The language barrier isn't the problem. What really is upsetting is that person who was "massag" me, basically was just kneading me. Gave a good back massage, didn't touch my feet at all, or any of my problem areas. Why bother asking what they are? When all was done, I was forced to give a tip. I gave her a $20 asking for change, she only gave me a $10 back. I asked for the rest of it, she just said, "tip." I don't recommend! read more

Visited jn January 2022. Very clean, somewhat quite place. Reflex foot and neck and shoulder massage eased pain from computer work. Price reasonable Would recommend. read more

Nice staff. Peaceful and quiet. Reasonable prices. Excellent massages. I ha e never had to wait more than 5 minutes to receive service.

Was a walk in and immediately helped. Really had such an amazing experience with Lucy and at such an affordable price too. I get massages routinely and have a membership with one of the more upscale ones in town, this experience was just as good if not better in my opinion. Because it was so affordable, it also gave me room to leave a much bigger tip which was something I was very happy to do after having such a great massage. read more

I was looking for a new place to go to for my massages and this place was superb! Very clean and professional looking. I walked in feeling good about the place and I wasn't disappointed. The woman I had got the knots out of my back and even though I wasn't sure what to do since it was my first time there she was totally polite and helpful. I brought a friend of mine with me and she had never been to a massage place before and she loved it just as much as I did. Thank you for the professionalism, helpfulness and kindness! read more

Was greeted with a kind smile and very quickly was helped to select my service. The masseuse Victor did a great job. The business was very clean, quiet, and lights are dim. I left feeling very relaxed and amazing. Everyone was so friendly. I will return again soon. read more

Good massage, the English to Mandarin language barrier is hard but if you just go with the flow and dont ask for anything specific then you'll enjoy yourself. Also they touch your butt and massage it, which i am perfectly comfortable with but i understand some may not like that read more

Great place for massage, excellent service and reasonable price for hour massage. My wife and I go there all the time. My wife l

Hubby and I had one of the best massages and foot massages we have had. Will definitely be back even though we don't live near it would definitely be worth the drive. Very friendly and welcoming felt like we had been there before but it was our first and not last time going. read more

My shoulders and neck have been very sore and tight for several days. I went next door to have some frozen yogurt at my favorite place and a massage sounded like a good idea. The prices were appealing and I knew I needed some deep-tissue work. I was impressed with Charlie, he is skilled, professional and has a great technique. read more

This place is great! I travel clear across town to get pampered. Everyone is very nice and professional! They really take care of you, and make you feel comfortable. They do a great job with disinfecting between clients and CDC guidelines. Their massages are so relaxing and calming. Always pleased when I leave. Just call ahead of time because they get busy, they're that good! read more

Called they didn't answer but they called me right back. I've been twice both times the staff was nice and explained each service they offered and left feelong very relaxed and comfortable read more

Run far away from this place, it's a joke. I bought a certificate for Mother's Day for my mom to get a massage and when she shows up they turn her away saying it has been used? She says I just got it for Mother's Day they said sorry it's used? So she calls me and says they won't help her, I talk to them and still nothing! Horrible customer service and a scam!! Not sure how they have so many stars? Must have a lot of family members and friends posting lies!! read more

This place is comfortable, friendly, clean and safe. Worked out all my knots from hiking and working out

Saw their services online and decided to try it out. From the moment I walked in I was so comfortable! The owner is so sweet and helpful ( Dawn might be her name). I did a 90 min combo massage and it was wonderful. The owner helped me to my chair and also introduced my masseuse. She was nice enough to even to mention " if you at any point do not feel comfortable please let him know. The guy I was as a little too rough for my taste but he did get knots out which is good! He was good at sensing body language and read off that. The rooms were so pretty and had roses on the beds which I have never see at any other place. Got an email for 10% off my birthday massage which is also very cool! Every person you refer you get a $5 off your next massage :). Lots of nice perks and a very well run place. I will be back very often to have my massages here! read more

Hot Stone therapy felt good, but lady worked mostly upper body, my butt and legs, calves and foot left at very little attention. I don't mind giving a decent tips. Massuse needs to give little love and satisfactory fullbody massage. I have real bad anxiety issue, massage helps me. I will keep trying looking to find a place where they really care to give good service. Place was clean, bathroom was decent. read more

This was the best experience I have had. I called and they took me in right away. I was walked right into the room and they didn't waste any time. read more

I seen the reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I asked about a foot massage when I was told $25 for an hour and I felt that was very reasonable. When I got there they showed me the pricing sheet and I opted for an hour with this special heated foot booty thing (for lack of a better term)... Well the entire massage was wonderful. They put your feet to soak and then they lay you back and massage the top of your head, the back of your neck, your shoulders ...for a good what seemed like 15 minutes and a lot of my knots were worked out. After the massage of your feet they have you turn over and they do your back...in other words it's more than just a foot massage! I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person and will definitely be back! read more

They were so nice and friendly. I got the combo massage and it was well worth it. I feel so relaxed and just at ease. It was my first time getting a massage in months, but now I finally found this place. I will be coming here from now on. You won't regret it! They really take care of you here and the atmosphere is so pleasing. Its low lighted and the music definitely ties the whole experience together. read more

A great experience overall. Clean, relaxing, quiet, and smelled great! Which I love. I was greeted right away, this was my first visit so I chose the 40min classic package.. Dianna gave my massage. This is all fully clothed fyi which is GREAT. She soaked my feet, gave a wonderful face, temple and head massage, worked on my neck and shoulders, arms, hands then legs and feet! The pressure was perfect but I could have gone harder or softer if I wished. I was unable to lay on my stomach this time or she would have worked more in my back. I did not feel rushed or self conscious and the price is very fair. I will be returning every week if at all possible! read more

I had a 60 min combo massage from Lucy. Overall, my experience here was not positive. Pros: Reasonable price - an hr combo for $35 Quiet Friendly staff Cons: Difficulty communicating my needs -foot massage: I asked Lucy if she can massage my feet with more firm pressure as it felt she was just touching my feet. She said ok but it didn't happen. - In the beginning I told a man (owner?) my right neck hurts and he offered this Chinese massage oil for $5. I declined to use it. However, this oil was used on my neck/shoulder twice leaving me with burning sensation. I told Lucy to wipe it off but she didn't understand. Later another lady came in and accommodated my need. -during the body massage Lucy was elbow massaging my back. I told her it hurts, and she said ok but kept massaging with the same strength. No communication between masseuse and myself -no introduction from her -no asking whether water temperature was ok or the amount of pressure she was putting was ok read more

My first time ever getting a massage, and I enjoyed this place! The environment is actually very soothing. The place is neat and clean. A full body massage for 1 hour and only $45?! It was worth it in my opinion. The lady I had was super nice. Unfortunately, it can get pretty hard to understand the staff sometimes, but you'll get the jist of it and vice versa. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Was gifted a 60min body combo massage with foot and scalp massage + hot towels by my fiancé. My masseuse did a great job and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great service. Cheaper than most private businesses. They take walk ins. Really sweet people. Will come again :)

I have tried just about all of these massage places in Fresno and none of them compare to this one.The staff is fabulous. The owners really care about the quality of their service. My absolute favorite massage person is Diana she has an incredible intuitive ability to hit where ever your pain is and apply the proper pressure. She really knows what she is doing. But honestly all of the massages I have had here have been worth the money and way above the quality of any other massage place.I would gladly have a massage here from anyone . The owner is very good about picking excellent people and training them .The only problem is that you will like it so much you will want to keep coming back; it is addicting. I would come every day if I could afford to come!!!! read more

BEST head, neck and back massage I have ever had! I got Victor and he was super professional being that I had a male and was semi nude (covered of course by towels! My husband and I had wonderful experience here. This was my husband first time having a massage in his life. He was kind of reluctant at first place. Mainly he thought he was too young for massage. But immediately after the massage, he told me he would definitely come back. It was so relaxed. And prices are reasonable. We highly recommend this place. read more

So I'll start this by saying that I have had the shingles twice in the past year and it has left me with severe nerve damage and I am walking around in pain on a daily basis. I have received multiple treatments in order to help with my pain and I was recommended to get massages to alleviate some of that pain. So today Aug 12th, 21 hi woke up and I just felt like it this is the day I'm going to start getting massages about halfway through my day I was done with work and I've decided to call a few places around town the first two didn't answer the third happened to be (CA Relaxation Station) they answered immediately. A very nice man answered the phone. I asked him if I could walk in he said that they were taking walk-ins and I told him I'd be there in 20 minutes. I immediately received a text to confirm that I was going to make it to my appointment. When I got there the environment was very nice dark with beautiful music. My massage was an hour long. In the middle they noticed that I was in pain and asked if they would like to reduce my deep tissue massage to a medium level and I agreed. by the end of my massage I wanted to cry because I felt like I haven't felt in over a year. I feel more mobile and they have put a huge smile on my face for the remainder of the day. I highly recommend. I will be back soon!! read more

I would give them zero stars if I was able to one lady started off she did not know what she was doing she was hurting me really bad I kept having to tell her I had to get up to tell another lady the other lady came in left my door cracked open while she was massaging me they were talking back-and-forth to another lady something made me look up and I seen somebody looking and then she tried to hide behind the wall while I looked up so I lay back down my head and kept trying to look through the little hole of the face thing where your face goes through to see if I could see feet again or anything I couldn't see him but something made me pop my head up just to look after a couple minutes and I seen her trying to hide behind the wall but sitting there looking at me while she sitting on the floor so I asked why is she sitting right there just looking at me while I'm getting massage that don't seem right so she comes in and stands there she says that she's showing her how to massage so I just lay back down my head because I was over the whole situation she's walking around the room she said that she's giving her the oil and stuff come to find out there's $500 took it out my purse I didn't notice the money was gone until after I left the place I told them that I was not going to pay them because she hurt me so bad and then I felt very uncomfortable with the lady in there while she was massaging me and then she wasn't even gonna tell me she was spying behind the wall until I said something the lady kept trying to hide when I left the place I found out when I went to go get some food that all my money was gone from inside my purse when I tried to call and they were not answering the phone mind you I left a little bit before they were closing I tried to call the next day they act like they didn't know what was going on so I told him I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau two days later I noticed I had bigger bruises on my back from the lady that first started massaging me when she kept putting her elbows and stuff in my back please be careful and be aware of what's going on here and keep your belongings really close if you choose to go here read more

I'll never go to another relaxing station again. Wow wow wow! I got the 1 hour foot reflexology which is on special for $25. I was guided to an open room with multiple tables. My massage therapist instructed for my to lie down and put my feet in the soak bowl that she provided for me. She went on to massage my face, scalp, back of neck, arms and hands. She then went on to massage my feet for about 25-30 minutes. When she was done, she instructed me to turn over as she massaged my back. I have not had a massage at an establishment other than a day spa before and was mildly taken aback by the slapping techniques and when the therapist mounted my back to use her whole body to massage me but it all felt amazing. When I was done she handed me a cup of water and I was good to go. Talk about bang for your buck! read more

I've never had a massage before, and if I may say I wish I hadn't... lol now I want one everyday for the rest of my life! this was so amazing and I felt so relaxed! they did a great job and I felt very welcome and comfortable here, I definitely will recommend here to others! read more

Times are tight but I decided I really needed a massage. I could have driven around the corner to Cedar and Herndon and had an amazing massage for $19 but oil sounded nice and this one is closer. It's $39. 99 for an hour oil but $5 more for scented oil. There is a $5 off coupon in Yelp but I forgot to use it. I tipped my masseuse $5 which is 15% but she pointed to the $10 in my wallet which is a 26% tip. I thanked her and gave her $5. Sometimes I tip $10 when I am able but it should never be expected. They can take the $5 I forgot to claim on the coupon and add it to her tip. read more

I've tried many of these "reflexology" places in town and this place is by far the best. I went in for the combo foot & oil massage. It was pretty awesome. You just have to try it for yourself. Don't be too surprised if you end up falling asleep though. It is that good. read more

I got a combination massage because I usually have a lot of tightness in my feet and calves (due to plantar fasciitis) and I had recently started having some back pain. I told the guy on the front counter that I wanted her to go light first on the back and if I can tolerate it, she can go deeper. He conveyed that to my masseuse (Linda) who did not speak much English and she did just that. The massage was in the common area with the four beds. I wasn't comfortable getting oil on my clothes so I asked her if I could take them off. They have a curtain partition in the common room also so that worked out fine. Linda was excellent and really worked on the spots that needed attention. Although she did not speak English, I had no problem communicating with her through actions. She really cared to make sure I was comfortable and got the massage in the places I needed. They only charged $35 for such a great massage. Will definitely visit again. read more
