From the moment when I called the office to when Luis left our home, we received about the best service we have had. La Nora on the phone was extremely helpful in explaining their pricing and what they do on the job. They actually had an opening and came a few days earlier than expected. Luis was the technician who did the job. What a wonderful young man. Extremely kind, happy, and explained to us things we never knew about septics. He noted all the details about our system - information we never had before. His helpful tips were ones we never heard. He truly cares about his customers and loves his job. He is a great asset to an already great company. We will never use anyone else and I have already sent their names to several other people I know who need septic work. You all should be proud of the company you run and operate. While it's not the most glamorous job out there, Luis made it seem like he really loves what he does and he is fantastic with the customers. And the price was extremely fair. Thank you so much!

Southwest was hired to do a septic pump and certification. He dumped half a tank, said it needed replacement and sent in a failed inspection report. We were very disappointed with Southwest's unethical and dishonest practice. After contacting two different companies we were told the tank was repairable. Ultimately, we had our tank repaired by another contractor for a fraction of Southwest's replacement quote and it passed inspection.

I made an appointment for one of the namebrand "rooter" guys but also reached out to a plumber friend. Plumber friend said he doesn't do this kind of work but recommended I call All Pro. Told him I already have an appointment with "rooter" and he said i should cancel immediately and get All Pro out to my house. Well just a few short hours later, two of the nicest men came to my house and analyzed the problem, fixed it, gave me a recommendation on how to get a permanent fix, played with my dog and left me with more money in my wallet than I expected!!! Been using this company for 6 years for my plumbing. Always ask for the same guy. This time I had…read moretwo issues. Hot water on laundry had bad flow. Knew exact issue since I pulled out machine two days prior and observed it first hand. Second issue was bathroom tub dripping. Bill came out to $200. Guess how many issues were fixed? Zero. Laundry machine was pulled out and was told yup it's bad water pressure and I can fix it for $250 (on a separate visit). So nothing was done. Next two washers were installed on tub totalling $14.02. Didn't fix the problem. Was told a separate visit would be required to install a faucet kit that would be about $200. So why did I just pay $200 for this visit. He was here for a total of 1.5 hours max. That equals to $118 per hour for labor. I called and complained and was told the "minimum for a service starts at $118." "I'm in billing and that is the lowest bill I've seen in a while." I would be happy if at least one problem was fixed. But nothing was really fixed. I asked for a labor breakdown and they said they would have to call me back. I will never use this company ever again. There are better companies out there. Don't waste your money here and get price gouged.

Joey often complained to me about how many calls he gets every day and how busy he is and how he has long time customers that need him. I felt like I was placed at the end of the list behind the "bigger" jobs.. I have since compared prices with other electricians and realized that Joey charged considerably more than other electricians would have charged. I hope Joey gets his act together, as he is a very nice guy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
