Sometime in April, they sent me a new router. A few billing cycles in and I was charged more because I had not returned my used equipment. I found that odd because I wasn't given a box to return it, so I just kept avoiding the return. Finally, I got my act together and made an appointment at the closest XFinity to me. This is in a nicely manicured shopping plaza with an AT&T, Firehouse Subs, Chic-fil-A and other spots like that. To be honest I was dreading going in person because I thought it would be chaotic. My appointment was made for 3:15, and I was promptly seen upon arrival. My equipment was returned and then I was able to negotiate with the employee Diego or David (cannot remember his name) - was really helpful. The store is clean, and spacious. I would definitely recomend making an appointment because it did look like a bit of a madhouse for those who were waiting.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience with Xfinity/Comcast has been beyond…read moreunacceptable. Out of nowhere, some random technician showed up at our property without any notice or appointment to do "some work." Not only did they leave a complete mess behind, but they also left a bunch of cables lying around -- a serious tripping and electrical hazard. To make it even worse, they left our patio gate wide open, and my dog escaped because of their negligence. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. After this chaos, our internet -- which had been working perfectly fine -- suddenly stopped working. So not only did we not ask for any service, but their unannounced "work" actually created a new problem we didn't have to begin with. Naturally, we called the company expecting them to fix their own mistake. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Hours on the phone -- getting transferred from one department to another, over and over -- with nothing but meaningless apologies and zero actual help. After nearly five hours of being bounced around, they finally scheduled another technician to come and finish the half-done job... only for us to get a call later saying it needed to be rescheduled because the technician was late. Seriously? They cause the problem, leave a hazard, lose our connection, waste an entire day of our time, and then delay the "fix" again? What a disgrace of a company. If this is what they call customer service, it's beyond broken. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to their customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Comcast/Xfinity -- you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers.
