I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review of this company and my personal experience with…read morethem! Don came out and took measurements for windows to enclose a small area on my front porch. We paid a deposit of over $800 dollars before the windows could be ordered. After a number of months the windows arrived but had to wait additional time because Don had to have the window manufacturer rep come out to train his workers on how to install the windows. When a date was set for the windows to be installed, I took off work to be available to assist the workman. I was soon told by him that "the windows are too short," and that "Don took the wrong measurements!" Don was not upfront or honest with me regarding this and was later told by his office lady that "a piece had to be picked up." This threw a red flag up immediately to me as I felt that Don was trying to hide his error and cover up the 3 1/2" gap between the top of the windows (8 of them) and the frame. I called Don and told him that this would not be acceptable. Don became irate and hostile with me and my wife over the phone. He then asked me what did I want to do and at that time I asked for a refund of our deposit and he refused! I then asked for a price reduction for the incorrect size windows and he refused! He called me back after a short while and told me that he would re-order the windows in the correct size, which would take a few months to come in, and that he would not charge me ($400) for installation. Well it has now been OVER A YEAR and I have not heard anything from Don or his company. I have tried reaching out to them calling one day a week for the past six weeks. Upon my first call the office lady answered and I asked for a update on the windows. She told me that she had to check with Don. Needless to say I have not gotten any response from them. Each and every time I try calling they disregard my call and do not pick up. I ask that they please call me and get this resolved because we are out over $800 dollars and are stuck with 8 windows that are too short for the frame. Don please be a man of your word and uphold the reputation of your business and set this unfortunate situation right!!!!

The store says other wise that things were in fact not ordered and what materials he did drop off are incorrect and are in stock in the store. He offered a refund, we will see if we get that. We have been down to studs since beginning of September. Oh and he punctured a hole through a wall and didn't fix it. It has been a nightmare trying to get the correct materials or a refund so we can part ways with him. We then moved inside and he repaired very uneven, broken, and weak horsehair plaster. He never told us any of our asks were impossible but he always told us when there was a better way (to include not using him for some repair aspects) and gave us the low down on all the alternatives with quick re-quotes as needed. Jeff is an artist who obviously cares about the quality and signature style of his work - plus he has a fantastic and pleasant personality.
