Like many such firms, I imagine that demand has softened given the current Bay Area quarantine, so they can probably take on new business, and cleaning is deemed an "essential service". Highly recommended -- they are very careful to practice safe cleaning with gloves and masks with lots of disinfectant!

However I still found bits of dust and paper . Above the hood was still sticky, the window sills were dusty. I paid 280$ for the cleaning and got a shoddy service . They don't move furniture that's moveable ( not heavy ones) . Or light weight objects. Their cleaning is just minimum basic at the best. I paid them what I agreed to pay but was extremely disappointed. I can technically file a claim against this company for bad service . They are asking me to hire them again so they can come back to clean. Why would I pay more for what should have already been done? I see a lot of positive reviews from 2020 and earlier . I think the new workers they have hired are really bad and the service has degrades quite a bit

The day before our scheduled appointment, I went into labor with our first child I realized this…read morefrom the hospital, and messaged the scheduled cleaner to inform that we would not be there, but would leave a key. My husband drove to our home and left a key under the mat for her, and was able to be back long before it was time for me to push. When we returned home from the hospital with our new baby boy, there was nothing quite as refreshing as stepping into a newly-cleaned home- particularly since we had threw together our hospital bags at 2:30 am, and the house was in disarray when we left. We would highly recommend their services, and the only reason we did not give a 5-star review was because of the baseboards and window sills, which I am sure they may have done had we been home to specify.

Stay away. I booked 4 hours of cleaning and got none…read more The cleaner didn't show up. Money lost. Granted I gave them a wrong address digit and missed one digit in the phone number but emailed them within 23 minutes with the right phone and address. No one called. No one showed up. I even went outside to look for them and nothing. I reached back out to reschedule and was told I lost my booking dollars and will not get them even with reschedule because cleaner came and waited for 20 minutes. Appointment was at 5pm. They emailed me 37 minutes later because their cleaners are always late. I waited for their cleaner for hours and got my apartment ready for them do I get compensated for that? Keep your money and stay away.

After using QC's services for nearly two years, we've decided to move on…read more 1 - Their cleaning materials were too strong and bleachy smelling. 2 - Oftentimes instructions weren't followed or the team would do things that defied cleaning common sense and would create more work for us (like putting trash in recycling bins) 3 - They tried to hike up our cleaning costs with sloppily defined reasons. I will spare the details here, but when I debunked their reasons with hard evidence, they ultimately reneged the higher cost proposal, but didn't apologize. This rubbed me the wrong way and unfortunately, that's when I decided I was done. The cleaning services, besides the smell and odd lack of common sense stuff, were good. If you're in a pinch and don't want to use your brain for recurring services, QC is fine.

Very disappointing experience…read more I paid $320 for a deep cleaning because my house needed it, and they still missed areas in one bedroom. Worse, they broke my curtain tie-back and damaged the coffee tray on my Breville machine without telling me. When I complained, the owner called me and said, "Your house was awful. You should have seen it before." Of course it needed cleaning--that's exactly why I hired a cleaning service. When I asked why they didn't tell me about the damage, she said her crew didn't bother to tell her. Now I'm facing another $435 in repair/replacement costs. Accidents happen, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. Very disappointed with how this was handled and would not use this service again.
