Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

Based on the exchange, it was recommended that I book their 2 hour service. In the 2 hours that they were here (team of two), the upstairs bathrooms were completely revitalized. You can tip via the website when you pay the invoice but I opted for cash tips; $80 per since my bathrooms were large and I understand it wasn't an easy task to do especially if a deep cleaning was needed and selected. Ronnie and I were extremely happy w/ the outcome and would recommend this service if you need to clean your place to move out. If money wasn't an issue, I would use this service to clean the entire house once every 2 weeks.

A staff of 3 came at the appointment time and finished within 3 hours. Overall they did a good job. Most of the areas they cleaned were done well. They did miss some of the instructions I gave Sandra, so I don't know if the staff got the memo. When I reported that to Sandra, she just apologized and didn't offer to rectify. They also worked around my pet areas, which I thought felt kind of half a$$. So like half the wall was cleaned. A few minor things were thrown away, so I needed to buy replacements, which was a little annoying. Like others mentioned in their reviews, they didn't put things back the way they were. If that bothers you, don't go with these folks cuz it will drive you crazy. Price is relatively cheap I think, so maybe I got what I paid for. Not sure if I'll use them again.

Overall, they did alright but there were some frustrating things during each of the cleanings; some consistent and others just negligent. Summary: - They don't help with organizing. So I end up having to clean up after the cleaners leave to put everything back. - They don't put things back where they were. (e.g. we have child locks around and I spent half the day after the first cleaning searching for the key) - They rush through the cleanings (e.g. forget to empty the trash bins in the kitchen, unhook ceiling vents to clean them but don't hook them back in, left some dirty rags in the bathroom, wipe the floors but if there's anything sticky like a piece of candy they just leave it...and the worst was putting non-oven-safe pans in the oven and accidentally turning the oven on while cleaning) - If they need help with cleaning something, they don't bother asking. They just don't clean it. For example, our diaper pail is a little tricky to remove the garbage bag. They've never asked me how to remove it. So I ended up just putting it in the main trash bin before they arrived so they can take it out. - After the first deep cleaning, I asked what they could help with cleaning regularly and they let me know what they can/can't do. Yet every regular cleaning, they always forgot something that we had agreed they could take care of. There's something about cleaning up after the cleaners leave that just doesn't seem right. So after the 3rd regular cleaning, we decided to part ways. If you're looking for a cleaner that will do a thorough job, communicate honestly with you, and be thoughtful and respectful of your home, I'm not confident this is it.

    I saw a post about this company and saw that he did gutter cleaning, window washing, solar panels…read moreand roof cleaning. I gave them a call. They were able to come out in two days. I have a two story house in Tracy, they are out of San Jose. They did a great job! They even offered to haul away any junk I had and take it to the dump. I had my roof cleaned, which it needed badly from the heavy winds that come through Tracy bringing all that dirt. Windows, sun screens, gutters and they power washed my back yard concrete, driveway and walkways. Also they cleaned the exterior walls of my house. My neighbors on both sides of me were impressed as well and hired them to do their houses as well. Hector is a very caring guy and wants you to be happy with their work. Great Job!

First, I have to preface my…read morereview by saying that we have a bigger space that had undergone some minor construction but resulted in the entire building being very dusty. I understand that it was a pain to clean it, but I also assume that with the prices charged, it should be completely clean. I called Hector and left a message on a Saturday morning, he called back later that day saying he was busy but to text him the address and a time he could come by to take a look and give a quote. The rest of our exchanges were communicated via text, which was convenient for me. During his visit, I communicated to Hector that since we were a gym, every surface would have to be hygienic and sanitary as we would have clients working out, touching the surfaces, etc. He assured me that this would be done and that he had special machines to clean our floors, etc. After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Hector's crew even though they ended up being the most expensive option because he sounded very knowledgeable and had the right crew and tools for the job. We scheduled a date, and luckily, Hector was able to start earlier which was great since we were on a time crunch. The morning of, his crew was a little late. He told us he would be there at 9:00 am so we were there waiting to open up the building. They didn't get there until 9:45 am, but got right to work. He brought 4-5 people to help clean and it seems like the guys who were working on the main workout space actually did a fairly decent job. We periodically checked in on them throughout the day, but when we came back at 6 pm they had left. We found all of our cleaning equipment in a corner mixed in with their cleaning equipment. This included brooms, ladders, mops, vacuums, and our personal cleaning chemicals that were originally hidden away in our cupboards and storage spaces. As these were not readily accessible, I can only assume that his crew used our cleaning supplies and forgot what they owned. I am extremely frustrated that when you hire a cleaning group they feel like they have the right to use OUR cleaning supplies and equipment. Furthermore, 3 of our 10 mirrors were broken. They were cracked on the bottom which will take us about $3000 to replace. These mirrors were NOT BROKEN before they got there and were cracked when we came the next morning. When I showed Hector, he vehemently denied that his crew did it and that it was impossible that this happened as a result of his team. He actually just pretended like he didn't hear me. They cleaned for about 3-4 hours more on the second day and then said they were done. Hector assured me that he would come back to clean my windows as he wasn't happy with how they turned out, but he never came back. Also, we are missing a bunch of cleaning supplies and equipment, including an extra-long 50+ foot extension cord that we needed for vacuuming and other purposes. Over the next few days, we realized that the actually did a horrible job cleaning. The entire front lounge area was still dusty (see the picture of a paper towel after we cleaned the railings) as well as a bunch of other spots. They had horrible attention to detail and we actually found some construction (?) glasses on top of one of our surfaces which to me says they never even cleaned that area. They threw away some of our vinyl stickers that were unused (~$65) that I found crumpled in the trashbag they left, but didn't throw away some fast food napkins and paper towels??? Unsure what the rationale behind that was. I am extremely disappointed as we had gotten quotes from various companies and actually chose the most expensive one because we didn't want to cut any corners. Too bad Hector's team didn't feel the same. Summary: 1) Horrible attention to detail, did not dedicate enough time to the job, missed lots of areas. For such a big space, I was very surprised they finished so quickly. Now I know why. Even though I stressed that it had to be SANITARY and HYGIENIC, it definitely was not so we had to go back over and clean again ourselves. 2) Broke our mirrors that will cost about the same as we paid Hector to replace. Hector was very stubborn and not at all friendly or sympathetic when we brought this up to him as if he had something to hide and wanted deniability. 3) Very $$$ for the end result that we got. 4) If you say you're going to do something, you better do it. Otherwise, don't promise that you're going to come back and clean our windows? I would have preferred that he just left without saying anything instead of having me hope that he was coming back to finish his lame job. 5) We are missing our extension cord and some cleaning supplies. And they threw away some of our promotional material including vinyl stickering. BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SOLUTIONS IF YOU'RE DOING A JOB AND DON'T TAKE STUFF FROM OUR CLOSETS/CUPBOARDS.

The house had been quite dirty, including areas behind furniture, and they moved everything as needed to ensure a thorough cleaning of the floors and hidden spaces. They were very accommodating, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process, and their customer service was truly outstanding. Anything I asked them to do, they did with a smile. They even cleaned the insides of closets as part of the deep cleaning--something I didn't even realize was included. There were also a few tasks that were technically outside the scope of the deep cleaning, such as the inside of a very dirty TV cabinet, and they handled those requests without any complaint at all. Elise and Judy are a fantastic team who genuinely focus on making sure the customer is happy. I'm so glad they deep cleaned my house, and thanks to their excellent work, they convinced me to continue using Alf's Cleaning Services. ADDED: Second cleaning service for garage We had a rat infestation in our garage a while back, and it left the space in terrible shape--droppings on the floor, shelves, and clutter everywhere. Elise and Judy did an absolutely incredible job bringing the garage back to life. They were extremely kind and respectful throughout the entire process, asking what needed to be cleaned in each section and making sure they understood exactly what I wanted. When I requested some extra wiping on a few storage containers, they went above and beyond and cleaned all the remaining containers and furniture as well. The garage is now sparkling and hasn't been this clean in at least a decade. They also carefully moved boxes and appliances that couldn't get wet, making sure nothing was damaged while they washed down the garage. What I appreciated most was how understanding and nonjudgmental they were about the state of the space. This was a heavy-duty job, and they handled it with professionalism, care, and a great attitude. They even asked how I wanted everything arranged once they finished. I would gladly have this team work on any part of my home again. Fantastic service and truly exceptional customer care!
