I reached out to Bear Door Service on a Sunday morning to inquire about installing a new garage door. Within 5 minute Michael had called me, which is surprising on a Sunday, and actually met with me at my house the same day. He quoted me on a new Door, Threshold weather seal, Bear Max Torsion Springs, and a wall mount WiFi Garage - the price absolutely amazing!! I thought I was robbing him! He called me the next day and said unfortunately the door i wanted was a 2-4 week hold - but offered me an upgraded door for pennies on the dollar - once again I felt like I was robbing him! Then he even set the appointment up to come in 2 days to install!!!! Crazy!! When he came that night - I was talking with him the whole time - not only a great business man but a down to earth guy as well! We came into a problem - HE STAYED UNTIL MIDNIGHT BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO BREAK HIS PROMIS THAT I WOULD HAVE A DOOR!!! As I talked with him the whole time, I felt bad because my garage floor and doorway is absolutely stupid the way it was built, I invited him to eat some dinner with us - homemade chicken noodles soup! He was very thankful and asked if it was alright to come back the next morning to finish - I said that was fine - most people would have quit by 6pm and set up another appointment weeks later. He came back the next morning and stayed for 8 hours to make sure everything was perfect, garage door looks PERFECT, WORKS PERFECT AND IS PERFECT!! He is actually coming back to level out my floor and put the threshold down to seal in the garage door. Now I don't say this much, but this man is truly fantastic! I have plans that he said he could do to put another garage door up!! I 100%, even 200%, recommend Michael - he will work with you and get it done as soon as possible. Micheal was on point, he responded almost immediately after I inquired through Yelp! He asked questions to best access the situation and see if he could help. He was upfront that our lake house wasn't their usual area but he did end up making the almost hour trip. And because he comes equipped he was able to access, send a quote to be reviewed and explained right there, and do the job all in a day. We had been waiting weeks for another company and that meant animals could possibly get into our garage. The service could not be better!!! Michael and his team are amazing, we called on a Sunday evening and at 830am Monday he was at our house. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the garage door opener, greased the door and confirmed that everything was safely working. He is really friendly, kept us apprised of the steps and process.
