These guys did an outstanding job on providing and installing a new garage door opener. They…read moreinitially came out to look at our existing opener which was falling apart. They provided a couple of quotes for a new opener plus install. The quote was very reasonable based on our experience and they had us scheduled for completion within days. They showed up on time and we're done in just over an hour. This included them having to cut the main rail down to fit the new configuration. They removed the old opener and had the entire area cleaned up. They even helped program the door openers in our cars to work with the new opener. This was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this business.

After getting an astronomical estimate from another company in Pa to repair a broken spring and…read moredamaged vertical track; I thought- why not try another company. I contacted Wayne Door Sales in Ohio, hoping they worked in the tri-state area, and they did! One the initial call I explained what was damaged to a very pleasant lady Jeanie. She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes. Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$. I watched in amazement as this young man took total control of my situation and resolved the door's issues. He was also very personable, which is so much appreciated. Honest, fair prices, very fast service, and efficient!!!! When I replace the doors in the future I will most definitely hire this company. **I also like the fact they have been in business 70 years. You do not stay in business that long unless you are good!! Thank you Wayne Door Sales for a beautiful job!!!!!

No other locksmiths would even come out to look at that issue. He replaced the keypad with a high quality keypad and removed the key lock, which was the problem, assuring me that there was no reason to spend the money and possibly compromise the safe for him to replace or fix the key lock issue because the keypad was high quality and would work. Again he came to the rescue this week when I forgot the code after not opening it for a few years. Instead of wasting money for him to come out, he walked me through what to try first, which worked. I would recommend calling Timchak Safe and Lock for any safe or lock issue.

Allegheny was the original constructor of our backyard fence, so we contacted them recently when we…read moreneeded a couple of things. First, after many years (I believe it's been there for about 35 years!), the chain link post is pulling away from the gate on one side which is becoming a dangerous situation where my dogs could get out, so that needs to be repaired. Second, I wanted to discuss a potential add-on fencing solution above my koi pond to block my dogs from running up there, where it's also become a dangerous situation over a high retaining wall as they "race" with a neighbor dog on the other side of the permanent fence. I actually had two other fencing companies and a landscaper come to assess that pond situation, and neither of the other fence companies would just be honest with me: putting any type of fencing up there is to likely to damage the retaining wall beneath and nobody is going to do it and incur that liability. Dan from Allegheny spent an incredible amount of time in the yard trying to figure out a way and took this project to his lead designer before coming to the no-go conclusion, which I really appreciated. Both of the other fence companies left with promises to get back to me with a quote, and the call back just never came. So, on this #ServiceStarShoutout day, I want to shout out the above-and-beyond attempt made to address my issue, the honesty and responsiveness (not always standard in these types of industries, unfortunately), and say that I am really looking forward to having Dan and the team repair the existing portion of our fence! This has been an extremely high-quality fence that has stood the test of time, and I know this work will be done the same way. Allegheny's prices are not the cheapest out there, but they are fair and their product and experience instill confidence, which is critically important when it comes to something that's going to protect the lives of your furry and human little ones.

I have three fur babies and I was using a bungee cord to keep the gate closed. Apparently the post office finds it too difficult to operate such a complex device, and so I thought i should get it fixed. When I called they sent out a sales guy to check out the situation and give me an estimate. Dan was a great guy, personable and knowledgeable. They are so busy he estimated that it would be Mid-March that they'd be able to do the work. Much to my surprise, a service guy, named Bill called yesterday to come out today and fix the problem. Both he and his helper were great. it took them about three hours to do the work (in the freezing cold today) and the fence looks great!
