They operate mainly by people of Hispanic descent. Writing about this wonderful company , naturally my spanglish takes full form, and the words to describe the level of smoothness couldn't sound any better than in spanish. I am so happy after maid shopping (and testing) for months, we finally found the right team of housekeepers. Paricilan has gotten the keys to my apartment and the house in under two visits, with plans to frequent either one at least twice a week. Their rates are reasonable... for the quality! Great communication skills, great personality and wonderful cleaning skills. If Paricilan were a girl or guy, they would be my new significant other! Prior to working with Paris, I was really frustrated. I would come home and spend a considerable amount of time tidying up, putting clothes away, washing dishes and making my studio apt clean and presentable. At the end of my already long 14-hour work day, I was exhausted and it might take me 1.5 hrs to do this on 2-3 nights/week. I was frustrated; I needed more time in my day; I was tired; And I couldn't figure out where to squeeze another hour of productivity in on top of my already long days. When my friend Michael recommended I contact Paris to see if there would be a good match, I was nervous because I've never used a cleaning service before. But Paris and his crew are great! Paris was punctual and showed up exactly where he said he would be at the time he said he would. His staff made my house cleaner than it's ever been, including vacuuming, under the bed, mirrors, getting those dust bunnies in the corner underneath cabinets, washing dishes, etc. It's been a month now, and it feels like every day when I come home, there is little or nothing to do to make my place tidy or put clothes away because I know they'll be back next week. I am now able to go to bed an hour early and comfortably wake up an hour early with a good night's rest. With those extra hours, I am able to wind down properly from my day and have more time to do things like writing articles, editing, planning out projects. I am very happy with the service. I don't know why I didn't do this before. He takes care of everything from folding my clothes, cleaning, cleaning out the fridge, changing bedsheets! The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the women who cleaned our house on 2 occasions did a very good job. But that is when they show up. We scheduled one cleaning - and everything was fine. We scheduled a second cleaning - and after 1 hour, they hadn't shown up. At 1.5 hours I called the office and left a message. Then I got an email saying they were stuck in traffic. At 2 hours late, I told them to forget it. I tried one more time, since the person that scheduled us originally had left the company, so I figured that maybe she was the problem - but I made it very clear that they needed to arrive on time, based on my schedule. Less than 1 hour before the scheduled cleaning, I got an email saying that they wouldn't be coming due to an emergency, and no one was available to take their place. I scheduled another cleaning the next day since I had a party in a few days and had no other options - and the women that came were relatively on time, very nice and did a good job. But I would never use this company again due to the 2 no-shows. Additionally - I asked for a better price since I had 2 no-shows, and the response was a flat 'no'. read more

I thought the team I had was rather lazy. I believe the head maid was the wife of the owner of the shop. I had them do a deep clean. At the end of the day, I did a walk thru and asked them to re-clean the oven since it was still dirty and re-clean the bathroom since the calcium deposits were still there. Shower spots were left still on the glass shower door. The head maid kept on making excuses as to why the oven can't be completely cleaned or why the hard water deposits could not be removed from the bath counters. Completely untrue- I called Merry Maids two weeks afterwards and they really shined up my oven and all water spots and calcium deposit on the bath counters were completely wiped right off. I could tell the Pariclin team was tired and really wanted to go home when I asked them to make those fixes. However, I paid the company $450 to do a deep clean on a 4 bed/2.5bath home and I felt really ripped off. I had to call Merry Maids 2 weeks latter to redo the cleaning job. Disappointing. read more

Sylvia and her crew takes care of house and home they do a great refrigerator clean they folded my laundry out of initiative and I didn't even ask them. My stovetop out of all the companies that I've used in the past they have done the best my stovetop to a brand-new I've also used Pariclin clean for my office in my company they've done an excellent job dusting down my room and thebcarpet cleaning was just phenomenal they got spots out I didn't think that they could get out I've known them for a year and a half and I'm so glad there in business doing what they do best! read more

I hired Pariclin this week to help clean my 5,000+ sqft office before we moved out. It was a great decision to hire Paris and his team, and I highly recommend them. I called him on relatively short notice, and he was very responsive, coming out to my office to do a quote the next morning for the serious floor cleaning work I needed (carpet and tile). The quote was very reasonable. Then at the very last minute (less than 24 hours before they were to arrive) I emailed and asked if they could expand the scope of the cleaning work, and Paris made it happen. He brought in more people on very short notice late on a Friday night and they got the job done quickly, professionally, punctually, and the office looked great.
