It didn't turn on when I went into the dark bathroom at night. It liked to turn off when I was in the shower ...at night. I couldn't stand it anymore. I was afraid it would be expensive. I faced that fear because I just couldn't take it. I used a yelps handy dandy helper for someone to come. Someone licensed and professional. Out of the replies this one stood out so I scheduled the same day appointment. Within 30 minutes my switches were replaced. I was happy and the fee was so reasonable. 08-29-2021 With bad…read moreair quality and hot weather the wife and I had fans, air purifiers, and a portable a/c going for the past two days. Suddenly out of no where a/c goes down, expecting that we were using to much power I go to check the breaker... and I hasn't tripped . I go to look at the outlet suspecting it might have gone bad, I have no power there... Easy fix..., so I thought.... Hit ACE, buy an outlet, install, and still no power.... Mind you, this is 2 pm on a Saturday. I shut down the suspect breaker servicing half of my lights and outlets fearing there could be something going on in the walls that I couldn't remedy myself. Call countless company's some answer and say the don't have time. Some don't answer at all. I call Chris and he answers and I walk him through my issue, he was currently on a job but took the time to hear me out. After explaining what was going on and Chris's responses assured me I knew I could trust him with the job. He informed me that it was a good idea to keep the breaker off. He was super busy and asked me to continue to try other company's but if I had no luck to call him back. An hour later I call him back and he says that if he can't make that evening by 5pm he would be here promptly at 9am Sunday Morning ! Long Story a little shorter.... Chris show up at 9Am today, inspect's the situation and begins to go to work. 30 minutes later we think the problem is taken care of, but haha not quite the case. I call him shorty after he leaves explaining that something doesn't seem right, by no fault of his own. He tested everything and they came back good. Gremlins arouse when I plugged certain things back in. He response I'll be back there in 15 minutes!. Comes back, and finds the real issue at hand!!!! We're Fixed and I feel safe! Chris was amazing!, once he found the actual problem at hand he fixed it properly and informed me what needs to be done to the rest of the house to insure this won't happen again. I work often with contractors in all of the trades in my professional occupation. Chris's knowledge, workmanship, communication skills, and prices are in the 99th percentile! Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work and the way our concerns were handled, I would not hire them again. When we returned home after the work was completed, the exterior installation looked sloppy and unfinished. There were visible gaps, messy patching, poor alignment, and they also left open holes from the exterior. The roof work was also terribly done. The patched part of the roof looks awful and is already cracking. The issue with all of this was that we weren't warned ahead of time or given any options. The owner, Jerry, admitted that the work could have been done better and looked sloppy, but his response "at least it's not on the front of the house." I've also had the work double-checked by other electricians and a roofer, who all agreed the work was incredibly sloppy. So not only did I pay extra to have this work done, I now have to pay additional money to fix the exterior and roof work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

During their review of our needs, we did a main panel upgrade, relocation of our subpanel to the garage, extension of all circuits and wiring, service line upgrade to 200amps, as well as installation of exhaust fans in each of our bathrooms. 07/31/2025 - We signed the contract with them to begin work 08/26/2025 - The initial phase of work was completed pending city permits, meter release, PGE inspection, and new service line. At this point, we paid the majority of the payments for the work. As first-time homeowners, we were probably naive making the payments we did and not having an agreed-upon payment schedule in the contract. But this also felt very predatory of them to request a specific payment amount knowing what percentage of work still actually remained. The second phase of work - connecting all the new circuits, finishing the installation of the sub panel and main panel, and connecting the new exhaust fans could not be completed until the above steps were finished. We then had multiple PGE appointments cancelled and rescheduled for unknown reasons and they wouldn't provide any information. PGE later told us that the electrician didn't submit all of the required documentation by a specific deadline. 03/31/2026 (current status) - They have not completed any remaining work. They submitted the permit application back in October 2025, but never paid the fees and obtained the required permit and meter release to complete the remaining work. We have a main panel upgrade, new subpanel, and bathroom exhaust fans that still aren't functional. We have spent 7 months emailing them, texting them, and trying to call them with no response from the owner, Jacob. Their front office does answer the phone, but they are not responsive beyond that. We have also sent them a physical letter requesting the work to be completed, and still have not received a response. The electricians that did the work, Aaron and Ozzy, seemed competent and thorough with their work, but this project has just been a disaster causing stress and anxiety for over 7 months now. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend them for anything beyond a simple fix or upgrade.
