I ordered blocks and pavers and after calling for two weeks to find out where my order was I finally had to go there to schedule a delivery. The blocks were at another location. The pavers were a special order and had been sitting there for nearly a week. After 2 and half weeks of waiting, I drove there only to find out that the person (named R-b) that I had been talking to had not changed my order when I realized a few days after the order that I needed a fewer blocks nor had called back when he said he would when the pavers did arrive. I have been buying supplies there for over a year and can say that they are polite but don't give the customer service that I would have expected. It is open to the public but I would suggest that you have to make sure that if you do call R-b asked for somebody else to help you. Update. They finally delivered the order and overcharge for a pallet and delivered the wrong blocks. I called the Clarksburg office instead of the Morgantown one and who would have guess it. They credited the extra pallet and the correct blocks were swapped out while I was at work. My retaining wall is done.
