La Nora on the phone was extremely helpful in explaining their pricing and what they do on the job. They actually had an opening and came a few days earlier than expected. Luis was the technician who did the job. What a wonderful young man. Extremely kind, happy, and explained to us things we never knew about septics. He noted all the details about our system - information we never had before. His helpful tips were ones we never heard. He truly cares about his customers and loves his job. He is a great asset to an already great company. We will never use anyone else and I have already sent their names to several other people I know who need septic work. This an update to the review I recently posted about Southwest Septic Services…read more After a week PLUS of NO CONTACT from these people I was under the gun to have the work accomplished. Mind you they told me I had only about a week of use of the system before it would have to be pumped again at MY expense. I called around FRIDAY and found a business that came TODAY and made the repairs in a complete and professional manner, all within a 5 hour window! Now WTH Southwest Septic couldn't do the job is beyond me but they showed me what their worth is and that was the cost of running a camera down my cleanout, exposing the tank and sumping the tank. Again, I cannot stress how unhappy I am with these people and their LACK of ETHICS. What a pity. The upside is my system is properly repaired and useful once again. Buyer beware, folks! Read my review again and learn what (didn't) happen, irrespective of what they claimed they could do for me. SMDH
