Quality and Value - I highly Recommend!…read more After a terrible experience with a previous company, we were dealing with a very challenging situation. I reached out to my community for recommendations, and Pancho the Gardener, LLC came highly suggested. From the very first interaction, they exceeded expectations. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and came out promptly to assess the project. Their quote was not only fair--it was the best price received after comparing a dozen companies. What truly sets them apart is their expertise and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the redesign and installation, offering thoughtful, creative solutions that showed both skill and genuine care for the outcome. It was clear they knew exactly how to fix the previous mistakes and execute the project properly. Their professional team worked diligently for five days, and the transformation is incredible. The front yard, side yard, and backyard all came together beautifully, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Everything was done correctly. This company is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and incredibly easy to work with. They turned what was a stressful and frustrating situation into something truly spectacular. If you are looking for a landscaping company that delivers high-end results at a very reasonable price, with excellent communication and craftsmanship, I highly recommend them.

All my questions were always answered same day and communication was never an issue. They even provided a 3D rendering of what the yard would look like! Monday morning a large team of probably 10 or 12 workers showed up right on time and had the yard completed by Friday afternoon. We were expecting a long process and couldn't believe they completed everything in 5 days. They did a lot of work - gas lines to a custom firepit, raised planters with lights, a dog run, a paver walkway to my front yard, turf with drains, paver stepping stones, and a large paver patio area. They even had an awning guy come and reassemble an awning my dad had given me, as well as hooked up lighting and a ceiling fan. Very happy with the end result! A couple of my plants started to die and Walt responded right away that they would come take a look. They have a great warranty as well. Pricing was definitely higher than other quotes but you get what you pay for with the quality and timeliness of JTB. Thank you so much for building our backyard oasis!

I'm so sorry that this review is 2 years overdue but I can't recommend Brown Masonry and Mr. Brown…read moreenough. Yelp really came through with this find. It was nice dealing with a veteran owned business that feels really personal with a hands on owner. For some stupid reason 1 side of my wall was basically missing a row of blocks. I've always HATED that my neighbor and I could stare into each other's patio doors without trying. I never wanted to offend him by asking to build the wall up but I took advantage to bring it up as they were moving out. He said yeah he hated it too so go for it. He's on the HOA board so my architectural request got approved within days and the search for a mason began. I got a bunch of responses to my Yelp project request with some saying they don't do small jobs like mine, some crazy quotes of 2k (assume that was F off pricing). Luckily Mr. Brown responded with an incredibly fair quote after I sent details and photos and I think he stopped by the next morning to drop off samples to make sure the colors matched. We got it scheduled pretty quickly and his in person quote was a little lower than the text quote, which has never happened before. It really says what a good and honest person you're dealing with. His guy came out on time, was nice and did a great job. The only issue was that I didn't think I had to mention the mortar should match the existing not match the block color. I didn't pay attention and only caught it after it was done. Mr Brown came out to take a look and his suggestion was to cover the brown mortar with grey. It's not an exact match (I knew it wouldn't be) but it's good enough and I really appreciate his quick response. Masonry work isn't something that comes up often but I will use Brown Masonry again any chance I get. Thank you so much Mr. Brown

Southwest Lawnscape did a great job cleaning up and pruning our front yard last year. The crew was professional, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work efficiently. The owner checked in with me in real time to make sure everything had been done to my standards. The pruning looked excellent, but I noticed a few stubborn leaves had not been fully blown out. After I mentioned it, the owner immediately sent the crew back, and they thoroughly cleaned out the remaining leaves. They collected all the debris, hauled everything away, and left the yard looking great. The price was also very fair. I will absolutely use Southwest Lawnscape again.
