I moved to Arizona from Southern California and though I was very pleasantly surprised by the abundance of on trend, great design, it was however, also NOT my experience that customer service at some of the most basic levels existed here. The sheer number of designer studios and retail establishments out here left me very disappointed as in most cases my entry to their establishments was treated with as much attention as a leaf blowing in the door...without acknowledgement or even the courtesy of a hello or even a nod to acknowledge I had entered as a potential customer or being a human being breathing in and out in their otherwise vacant stores.
