We were told usually after ordering a home, it could be delivered In about 6 weeks. The time to install on foundation and complete the building process, about another 6 weeks. The house was placed on it's foundation in the middle of March 2020. After: April, May, June, mid July the home was completed. That was a long 12 weeks. I met with the owner without my wife who passed away in mid June. At this point, I seriously considered selling the home. We did the walk thru and compiled a punch list for repairs needed. The last item on the list was the completion of the driveway. Well, no one has been out to address any of the issues on the list. I took care of all the punch items myself but could not finish the driveway. Since July of last year I have been asking, emailing, with no success. In late April I emailed again asking if you forgot about me, I was told she would get this taken care of ASAP. In June I followed up again, this time my email was ignored. In August I ran into the owner onsite at another home and asked him again. I let him know the mud and mess it was and wanted it completed. His reply was we'll have it done by winter, I let him know how unacceptable that was but it didn't concern him. They have been paid in full since July 2020 and have not been back since. I would not recommend Cana Homes to anyone!!! They were all great till after the sale, that's when promises disappeared and their lack of service after the sale took over.
