The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and passive aggressive for no apparent reason, I barely spoke 3 words to her I just tried to stay quiet, she got irritated with me because I asked her if I could test out a color on my nails and I could tell she just did not want to do it to add "more work" for herself, she snatched my hands at one point stating she had to "redo" something because I barely touched my nails, I ended up not picking a color and saying I was fine with clear because I was just ready to leave. I felt bad almost and did not want to cause a scene because my past 2 times going to Nail Garden were both good experiences and I had no issues but this time was god awful and I cried when I got to my car! Call me dramatic but that lady needs to go. I'd say she was in her 50s, salt and pepper hair but so rude, I've gotten my nails done for a few years now but have never had this bad of an experience.

The salon was spacious and clean. My husband had a pedi with Vin and said he was great, too. There was another technician there, Pim, who seemed so kind - always smiling at incoming customers. Kelly was my technician and she did a fantastic job. She was meticulous in the preparation of my nails for polish. She gave a very relaxing foot and lower leg massage, as well. Her polish application was perfect and she gave each coat time to dry. The result was a mani/ pedi that should last for a long time. It's already been three days with a lot of gardening and dish washing, and my hands still look perfect. Usually several nails would be showing signs of wear by now.
