Southwest was hired to do a septic pump and certification. He dumped half a tank, said it needed replacement and sent in a failed inspection report. We were very disappointed with Southwest's unethical and dishonest practice. After contacting two different companies we were told the tank was repairable. Ultimately, we had our tank repaired by another contractor for a fraction of Southwest's replacement quote and it passed inspection.
