These guys did an outstanding job on providing and installing a new garage door opener. They…read moreinitially came out to look at our existing opener which was falling apart. They provided a couple of quotes for a new opener plus install. The quote was very reasonable based on our experience and they had us scheduled for completion within days. They showed up on time and we're done in just over an hour. This included them having to cut the main rail down to fit the new configuration. They removed the old opener and had the entire area cleaned up. They even helped program the door openers in our cars to work with the new opener. This was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this business.

The worst small or large business experience I've had in my entire life. In the past 5 years we've…read moredone many home improvements: carpet install, deck addition, garage door install, new windows, and more - all from different providers. Jelly's has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful business I've ever encountered. We were working with them on entry door replacement and I've been strung along since July. Received quotes for the wrong thing. No reply for weeks on end. I asked very politely multiple times If they were too backed up to take my business (note: I wasn't even in a hurry). They canceled my initial measurements due to bad weather (which I understand) but that was in mid-December. They never rescheduled a 20 minute measurement to get my doors ordered after allowing me to spend a lot of independent effort working with the manufacturer on my specs. I have never left a company a bad review in my entire life - no matter the experience. But Danielle was disrespectful, dishonest, inconsiderate of my time, misleading, and broke multiple promises. I now have to start the process over with a whole new company - which I could have done in the summertime had jelly's been upfront with me. It pains me to have to leave a bad review for a small and local business but The good reviews left for Jelly's on other sites must be fraudulent. Recommend staying away.

We recently replaced our terrible garage door - we have been remodeling and updating this property…read moreand the garage door and porch were the last outside projects to get done before winter. The goal was to get a high quality door and modern opener that would operate with zero issues, insulate the garage and basement from winter and summer extremes, and allow for remote operation via remote or internet. We immediately eliminated the big box stores as we targeted owner operated companies with good reputations and high quality products. After quoting and discussing door replacement with four companies we chose Revamp based on responsiveness, range + quality of doors and openers, reputation, and the straightforward, honest and knowledgeable owner - Charles Anderson. Charles asked detailed questions about what we wanted and what was most important. He also took the time to do a thorough examination of the existing structure and went over his recommendations for correcting the existing structure to properly install the door while improving the appearance and providing a slightly wider opening. The written quote listed all products, steps and costs including labor with an estimate of the lumber and trim that would be required to correct all issues. Charles kept us up to date on the schedule as the install date approached so we were never in the dark on the installation date. Installation was performed on the dates promised by Charles and Csaba and receipts for lumber and trim required to reframe were given to us for reimbursement at costs as agreed. These are hard working craftsmen that are rare in our experience. Needless to say, the installation is flawless, they left the garage and area cleaner than when they arrived, and the transformation is more than we hoped for. I have attached photos of the before and after - please note the multiple canoe framing and trim on the left side of the old door vs the clean and even look of the new framing. Also -what appears to be smudges on the door is rain / dirt on my phone - the door is spotless. If you need a simple door replacement or a complete makeover, we would absolutely recommend Revamp if you care about quality product, excellent customer service, and no BS honesty from your supplier.

I contacted Wayne Door Sales in Ohio, hoping they worked in the tri-state area, and they did! One the initial call I explained what was damaged to a very pleasant lady Jeanie. She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes. Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$. I watched in amazement as this young man took total control of my situation and resolved the door's issues. He was also very personable, which is so much appreciated. Honest, fair prices, very fast service, and efficient!!!! When I replace the doors in the future I will most definitely hire this company. **I also like the fact they have been in business 70 years. You do not stay in business that long unless you are good!! Thank you Wayne Door Sales for a beautiful job!!!!!
