Charges from my last appointment. I haven't been since December and that day I literally paid my balance I owed using cash and card. She told me they had no history of a cash payment and pressured that on me. Ok so if I handed over cash and you have no history of that what am I supposed to assume? I thought maybe someone pocketed my money and with a rude tone she said "THATS A ROUGH ACCUSATION TO ASSUME !!!!" What am I supposed to think ?!?! Then she finds the cash transaction and tells me rudely, "Well it doesn't matter because you still owe $75." Then tells me more information about my account with a stank attitude that I confirmed was incorrect. And when I asked her again how much I owe and what for she changed up her story and said I've accrued $175 over time. How do you accrue a balance if you haven't been there in 4 months and paid it the last time you were there ?!? Her attitude was so awful to the point where your going to lose our business. Whoever hired Kristy obviously had no sense of a good customer service professional.
