Thane said he would do his best, but couldn't guarantee that the stain would come out. $640 and two months later, I finally get the rug back. I appreciated Thane's honesty when he said he couldn't get the stain out. When I got it home and unrolled it, the stain was worse than what it was when I sent it to him. In fact, it looked like it has spread. I don't think Thane ever vacuumed the rug prior to "cleaning" it. My husband and I have vacuumed over the rug almost a dozen times and are still pulling out a TON of dirt. Sadly, there are now chunks of the rug missing from simply vacuuming it. Thane said he power washed it and let it sit in a solution to get the smell out. He got the smell out, and ruined the rest of it. All I want is my $640 back. I'm not even asking him to replace the rug. I don't think he did anything to clean the rug other than power wash it and let it sit in soap, which, by the way, is still coming out when I rinse it with the shampooer.

They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. Some locked windows were left unlocked 3. Some shutters were originally closed and were left opened 4. Some lights were left on. 5.
