King's Towing arrived to tow my son's car on Easter morning. The vehicle had a handicap placard…read morehanging from the rear view mirror and was parked in a spot marked reserved for handicap. The company continues to say that the driver "thought" the Manheim Township police requested the tow. After investigating the incident, a police representative said not only didn't they request this tow, they NEVER request a tow from a handicap spot. If there is a violation, they ticket the vehicle. King's Towing has demonstrated that they are just one of the many tow companies that give the industry a bad name.

We were stuck when our truck broken down in Lancaster on our way to Philadelphia. Called AAA early…read morein the morning. Mack's got the ticket and called to say they could pick up the truck immediately, then keep it in their lot until later in the day when they would bring it to Philly. I said we had to meet them at the mechanic in Philly so it had to be by 8pm. They said no problem. Not only did they never call us back, when we finally called them worried at 7pm to find out where they were, they said they weren't going to bring it until midnight. We said that's not ok and just to bring it first thing in the morning by 9am. They asked if 10 was ok. They didn't call at all or show up until 10:45am, just saying they were understaffed. Left us in a bad place, with no mechanic, having to wait for a couple days. Why take on the AAA ticket if they're pretty sure they can't fulfill it? Why make promises they know they can't keep? Why not call with updates? Stuff happens sure, but all of these were missed and didn't have to be.

Outstanding Service During a Stressful Situation…read more Despite the unfortunate circumstances, our experience with Towman was truly exceptional. This morning, we called for help getting our truck out of a bush and towing it to a mechanic. From the very first phone call, their team was patient, friendly, and understanding. They arrived promptly and handled everything with efficiency and care. The service went above and beyond our expectations--not only were they professional and effective, but also incredibly kind and courteous throughout the process. The cost was also very fair for the level of service provided. We're extremely grateful and would highly recommend Towman to anyone in need of towing or recovery services.
