Of course, it seemed almost impossible to find a national distributor who could meet my deadline or a local printer with competitive prices. Luckily, I noticed that Calloway is based in Boston and made a call. Not only did Terryl promise the job in less than 24 hours, he also quoted a rate that beat (bar far) anything I could find online for rush service. The turnaround time was so fast (less than 20 hours), that Terryl was able to catch a (mostly superfluous) printing mistake by his third-party printer. Given my time issues and the otherwise excellent quality of the banner, I would have been willing to overlook this issue, but Terryl promised that he could get a replacement printed that night. The next day, I picked up a perfect replacement banner with more than enough time to spare for my event, and he gave me the (slightly flawed) version at no additional charge.
