She's friendly, and knowledgeable about what she's talking about. William explains in detail what work will be done, and if there are any issues that come up, he goes over that too. The crew is friendly, thorough with their work, and clean up. This is a great group! Our project took a little longer due to weather, and other minor issues, but Michelle and William kept in touch with us along the way which we appreciated. They send a postcard that can easily get lost, and then if you call their customer service they are rude and take no accountable for their system to set up awnings. I called again today after my awnings being a month late and was hung up on by the woman that answered the phone. She was in raged that I suggested that they could proactively call people if there are things will be delayed more than a week or two. Our neighbors have had the same experience and we will not be renewing our service this year. It's pretty straightforward to use a scheduling system to set some thing up, and you can tell they're using their monopoly to make as much money as possible and not worry about the people they are supposed to. I do not recommend.

They took basically what looked like an abandoned home from behind my house and now made it the go to place to visit. Worked with me to figured out what would work best for me. Provided options and even built me a mailbox holder that fits on the railing they provided for my front porch too. Replaced a falling about front porch, back deck, and a hardscape and retaining wall space that is just fantastic and added real value to my home. I now have an outdoor space to use. Great workers, workmanship, quality materials, and quality of the structure - this is why I highly recommend them.
