I talked to Anthony and he was more than helpful on discussing my options and the best options for my budget. I gave them the chance and im glad I did. I had to contact him to find out if he was still coming 2. My life doesn't revolve around a business's schedule with zero concern for the customer's schedule, especially on my day off 3. yesterday I asked him if 11am worked for him. The last message I received from him was yesterday "Hey, yea 11 am works I'll shoot you a messsge once I start heading out if that works for you" (i copied and pasted his response thus the misspelling) BUT I just received another message from him trying to fault me for the missed appointment. 4.11:42 Keep receiving messages from him trying to fault me! First impressions are important. He tells me he got backed up at a job and then tells me our appointment wasn't confirmed. Which one was it? 5. I will find another company. Update: 11:57am message from Juan still blaming ME and that I am harassing and confusing HIM. I copied and pasted his message below. Awful way to treat potential customers note his last comment of customers kicking him off their property "Ok there's no need to keep harassing us anymore you already left a negative review and said you would find another company to work with which is perfectly fine, it was a miscommunication I work with people that send an ok or an agreement after that message I sent, not people who leave the message on read or un answered confusing us. we've had several outcomes with different customers like these showing up when they haven't answered kicking us of they're property."

I called them and they tested it to see it was an issue with the flashing. They replaced a portion of the siding and had it fixed in one day with some touch up painting the next day for about an hour. I am so impressed with this company and how they stand behind their work. The crew that came out was wonderful and you could tell the supervisor had a lot experience and knew what the problem was right away. While working the job, they went under my house and found the ducting for my HVAC had become detached and let me know. I already have the HVAC company coming out this week. Talk about going above and beyond! If that wasn't enough, I had a part failure in my Enphase solar panels. They had a tech come out right away to troubleshoot. It was still under warranty and it was replaced in no time. It's so nice to see a company stand behind their work and their staff is exceptional. I've worked with the owner, Brian D., the office project manager, Janet S., and the crews are very professional when they come out to do the work. Thanks again Roof King! Kathy Y.

With the last rain fall…read morea few weeks ago, I had a leak of spraying water entering my bedroom and stains appearing on the ceiling. I got out the invoice from Roof King and contacted them to fix this, under warranty. They strung me along for a couple weeks, not returning calls, etc, telling me they wouldn't honor the 12 year warrantee because I didn't "transfer the warrantee" 2 years ago when I purchased the home. I did some research and found out that in California, contractors have to fix their poor workmanship for up to 4 years, regardless of a warranty. I kindly pointed this out to them and gave them a week to respond, before reporting them to the CA licensing bureau. I got a call a couple days later saying "we will be out today between 1-3pm to fix your leak". While I'm glad they fixed the leak (which I cannot confirm since it hasn't rained yet) I think any reputable business would have fixed a leak 2 years after a roof was completely replaced. I would not recommend this roofer at all. If my roof ends up still leaking, I'm getting it replaced by someone else and not messing with this company anymore.

According to the…read morenews, San Diego is expected to be impacted by El Nino this winter so I began my search for a roofing company to replace our roof and avoid any water damage. I got estimates from three large roofing companies and Lee Hershey, the inspector from Resilient Roofing, was by far and away the best. She actually went up onto our roof to take pictures, videos, and measurements (which she double-checked) and went into our attic and garage to examine the underside of our roof. She also brought out samples and spent the time to help me pick out the perfect match of the Owens Corning shingles for our house. Because Resilient Roofing is a large company with multiple crews they were able to get our job scheduled almost immediately. The roofing team (Hector A., Hector L, Mauricio, Jose F, Roberto, Nambo and Elias) led by Elibert and with Arturo supervising and Jose V. in the office, worked extremely hard in the heat to do an excellent job on our roof, to get the work finished on time, and they did a very thorough cleanup as well. The new roof looks great and will protect our house from both heat and rain. 10 year workmanship warranty and 50 years Owens Corning warranty. I feel this company really has their act together. Everyone worked together as a team to get the job done, the workers were very skilled in what they were doing, and everyone was very friendly and considerate. When small problems came up this company had specialists available immediately for carpentry, gutter work, venting questions, etc. I can't recommend this company high enough and I'm so glad I went with them. Thank you Resilient Roofing!
