Although my device wasn't fixed I rated the store a 5 because of their sincerity. Since I was still under a 1 year warranty they suggested I go through Samsung for a manufacturers warranty. The parking is a little tricky since you have to pay for parking. But I'd go back knowing they're just not in it for a quick buck and they had the best intentions at heart.
