There was a team of 3 people and they worked for 4 hours. They not only did a really great job but they also arranged some of the things to look better. For example, they placed blankets over my couches and folded things neatly. My penguin stuffed animal got put in a chair which was really cute. I'm so happy with the results. My house has dogs so there's fur everywhere and I'm impressed by how well they cleaned everything. They dusted areas that I never get to as well and everything was placed back where they belong. Couple came in to clean my 3 bed 2 bathrooms apartment. They arrived on time at 8am. And 3 hrs of non stop cleaning they did such a spectacular job. I feel like my home smells for perfume and it is cleaner than the day we got our keys from the builder. Couple is so nice and patient. They cleaned everything I asked for. And I have no complains. Ivis, one of the business co-owner came to provide an estimate. Gave us their price. I then informed him that I will make my final decision after a few more bids in the following week. Saturday, Sunday, Monday rolls by, we then finalized our selection to hire Duenas Cleaning on a Tuesday. Ivis then responds back that they can't take on the job due to a new project that just began that day. The day he provided the estimate, he was very eager to begin work and did not inform us there was another project that may hinder their opportunity to take on my 2 locations. It wasn't very professional nor honest of him to waste both party's time. As a potential customer, please keep it transparent with them. This two person team is very friendly and easy to communicate with. At first, they were very quick to respond to my request for quote. Later they were also quick to schedule an appointment. After a brief introduction, they immediately began working on the move-out cleaning. We have a 3 bed, 2 bath single family house. They manage to get all rooms cleaned in 4 hours, plus, they cleaned the garage. I inspected the house after and found the shower head is not quite done.
