Honest, to the point but I 100% felt and received top notch care. I had four other friends go to him for the deviated septum surgery and they couldn't stop raving about his work. I'm just now recovering and it has been such a healthy for the most part easy recovery. My face is looking great and not a lot of bruising! I filled out the usual new patient paperwork and then was called back into see Gottlieb. When he saw my chart and inquired about a procedure I had done with a colleague of his in the industry, and I did not have glowing things to say about said colleague and my procedure, Gottlieb proceeded to chastise me for even showing up to see him for a simple ear cleaning. This Gottlieb guy felt he was so unworthy of being selected by me, a new patient, to choose him for a procedure cleaning when I could have just "gone to his idol instead," who, I may add, did a surgery on me that did not go well, was a complete failure, and made my condition worse, so why would I choose to go back to said provider that made my condition worse, or ever see him again? Read the room, dude. Were you really that clueless?? Apparently so. I have never in all my years of going to ear doctors (over 40 years) seen a man feel so inferior to his colleague at the sheer mention of his idol's name and then have the nerve to chastise a new patient for "choosing him" instead of just going back to this other colleague of his that he idolizes and feels a massive inferiority ego complex being mentioned in the same industry against. Total unprofessionalism; if he is that ego-sensitive to the sheer mention of his idol's name and anything negative mentioned about a patient's experience with said idol of his, which the patient has every right to say, as I did, he should not be dealing with patients in any form if he is that sensitive to a differing viewpoint that challenges his view. It's none of his business why a patient chooses to go to another provider, the reasons are many, and he shouldn't have questioned me for choosing him over another competitor of his. Honesty, It's none of his business, it is a choice who a patient chooses for medical care. I did not bring this conversation up initially and had no plans to even talk about it. He prodded me for information when he saw the other guy's name mentioned on the form and wanted details when I told him I was not fond of his idol colleague. This entire conversation was instigated and started by Gottlieb almost immediately after he came into the room to see me. This is the most unprofessional first visit I have ever had with any medical provider. I told my regular ENT about this interaction, and he was shocked at this kind of treatment and agreed that it was very unprofessional and bizarre. Terrible experience. There are plenty of ENT providers to choose from in the DFW area to help you with your needs; in my opinion you would obviously want to choose someone else who actually cares about you, the patient, wants your business, wants to help you, and won't judge you instantly and question you for even choosing to use their services or question you if your view on something or someone is different than theirs. Go anywhere else. I wish I hadn't seen this provider.

My experience with Dr. Pandit and his staff was extremely disappointing. During my first visit, I…read morecame prepared with my blood results from my PCP, which I had already emailed to his office prior to the appointment. When Dr. Pandit came in, he asked where my thyroid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results were - which made it clear that neither he nor his staff had thoroughly reviewed my labs. My thyroid results were clearly included in what I sent. Despite that, I proceeded with the visit. Later that same week, I called his staff to follow up and asked them to review my blood work again. They told me they would submit a request to my PCP to get all my results, even though I had already provided them. When I checked in the following week, they said they still hadn't heard back from my PCP. By that point, I had already received my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results and wanted to send those over as well. I repeatedly asked the staff to review my original blood work because my thyroid results were already there, but they kept brushing me off. After several calls, they finally reviewed it and admitted that my thyroid results were indeed included. I then asked them to confirm whether the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results I was about to submit were the correct ones Dr. Pandit needed to review before my next visit -- because he had specifically mentioned that he needed to see those results before proceeding. Instead of helping, two different nursing members raised their voices at me, saying they didn't know because the doctor wasn't in. I politely asked if they could confirm with him later and get back to me, but they both said the doctor "didn't have time for that" and that I would just have to wait until my next visit. I explained that I wanted to be proactive and make sure I had all the necessary labs ready ahead of time, but they dismissed me again, saying the doctor would "probably be fine with it." When I asked if they could review the doctor's notes, they said they didn't have access to them but somehow insisted the doctor already had everything he requested - which felt dismissive, confusing, and inconsistent. The staff's tone and attitude made it clear that my health concerns were not a priority to them. If this is how the staff behaves toward patients, I can only imagine how things are handled behind the scenes with the Doctor. After reading other reviews, it now makes sense why many people have shared similar frustrations - and it's hard not to believe that this office may be buying positive reviews for marketing purposes. My health is my top priority, but it was evident that it isn't theirs. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor or staff who truly care, communicate clearly, or take the time to review patient information properly.

I had what I thought was a skin blemish taken off by a Mohs Surgeon and it came back as melanoma. Scared is an understatement, but the Mohs surgeon assured me these were the right people for me to see. My office visit with Dr. Britt was informative and helped build my confidence that this was the guy I needed to help me. He informed I would require additional surgery and testing and consulted with me about all the potential outcomes. His office staff followed up to schedule, just as he said they would. The communication was thorough and always followed by an email detailing my pre-surgical instructions. The day of my procedure everything went exactly as Dr. Britt had advised it would. If you need them, these are the folks you want in your corner, but once again, I hope you never need them!

Her office and her team answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. After my surgery, I was so nervous for my post op appointment that I just immediately cried when one of the nurses took me back. She calmed me down and really sympathized with my feelings, which meant so much. Dr. Wyll is very nice and professional and has a gentle hand even when a weenie like me is in her office. While I'm still in recovery, I am so pleased with my results. I can finally breathe again, it's like a whole new world. I have a chance at a better life thanks to Dr. Wyll and I am forever grateful.

A no-show deterrent you pay either way isn't a deterrent; it's a higher price for the same appointment, charged only to patients without insurance, often the people least able to absorb extra costs. This practice is operated by Texas ENT Specialists / Elevate ENT Partners, so self-pay patients at their other locations may want to ask whether the same fee applies. This is a billing-policy issue, not a comment on the physicians' clinical care.

Unfortunately, I needed a hand surgeon after a tree limb took out my ladder dropping me and jamming…read moremy hand in the ground. During the Emergency Room visit at Medical City Plano, they sent my swollen wrist X-Ray to Dr. Zivaljevic. Dr Z as they call him, identified a "dislocated peri lunate bone" in the wrist and scheduled surgery. I had a brace cast (behind the elbow to my fingers) for two weeks as the swelling went down, and moved to a full cast at the two week visit. His great team put the cast on in his office. Amazing process. Dr Z said I would have been luckier to have broken my wrist as bones heal. I scheduled regular visits and changed out the cast around 7 weeks as the muscle atrophy had taken over. Dr Z told me exactly what would happen to the letter over the course of the 3 months of visits. His physical therapy team had me doing finger stretches to keep the mobility going... Everything with a straight wrist. At the end of three months and half a dozen-ish office visits it was time to get the pins out. Another surgery, but this time a day visit so really quick. Now the real stretching and manipulation started, but keep in mind, the only thing holding my peri lunate in was one ligament and now scar tissue. I had to stop stretching so much as to not break up the scar tissue and I'm 70% mobility, which is exactly where he expected and wanted me to be. Strength is increasing and I have serviceable use of my wrist though I would avoid ladders if I were you! [And I had used lots of ladders in the past doing some really crazy things. Crazy stuff happens with ladders and YOU ARE NOT INVINCIBLE!!!!!] Dr Z was super knowledgeable and insightful. He patiently answered any and all questions I had each time. His staff was super friendly and professional even working with us and our medical sharing plan which caused some back and forth between all three parties, but we are grateful and appreciative of Lankford for working with us. I had calls from their office team reminding me of appointments and from Dr Z's nurse Kristen, who I even had the need to call her cell phone to ask a question. She was happy to help and advise. Dr Z said my outcome was fantastic in his experience. I had followed their instructions fairly well, only I didn't do as many reps stretching as they recommended. During a visit, I also asked about other Dr's in his office at Lankford Hand Surgery. From Dr Z's description, it sounds like they can handle any hand surgery even if intricate nerve reconnection work is necessary. If you have a hand surgery need, reach out to Dr Z and Lankford Hand Surgery. Dr Z and his team will take care of you. PS. Their downtown Dallas office can use some sprucing up, and they were in the process of doing some reorganizing and rearranging as I was "graduating."

I was scheduled for mallet finger surgery and had already pre-paid both the surgical center and the surgeon. Based on the office's urgency, I cancelled a non-refundable flight home cross county to visit an elderly parent with cognitive decline. Despite this, the office cancelled my surgery only hours before it was scheduled to take place. When I asked questions regarding my procedure, the office manager informed me that I was 'not a fit' for their practice, explicitly stating, 'your surgery is not significant enough to be bothering our staff with these questions'. While I eventually received a refund of my surgical fees and recouped the costs from the surgical center, the financial and emotional toll of the last-minute cancellation was significant. I subsequently sought care at the Orthopedics Institute of North Texas with Dr. Patel. Unlike the previous recommendation, Dr. Patel determined that surgery was not necessary given the angle of the injury. I have since successfully treated the injury with a splint and physical therapy with Inga Krips, and I am now almost fully healed. I HIGHLY recommend these two people. They are extremely competent professionals. Patients deserve clear communication and professional treatment, neither of which I found here

Bad experience. My primary recommened this hospital for my colonoscopy. I got one phone call a…read moremonth ago to set it up on a Monday and then no more communications until the Friday before my procedure. I couldn't get to the call until after 5pm at which time they were closed. Why didn't they call earlier in the week? I got a text on Sunday telling me they now have security gates. In this text was the name of this hospital. This was the first time I knew the name. I never got a text or email detailing my pre-op procedure. I tried calling on the Monday of my procedure but no one answered my call. It is now Tuesday and no one has reached out to me.
