I received a phone call a few weeks ago letting me know I gave clothing I forgot to pick up since April. How embarrassing that I didn't even notice. Thank you for contacting me before donating my clothes! read more

I have used Cache cleaners in the Reserve Mall very regularly for over a year. . The cleaning quality is perfectly good and I have been very satisfied . For me however , the best aspect of Cache is the service I receive . The two ladies who work there are excellent . Both are very pleasant to deal with and are very much on top of the business . Based on my experience I would highly recommend Rodger lawson read more

Highly recommend Cache cleaners! They have always done a great job with both my dry cleaning and anything I've needed tailored. Mimi is always so helpful, accommodating and friendly. It is a pleasure bringing my clothes to cache cleaner and wouldn't go anywhere else in Boca! read more

I havew brought clothing here for well over five years for alterations as I redesign clothing I gave them tons of business Thwe new owners appear to have no understanding of long term customers I brought 2 items and was very clear with even leaving poictures of what i wanted They made mistakes on both and instead of just making it right they accused me of changing my mind and finally agreed to the fix It was 2 weeks before they even tried to do the work. I am very disappointed in the new CACHE I would not trust them for more then easy seamstress work and double check cause they have little understanding of english read more

I used this dry cleaners a handful of times over the past 10 yrs because the location is convenient for me. NO ONE even greets you to say hello at the front desk. This woman looks miserable and cannot even say hello to a customer. Aside from her demeanor, she handed me my 2 dresses with a pair of men's pants which I had not dropped off. I advised her that the pants were not mine. She then told me the pants belonged to my phone number and were dropped off 8 months ago! Really????? No one called to say they were ready for pick up. In fact NO ONE ever calls or texts to say my items are ready. Her response was to say I was lucky they were still there. She proceeded to insist that they always call and text me. I told her that's IMPOSSIBLE..I have never gotten a call from them or text. She looks in her system and then says that I only gave them a HOME number, which is completely false because they had my cell phone number and it was correct. I don't even have a home phone.. They obviously entered it into the system as a home number and never bothered to call. NO APOLOGY..no HAVE A GOOD DAY..nothing. DO NOT USE THIS business. I would give a zero if I could. read more

Good work and nice people but very expensive. We now go elsewhere out of Boca, ro a more reasonable cleaner.

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. I wish I read reviews before going there. Horrible place. No quality, nothing was properly cleaned and they 'tried' twice, stains were not removed etc. On top of that a receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. There are many good places in the area, stay away from this one. read more

I hate to point fingers but it does seem these other reviews (three different one star reviews) are the kind that are on Yelp to vent... All three are not regulars... do not write on a consistent basis... none are elite status... have no photo (especially of who they are)... and between the three of them, they've mostly given 1 star reviews (over 65 percent of them to be precise).... so with all that said, it's kind of hard to take these serious.... I'm not saying they are inaccurate or improperly rated... I'm just saying hopefully if you didn't trust their reviews, you'll possibly trust mine..... I've been using Cache Cleaners starting around 1990... back when Howard's Market was considerably smaller and Cache Cleaners was located where the entrance to Howard's Market is located. Over the past 25 years I DO NOT recalled having an issue with cleaning my clothes... everything I've dropped off always come back clean... always pressed as expected... always in that typical protective, plastic cover... Dry Cleaning is not the issue here... and for that reason I have always been a "LOYAL" customer. And over that same period of time, I've used their tailoring services many times (not every time but still faithful in that sense as well).... I have not had any issues in this area either (or at least I don't remember ever having an issue).... Dry Cleaning and Tailoring/Seamstress services are done as expected.... nope, my issue comes down to "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Even more so, it's about just being friendly and cordial.... I understand their job is to accept clothes being dropping off for cleaning and/or tailoring, then doing the service and then charging a fee to hand garments back over to the customer... BUT WHY can't they smile or be friendlier. Truth of the mater, there is another dry cleaner right across the street from Cache Cleaner... and even though I have a 25 year loyalty to Cache, I don't want say "thank you"... "hello"... "have a nice day"... anymore to them.... Frankly, these are the things they should say to me... Today I picked up my pants and after I paid I said I asked for a receipt and I was a bit taken back when the girls demeanor seemed to say... "WHAT EVER"... I still managed to say "have a nice day" because I am a nice guy and I do have manners... she didn't say thanks or any sort of kind remark back... nope, she nodded... who nods when someone is polite and nice to them... KARMA ! Ironically, I was also annoyed just a couple weeks ago when we decided to take a bike ride and brought along a couple items to drop off since we were going to pass Cache Cleaners on the ride anyway.... We arrived at their doors just FOUR minutes after their posted hours... I respect they are closed but we saw the girl at the counter so we knocked to see if she'd take our single item... she barely raised her head and wouldn't even acknowledge us... Again, I respect they are closed and even if there is a good reason to not accept our delivery, why not be friendly about it and not pretend you don't hear us knock just 10 feet away from you. t's a service business and if you make customers like me feel unappreciated then I can just as easily try Aldo's across the street or other nearby dry cleaners. read more

I love this cleaner, I have been using them for a long time and trust them with all of my important items.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have lived in 10 different cities over the last 20 years and this place is by far, without a doubt the single worst dry cleaner I have ever been unlucky enough to bring my clothes to. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you are lucky enough to get your clothing back, there is a high probability that it will be ruined. Dear owner: Please do us all a favor and go out of business so more people don't spend hard earned money on clothing that will be lost or ruined by your inept staff. They have two locations and both are equally awful. read more

After using them for 2 years plus, however in the past 4 months they have just been a mess. Twice I've received cloths that belong to somebody else, also I have return cloths that were dirty and not press. The ineptitude of one of their employees (female) is incredible, she has been rude and inattentive to my wife in the past and today. She lost one of my shirts is unbelievable. She shouldn't be in contact with the public, as her excuse is that she can't find it and had to look for it. I've decided to take my business elsewhere, please be aware they will lose your clothes. Their response is to fill out a claim. I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

I cannot even begin to understand why anyone would give this company less than five stars. I have been coming to Cache Cleaners for almost six years now and I have not once had any issues whatsoever. I currently live in Davie, and I drive all the way to Boca just to use their services. Their alterations are second to none! I wear a suit to work every day and I have to have all of my clothes specially tailored to fit my body. I have brought dozens of suits and shirts to Cache Cleanera be custom fit to my body and I have been nothing but 100% happy with the final product. In regard to their actual drycleaning, they take special care every time. Cache always stuffs my suit jackets with paper to keep the sleeves from getting wrinkles from hanging in the closet. They also use special wide plastic hangers to keep the jackets shoulders from going flat. When I drycleaning sweaters, they fold each sweater in paper and hang it in a snap-button plastic bag. This keeps my sweaters from getting dimples in the shoulders from being on a hanger. Needless to say, I am very picky when it comes to drycleaning. I HATE it when a company uses staples when securing ID tags to my clothes. At Cache, they use safety pins on delicate items and take care not to puncture the clothes in any harmful way. I trust Cache with all my clothes. And with over six years of weekly visits I have had ZERO issues. Anyone who experiences anything less than amazing must be something very rare. Try them once and you won't go anywhere else!!! read more

I wish I could give this place Zero stars. I just left Cache cleaners and was beyond disappointed in a rug that I had "cleaned". When I went back to show them the rug and ask for my money back ($47.70) they refused to give it back. As I was pulling of pieces of my dogs bone (the reason I sent to the cleaners in the first place) I couldn't believe they were not going to give me my money back. The lady at the counter called her boss who decided screaming at her into the phone was the best approach. Then when I asked to speak to him she handed me the phone and he hung up! Wow! Where in the world is the customer service and besides that how do you run a business this way. Fortunately I used my debit card so I was able to stop payment on the transaction for services not rendered. I will NEVER use this place again and Amir, the owner should be ASHAMED of himself and the way he handles his business. read more

The last straw was having by blouse stapled to the plastic bag -- really! Prior to that, this establishment lost my cleaning on two occasions. It took them a week to locate each and. Not even an apology or waiver on the price. Even though the cleaners is very convenient to my house--I'm done! read more

This place MUST get MINUS 5 STARS! A Chinese old lady shortened my trousers. Not two months later the entire hem in both legs came down. I went there and complained. They lied at me and said that they did NOT do that even while they found my bill in their system. They insulted me that I lied and I left the store. The tailor on the other side of the street shook only his head, how unprofessional the service was made. Send your foes to Cache Cleaners#1! read more

I have used Cache off and on for years, mostly a convenience of office delivery from a competitor is the only reason I didn't go all the time. Last week I brought in 4 shirts, 3 came back fine, the other one had a huge black stain (probably ink) ABOVE the shirt's pocket. When I pointed out to the lady working at the front counter, she said it is ink and when I asked how did ink get on there she said that I did it, it could not possibly have been them. I would get it if I missed a small ink stain, but this was the size of a quarter and extended out another inch. Clearly it is ink, but pens do not leak up a shirt, and I would have known if I had that much ink on a shirt as it clearly would have soaked through and the shirt is white. Things happen, I get it, but instead of accusing the customer (and making me pay for it), be polite about it. If I bring a shirt in with a stain I would point it out. This shirt was non-salvageable, wouldn't have brought it in. Overall my experience has been satisfactory, but the customer service needs a bit to be desired, and I am insulted to have had to pay for it (didn't notice stain until I was putting it in car and walked right back in), even though it had a tag on it saying I should inspect it. I would have hoped a professional cleaner would offer to pay for something they damaged, but I am shocked to find they made me pay for something (they blamed me for and) they couldn't fix. Bad business practice. read more

If I could list less than one star I would. I stopped going there. I used to go because it was convenient but things got increasingly worse. The shop I went to is at The Reserve (the owner has 5 shops in the area the young woman explained). Sometimes the dry cleaning or the alterations were not ready when they said they would be. After messing up the alternation of a new pair of pants 3 times the seamstress, who spoke little English, accused me of bringing a different pair of pants, then accused me of gaining weight, screaming at me and following me across the store while I asked the young woman for the owner's information. read more

Absolutely terrible, never going back. Lost my $90 romper and broke my other $85 romper, and will not fix it or give my money back.

The service is awful. You ask the girl a question and she looks at you like she doesn't understand English. Always with a lousy attitude. There needs to be another cleaners close by that can smile once in a while. read more

Horrible business and customer service. I have had several pants ruined by the tailor not putting the original hem back on as well as 2 shirts completely ruined! Instead of the manager refunding my money he insulted my garments insisting they were cheap. I called the owner and he would not refund me. I was told he need to send my clothes off for a lab report to find out what really happened. It has been 5 weeks and have not heard a peep from them after numerous calls to the owner. Cache Cleaners is a disgrace! read more

There are two Cache and I believe they are by the same owner. Be Afraid, be very afraid. I went to the one on Clint Moore across from the Oaks. OMG, ruined two suits and charged me for their cleaning too. Even though they said they ruined them. Tried to get the owner on the phone but refused to call me back. DON"T GO!!! read more

Been coming here for years and only have good things to say about them. Clothes are always cleaned and pressed as requested and are always ready on time. The convenience of having a seamstress at this location has been a plus for me as I can bring things in for alterations while I'm picking up my dry cleaning. read more
