We got the brisket (asked for some fat) and ribs. Yall, it was like dang near a whole chicken, 6 ribs and like 6 slices of brisket, $53 and got it within 5 minutes. He asked if we wanted sauce on the meat and I asked for it on the side, and I'll tell you I didn't even need it, the meat was so spot on. They're open Wednesday through Saturday I believe he said 11am - 6pm. I WILL be back. I do wish they had sides though, to cut through just having meat. There is no seating in front of their space, luckily I have an SUV and it was a beautiful day so we just popped my trunk and ate under the hatch. Don't miss out on this gem!

Loves that the fries had a good spice to them and they were pretty hot temp wise when I got them. All this pair with a GOW Pale Ale beer which is quite the combo. I cannot wait to go back to try some of his special boneless blackberry chicken wings.

I had been wanting to check this place out since it's just down the road now from my house. I came…read morein around 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. There was only one patron there who was just about to leave. She was having a conversation with the owner who is a nice Asian man. I got the large egg flour soup and the teriyaki chicken yakisoba noodles to do. $22.00 total. I got home and the food looked delicious. As I got into scarfing down the noodles I notice a stale taste and it was the chicken. It's like they had a piece of chicken already cooked from days ago, there it on the grill or microwave to warm it up, cut it up and put it on top of the noodles. I did like the broccoli and cabbage they put in the yakisoba noodles but the sliced carrots seem to be stale too. I tried the egg drop soup and it had a funky taste like a fishy flavor to it. Maybe it was a bad day or maybe this is how they serve their food thete. Not too sure if this would be my first choice for lunch or not.

Our friends turned us on to this restaurant when…read morethey moved here several years ago, and it's always been our first suggestion every time we visit. Even though I live in Portland, hardly a food desert, this is by far my favorite Korean fried chicken! I'm shy to admit this, but I've been known to drive 30 minutes out of town for takeout from this restaurant before. My favorite dish is the soy-garlic fried chicken; boneless chicken with with a light, sweet garlic sauce loaded with spices. It's crispy, juicy, sticky, and oh, so delicious! Hearty K-Bop also serves bibimbop, bulgogi and ramen, but I've never tried anything but their KFC. I mean, it's so delicious... why would I?

I got the eight piece Yang Yumm chicken boneless and it was delicious. I was surprised to see that they actually gave me 10 pieces and not eight. I also got the corn slaw, which is a combination of corn and coleslaw. I remember getting it last time I was here and was looking forward to getting it again. The lady at the counter who took my order was really nice. The restrooms are really clean and the service was really fast. I can't wait to come back in again sometime soon. If you haven't been here, I would give it a try.

So, sure enough I made a trip out there...It's a good 25 minute drive from where I live. I ordered the Huli Huli Chicken and it was some of the best chicken I ever had! Even with a plastic fork and knife, it was super tender and moist. Grilled perfectly and tasted so darn delicious! They gave me a side of Teriyaki, which I barely used on my rice, since the Chicken was flavorful enough! The Mac Salad was very good as well! If it seems a little on the speedy side, it cost me almost $17 with tax, they justify by giving a big portion of Chicken and rice. It's enough to split among two people. Next time I make a trip out there, I would like to try their Garlic Chicken or their Poke dish. I wanted to try their dessert, but I didn't see a Chocolate dessert listed on the menu. Maybe next time! ;-)

We were greeted and seated immediately and given chips and salsa, which were delicious. The decor was a bit eclectic with tin birds in the windows and a huge altar toward the back of the restaurant. The colors yellow and red figured prominently throughout the restaurant. I had two crispy tacos with shredded beef and a side of rice. It was very good; not too spicy or greasy. The food portion was just right. Others in our party had potato enchiladas and some sort of mole dish, and everyone seemed to like their food. If I lived in the area I would definitely return.

Tried this place for the first time…read more Hotel receptionist said she'd never eaten here. I should have taken that as a subtle recommendation. The good: plenty of parking, plenty of seating. Spanish speaking staff. Warm chips and good salsa. Decent rice and beans. The not so good: taco shells were not made on site, seem to be from a package. The margarita was not tasty, the mix was off and the house tequila was not so good. I could only finish half of it. Being my first time, I asked for her recommendation from the hostess on what to order? Instead of rising to the occasion, she immediately said I don't eat meat then proceeded to tell me about all the high dollar meat items. lol I could not take her recommendation to heart. I went with a somewhat safe bet of two crunchy tacos. The rice and beans were decent. The shells were crispy but flavorless. The salsa and chips were decent. The chips were warm. I finished the two tacos half the margarita and left. Would I go back here again? Probably not, with so many places to eat in this area, but I had to give it a shot. I overheard the table next to me complaining about their fajitas. The gentleman said "this is just Chuck steak" and I had to laugh out loud before I left. Disclaimer. I live in San Diego and judge Mexican food for its face value. I was not impressed. But maybe be i was there on an off night?
