist. Before entering the room, Dr. Moore reviewed my labs and symptoms list. When he visited with me he didn't minimalize my situation. He said he was alarmed that no one suggested COVID19 testing before now! He gave me a prescription to get tested and didn't charge me for the appointment. Why would you go to anyone else? read more

Excellent doctor and very professional with a cool kind demeanor. Very down to earth is how I put his demeanor. ! I saw him in Jan for my post nausal drip issue that seem to take longer than normal to recover. The scheduling was easy and did not have to book too far in advance if I recalled. I got to the office and filled out paperwork and wait time was very little if any. Dr.Moore did a really through check up on nasal (nose) including my ears. he suggested a nasal flush over the counter and had directions on how to use it with some prescribed medications. He answered all my questions very thoroughly and simple to follow answers too. It cleared up my issue after applying his suggestion treatments and now if I have issues regarding post nasal, I know who to go to for a check. I was very pleased with the visit overall and his professionalism on dx my issue. From what I understand, his wife works as the front office mgr and support which adds to a touch of family run business atmosphere, i would highly suggest Dr.Moore for nasal issues since that is one of his specializations (nose). read more

Love love love Dr. Moore! I don't have enough good things to say about him. I first started going to Dr. Moore at 16, when I used to get strep throat and sinus infections a few times a year. At 19, he took my tonsils out and recovered in a matter of days (unusual for being that old and having the surgery). As he promised, I get sick MUCH less often. I've only had to go see him twice in the last 6 years. Today was one of those unfortunate times but when I woke up this morning after a miserable night of tossing, turning, sneezing and coughing, Dr. Moore's office fitted me in within the next few hours. His bedside manner is impeccable. He is extremely attentive and very caring. He is not a doctor that rushes in and out of the room, but one that you feel truly cares about you. After checking out their website, I felt comfortable enough to give Dr. Moore's office a shot. I arrived right at my scheduled appointment time after being stuck in traffic and the reception desk welcomed me and calmed my holy-crap-I'm-late nerves. Dr. Moore is a miracle worker. He has a great personality and is super down to earth and personable. He quickly got to work on making me feel like a new woman and in a matter of minutes, my ailments were healed. I needed an emergency appointment and 6 other doctors didn't have any openings, granted that it was on a Friday. Dr. Moore's office called me back because they just had a cancellation. I've never had any other doctor's office so that so I automatically liked this office. I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Moore 2 weeks ago after legitimately feeling awful for a few years. Was no longer able to smell, couldn't sleep with my mouth closed and had been getting dizzy when blowing my nose because the congestion was so bad. His staff was so so nice and so helpful, even as I am discussing the irresponsible behavior that got me here ( allergic to my own pet I refuse to give up). They helped me, gave me good advice and things that worked and today already I can smell, can breathe again, and can blow my nose. Even so, after all of the help, expecting to be scheduled more visits as follow ups because you can not stay in business without, he says "I think you are done with me" as long as I keep doing the things I was advised to do. Every interaction with them, they have been salt of the earth, kind, helpful and genuinely Interested in making you better, not just keeping you semi well for a lifetime customer. The receptionist Susan refused to book an appointment for me. I was having severe draining and blood in my mucus. I've had been spitting blood in AM. I saw a doctor who did an X Ray and blood work. All of it was good. He told me specifically to see an ENT. He believe it was throat related. She told me to go see my primary because her doctor has never seen a patient like that. I wasn't aware the receptionist was refusing patients and giving medical advice. It was a very strange conversation. I don't know if the doctors are good here because I was denied service for some reason. read more

Dr. Moore is one of my favorite doctors in Plano, and I work in healthcare. His office is always so accommodating and friendly. He took my tonsils out years ago, and I return every December for my annual sinus infection. OMG... The best experience I have had with a doctor in all of my 63 years. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call to his office. I arrived at 1:13 for a 1:30 appointment and I was finished and walking out the door by 1:30 - that just doesn't happen in the real world! Every single person on his office staff was pleasant and helpful - I just knew that they all enjoyed their job. My Grandson had to go to Baylor Frisco because CareNow could not help with the issue. While they tried to dislog the foreign object they made it worse in the ER. His nose started bleeding and was crying in pain. They decided that the ENT needed to be called. He was the on call doctor. My grandson is 3. They called him after he was already sedated and with an IV and the Dr. Moore refused to come in said just send them to my office at 8:30 am. SO now they have to wake him up and he is crying because it hurts and sends him home with pain meds and wanted to send him with an IV as well. I said hell no to that he is 3. Go to his office next morning like he told us then refusses to see us because of our insurance. He is still crying and hurting so now we had to wait 6 hours at childrens. What is the purpose of being on call. You choose when you want to come in. We are filing a complaint to the hospital and medical board. read more
