The place was peaceful but the only problem is you start hearing their next door neighbors using blenders (maybe) but it was somewhat annoying instead of getting that peaceful relaxing environment. At arrival, the Covid protocol made me feel very safe; must wear mask although it has been lifted in CA, I still feel safer with mask on (can't trust everybody), took our temperature and she sprayed something on us as well. On a large massage table, you keep fully clothed, they use a sheet over you as well. Massage your back From head to toe at your speed and pressure requested, while on your stomach. Then you go over to the big overstuffed recliners and they put your feet into a large bucket with warm green tea in it and let your feet soak awhile, they towel dry wash foot and wrap it in a towel, they put a ottoman under your legs for support and then massage each foot. What a GREAT massage I just had by Lucy!! Was in the mood for a massage without an appointment and used Yelp to find this location. Turns out that it was next door to the Medical Dental Pharmacy that I was on my way to already. I enjoy a good massage and have found that these walk-in places can be hit or miss which then makes me regret not scheduling a massage with a masseuse at a spa. First appearances are somewhat of maybe a doctors office or clinic which I liked instead of walking in the door and evwryone getting their massages are just out in the open. Each customer signs in on a tablet and is able to select the areas of the body they need worked on and the level of pressure. Once signed in I was taken behind a door. There were some massage tables out in the open, and some in private rooms. I waa taken to a private room because I chose the oil massage which you disrobe down to your underwear. I felt comfortable the entire time and Lucy did an amazing job working on my problem areas that I noted on the tablet. Good firm pressure the entire duration of the massage. Once Lucy was done using her hands on my back she stepped out of the room briefly and came back with hot stones which were rubbed all over my back and legs. After my back was done I turned onto my back where she worked a little more on my arms and legs, then a great scalp massage with special attention to each side of my neck. That being said Victor gives an amazing massage because he is skilled and can tell by your stress points where you need work. He speaks the most English and can sometimes convey your requests to the others .One of the gals, needs to study keywords such as "knot" "shoulder" "lower back", "that hurts" etc. and recieve more training and instruction as she presses on bone and joints instead muscle. She is however spectacular at hands and feet. The cons are the ever-present bait-and-switch as you walk in the door. You have a list of prices and services and when you ask for $39 1 hour massage, on the way back to the room , she says do you like light medium or heavy massage? When I reply "heavy" she tells me, " Oh that will be $10 more. Yet when I go to explain to her where to massage my back she does not understand me ..? So if you take my advice just get into the room and ask them to give you more firm massage if it's too light, because it's all in perspective , What one person thinks is hard may not think it is at all , dont allow them to extract that extra money from you , they may argue but demand the listed price. That and the language barrier are the cons. The place is cozy and dark with pleasant relaxing music. If they put someone at the phones who speaks english and stops the bait-and-switch I would give them 4 stars. 5 if they were to train their people more thorougly. read more

My masseuse did alot of rubbing my love handles and not enough on my muscles. The massage itself felt a bit lackluster as well. Definitely wouldn't call what I got a foot massage and my feet really needed it. I was really hoping for a better experience seeing all of the good reviews but this place just wasn't for me. I was in need of a massage and thought I'd come here and see how it was. Well I spent $45 on an hour massage where I wasn't even covered!! The lady only had a white towel to cover my whole entire body! I honestly couldn't believe that I had to lay like that for an hour, and mind you it was full body and eventually I would have to turn over from my stomach which was horrifying for me to even let this lady that I don't even know see my body. They put your feet in hot water then massage your head, hands, and lastly feet.
