Mr. Jack Randhall will explain the process of inspections to you and provide you a detailed report with pictures of what is wrong with the property. Lets be honest here.. if you are about to buy a house wouldn't you want to know about everything that is wrong with house before you get into a mortgage without having to spend additional monies to fix what the owner or previous owners tried to hide from you? This is where Mr. Randhall shines the best! This man has been interviewed by local news concerning inspections of roofs and how they are never really done correctly. I have used him twice for homes, for building structures, and for inspection concerning code violations. I cant stress enough that if you are looking for an inspector with a real world and honest inspection experience, you can't go wrong with Mr. Jack Randhall. He has the best, most qualifications, and most certifications in Tucson! Also just about every realitor in Tucson knows him if you ask around for references as well. This is obviously why he is such high demand! When i used his services I also found out he is also used in Phoenix area as well because of his certifications. His inspections services are by far the best i have used in the past 25 years. I highly recommend Mr. Randhall simply because he gives you a piece of mind of knowing that your not going to get screwed over on a new property that you plan to purchase..An if you dont believe me? simply give Mr.Randhall a call. He will not disappoint! talking is free!!

Best investment I ever made!…read more I'm looking at a used travel trailer on a small dealer's lot. I've been stationary in a motorhome but wanted a bit more room. I hired Every Inch RV to do a full inspection after I looked at their website. Scott responded quickly, and we arranged for the inspection the following week. I cannot stress enough how thorough Scott is, not just with the inspection, but with instructions for the necessary paperwork, and the checklist for the dealer, as the inspection was to happen at the dealer's lot. Scott and Holly were there about 8 hours, doing an amazing job. I drove down to talk to them in person, and they generously took time to talk to me and show me what they found. They were so extremely warm and friendly they felt like family, and I hugged them when I left. Scott and Holly are both extremely detail oriented. They showed me things I never would have noticed. The final report included details and suggestions on every finding, with lots of photos. The report was organized into sections for Safety Issues, Major Issues, Minor Issues, and Suggestions. Very helpful. We have been in contact since the inspection, with questions I had. Scott has been generous with his time and advice. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone looking for inspections or repairs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The house had been vacant for over a year and the roof had fallen into disrepair and we were also going to replace the roof. We had to make a choice of spot treatments or going with Bugwiserand tenting the entire house. Unsure of the extent of termite activity, we decided to tent prior to moving into the house. Bugwiser came very highly recommended. With the exception of some big PHX based company, Bugwiser is the only company that provides this service in Southern Arizona. We always choose small local. At first, we were a bit shocked by the price but it included a long patio and entire house. The quote was more than we were expecting but considering the details of the work the quote didn't seem out of line. On the day of tenting, the team arrived as agreed. They were communicative, professional and friendly. I'm very happy that we tented the house, if for nothing more than the peace of mind, as we prepare the house for our family and new life in Tucson.

First off, the work they do is top-notch and the only reason I gave them 2 stars in the first place.. However, Stan and his team decided to tent a sacred cactus bed without telling me, the homeowner, that this would be the case. Now, every day since then, the cacti have been dying off at an fast rate. Look, all the team had to do is tell me the day they did the initial inspection, or at the very least, called me before killing them. The response I got was, cacti are rarely affected and will just need watering to bounce back... that is far from the plant's reaction. I have been studying plant biology and diseases in a university setting and I know the signs of a cactus dying... It may be Stan's experience and belief it is rare to kill cacti, but it's not fail proof and therefore, telling the homeowner would give us the freedom to choose. Stan and his team have no right to make these decisions on behalf of us...not at all... Business communication is everything!! This was an ugly, ugly thing to come home to - my sacred cacti dead...
