    The whole process has been a nightmare. Customer service is a low priority for Cabinets to Go. First off, they make you come into the store to pick up your ordered cabinets and do not deliver the items. Secondly, the frame we received was damaged for the Malibu White cabinets. They said they were going to replace it. That was over 10 DAYS ago. I called customer service and they said they don't have a date the new frame will ship out because there are a lot of them in front of me which tells me they have a lot of issues with defective craftsmanship. Also they won't ship the frame to my house, I have to go back to the store once again to pick it up AND pay my contractor to come back to install the defective cabinet. Also they charge a $150 restock fee for the exchanges or returns which is essentially just a scare tactic. I will not be using them again and I paid a lot of money for the cabinets. HORRIBLE customer service

    Beware of a contractor Ryan Fink dba Gator renovations. He was referred by Cabinets to go.

    They refer contractor with no license and he took our money and the house is worse than it was. We had a contractor come yesterday and it's a total redo. Ryan Fink dba Gator renovations. Shame on Cabinets to go for allowing this!!!!! UPDATE: 10-28-2019 We just received estimate to fix our home and it's well beyond 20 thousand dollars!! SICKENING!!!

    2 + years after kitchen renovation drawer hardware failing, paint chipping. Really cheap stuff. I guess you get what you pay for.

    UPDATE: Yesterday was part one of the install and the team sent out was fantastic! They arrived…read moreright on time and within a couple hours had the new counters in the kitchen. We added a new bank of cabinetry in the breakfast nook- that slab will be ready soon and they will be back out. My house has some odd angles- and the kitchen especially- I am so happy with the attention to detail with the install and how gorgeous the quartz countertop is! Excellent pricing too. And they were accommodating to us having to reschedule the install because of a damaged cabinet. Great communication, customer service, product and craftsmanship!!! This company came HIGHLY recommended by both my flooring guy and someone I know in the cabinet business. John and I went in to browse their inventory and get a quote. Now- I will say, we went to a different company that had a much bigger selection- but the prices were easily doubled. I am waiting to get one more quote before deciding- but the price point here really has me wanting to go with them! The young lady who took us around explained the different tiers in pricing and the difference in materials. I wanted quartz- but was open to looking at granite. John and I found a middle ground- seeing how what he liked was not what I wanted and some of my taste was not what he wanted. We narrowed it down to one and I anticipate going back in to look one more time before choosing and accepting the quote. Word of mouth is simply the best way for businesses and I fully trust the 2 who advised me to go see Diego here!

    I would stay far away from this guys. For starters this was a very expensive granite and the cost…read moreto have the two slabs fabricated and installed was around 14K. They noted that they are around 7 days from template to installation. They completed the templates on 5/13. I expected at the very least to have the granite installed before 5/23, the long weekend, which would have been 10 days, so we can get our kitchen back together. No communications after templates were done, I had to continually call them to find out what was going on. I have their email that states typically 7 days. They contacted me and told me the earliest would be 5/27, the following Tuesday after the long weekend. The morning of 5/23 they called me and stated they cut a gauge in one of the pieces 14" long by .375" wide. They filled and polished it and wanted to see if we were OK with that, we were not. It stood out like a sore thumb. They then suggested to change were the seem is, to a more visible location, to accommodate using the same slab because they said they were not able to get another slab from the same place we bought the granite. So they sent us on a wild goose chance to find the same granite but not the same lot. We were fine with it. They then called us and said they were able to get another slab from the original company from the same lot. It came from out of town. I went down to look at it and it was fine. I called the granite company today 5/24 to verify it was the same lot and they verified it was and stated that they always had additional slabs from the same lot. They have no idea why they would say that especially when they called late Thursday night to verify. Why the games? Because they did not want to incur the cost of buying another slab. I asked if this still was going to be installed on 5/27, Tuesday, since everything was done except that one piece and they said no. I said then Wednesday and they said they can't tell me until Tuesday morning. How can they not tell when it would be installed and why not Tuesday let alone Wednesday when it was their fault not mine. So you would think they would do anything to meet the original installation date. But that was not happening and they couldn't even give me a date. I then asked to speak with the owner Diego and the salesperson said she would call them and call me back. She did and said they were not available to speak with me and we need to wait until Tuesday morning that is the best they can do. How are they not be able to pick up the phone and speak with their customer and take accountability let alone not confirm an installation date. I told them that we have a terminal ill person on hospice in the house, before this even started and again on Friday and they just don't care. They don't care that they put us off and don't care that they are putting us out. This is not a reputable company, any other company the owner would have called and make sure we hit our original date. Think twice because I haven't even gotten into the lack of communication except when it comes to payments, then the communication was fine.

    I ordered my appliance package through salesperson Don. Was offered, in writing, the option of…read morereceiving a monetary refund or an extended warranty if I went with a current promotion. I chose the extended warranty as I had spent a great sum on the Wolf/Subzero package that included a total of 7 appliances. The extended warranty offer was the deciding factor as to why I purchased this particular package. The appliances came in staggered, with some taking well over a YEAR to arrive. Of course they blamed in on the manufacturer and Covid. Upon arrival and install, the installation "professionals" at First Coast Supply damaged my brand new custom cabinets. I had to have them repainted. Then, when it came time to ensure that I had indeed received my extended warranty, I learned that I did not have the extended warranty as agreed due to not "selecting" this and filling out some form. This was the first I heard of it and I certainly never received the form. First Coast supply had over a year to inform me of this and never did. First Coast Supply has essentially placed the blame on me and is refusing to do anything about the situation. Their response is "we cannot do anything about it." Some much for customer service. This is the second full kitchen appliance package I have purchased from First Coast Supply. I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any of your needs. They are happy to take your money and then when they make a mistake, they blame it on the customer and refuse to make it right. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I've purchased all my kitchen appliances and 2 Bidet toilets over the years. They have a great showroom and I wanted to give them MORE business just this week but Marissa never, NEVER calls back. I'm done, I'll spend my money elsewhere. The owner obviously makes tons of money to not want my business.
