They arrived exactly on time with three people. Were able to removed the old vanities and hang the new ones in two hours. Was surprised how fast they were. There price was as quoted, which I feel was really good, since the company we ordered from said they would do the same work for $800!

This is the third large window that AT Construction has installed in our home. Adam, the owner of…read morethe company, is a gentleman and a true professional. His pricing is fair and reasonable. When we met to discuss the most recent window replacement project, he set a production and installation schedule and he followed it to the letter. Further, AT Construction's workmanship and attention to detail are remarkable. To evidence this fact, when they completed the work, the window looked perfect. Notwithstanding, Adam pointed out a small imperfection in one of the screens and promised to have it addressed and corrected. Less than 24 hours later, he already has a Pella representative scheduled to inspect and presumably replace or repair the screen. Alter two separate window projects (three total windows) we cannot say too many good things about AT Construction.

Let me start by saying this - I don't make a habit of leaving reviews unless there's something…read moreextraordinarily good or bad about an experience. I've already used them 3 times, all positive experiences, which is what brought me here to confidently say that I'll be referring them to anyone else in the area as well. I first brought them into my home for what I saw as a relatively straightforward patch and paint after some water damage from a leaky roof. They gave me an estimate, which was lower than the other 2. I approved it and they came in the next day, identified the actual issue, removed the drywall, stopped the issue, put in another custom cut piece of drywall, sealed it up again with tape and paste, then sanded it down to make it look literally seamless with the rest of the ceiling. Anyone else would have charged at least double (based on other experiences I've had) but the communication was there from the beginning and I could tell that they weren't giving me the runaround. The transparency was surprising and greatly appreciated. That gave me the confidence to have them come back another time to replace some windows that had been cracked from rocks being kicked up from the alleyway over time, both paned glass as well as some square/cubes replaced. Bob, the owner, said he wasn't a glazer, but had a good contact that was also reasonably priced and knocked out that job in 1 day. After that, I gave him a call about some of the mason work that I was having done because at this point, I realized that Bob was trustworthy and transparent, and I felt like getting a 2nd opinion on what work had been done so far and what still needed to be done. I've even met someone else in the neighborhood who's house I visited and I was complimenting her new deck. Turns out that she had her deck rebuilt by JOB1 ! That's what brings me to this review, which I hope is enough detail to describe why JOB1 is so different than many other contractors these days. Bob and his crew are transparent, trustworthy, thorough, professional, and fair. That's a tough combination these days from what I've found, and for that, I HIGHLY recommend JOB1 for your home improvement needs, big or small !

I received lots of recommendations like this. And, I wanted to find businesses with reviews, websites, detailed lists of services provided, photo galleries of completed projects, and proof of license & insurance. AMG Proline met this in spades. Abdullah responded quickly, confirmed capability and availability to complete all of my requested projects, and immediately scheduled a walk-through. Upon first arrival, it was abundantly clear how deep his expertise runs and how sharp his eye is for both function and design. Throughout the entire process, Abdullah was always extremely communicative and efficient. He sent updates of the work via text, photos, and videos. He offered options and suggestions, including why he recommended what he did, without any pressure or judgment. Foreman Mo and team were also lovely, kind, and efficient. Everyone clearly cared deeply about the quality of their work. However well they would do this work in their own personal homes, is how well they were doing the work in my home for me. I was never stressed or worried about the job, since I could see day by day how well it was going. They gave me a timing estimate of one month and beat it by an entire week. There was no nickel and diming, no attempts at random upcharging, no "emergencies requiring" more expensive work. Any ad-hoc items needing my input were clearly communicated to me and waited for my approval. I could not possibly be any happier with the results of their work. At my final walk-through, I was inspecting all the corners and finishes, and they were perfect. Abdullah and team were so detailed. I have been absolutely raving to my friends and family about how wonderful my experience was with AMG. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. I cannot emphasize enough how much peace of mind you will experience with this crew. Shop around, don't shop around, it doesn't matter, just go with AMG.
