Only trouble is they increased the price from $200 to now $300. When I called and said hat was not what I was told, she said that's a special order now. I called someone else and they came and fixed it at a much lower price. Said it was not a special order and they had it right on their service truck! This company is a rip off and I would leave the door broken before I would call them again. Nice how they do stuff and tell you later when they give you the partial bill to pay. They are the scum of business people!

Called Tri County door and they agreed to come out for a $65 service fee. While I wasn't too happy about such a steep fee to get someone out here to tell me what I already knew (hey your garage door is broken and it needs a cable), I couldn't really argue. They came as scheduled and Rickie had our door fixed in about an hour. Here's what I was really happy about - he found the cable wasn't broken but just needed to be put back on the pulley. So no parts charges and his integrity was definitely a cost savings to us! Kudos to these guys. The honesty of their tech saved us money in the end and that is definitely worth more than anything else to us!

Showed up around lunch time and claimed it was the only job he had. He also said things to my daughter about being low on money and that is not okay, that made me think he may steal something from her home, or not complete the job because he was asking for all the money for the job upfront. I'm happy we agreed to pay half upfront and half at the end which he was not happy about. I 100% do not recommend.
