Bottom line we had to pay Mike at Modern concepts about $4,000 more than he quoted and he took twice as long and delivered a product that was not satisfactory. Plus during the whole process he was very unclear about payments and anything money related which makes him come across as untrustworthy. I gave Paul a picture of what I wanted the bathroom to look like and he delivered. Paul was easy to work with (professional, efficient, responsive, friendly and accommodating) and scheduled things around the Plumber and when the tub was to come in to get the job completed. When things came up along the way Paul never seemed to get frustrated, and found solutions to the issues. I work from home and was always checking in on the progress of the remodel, but Paul indulged me every time. Thank you Paul, I love my new bathroom! Paul also painted my dining room walls, trim and installed a new overhead light. He worked very efficiently and completed the job in a day. It came out beyond my expectations. Layara helped me choose the kitchen countertops and tile backsplash. The kitchen turned out amazing sitting atop the newly painted cabinets.
