This store is a 40 minute drive, one way, for me so I wanted to make sure I wasn't driving that far for nothing. Walter, the Harbor Freight 'supervisor', explained to me, upon arrival at the store, that Wade was at lunch but that he would help me. Over 10 minutes of searching for the part lead to nothing being found, even searching where employees store things for customers. Complete, outright incompetence and straight forward lying to their customers over the phone that the employees have checked for products that are supposedly in stock and holding for customers!!! And to add insult to injury, the smugness and borderline arrogance in which Walter, the store 'supervisor' dealt with not having the part that I was guaranteed by his coworker that they had 'On Hand' was horrendous. No explanation as to what might have occurred, apology for wasting my time or remedy to ensure that this doesn't happen to another customer wasn't even offered. Needless to say, I will never buy ANYTHING from this store again and good luck to anyone that has to deal with these incompetent, ill-trained and poorly supervised employees!

Bought a brand new Rheem Hot Water Heater from Home Depot today. Installed it and it will not…read morelight. Find out it has a known defect. Home Depot will not take it back. If we try to fix it ourselves, it voids the warranty. No customer service for Rheem available until tomorrow C.T. What a nightmare!!! Shame on Home Depot and Rheem. The water heater should have been recalled. Now we have a family of six, one pregnant, who have NO HOT WATER.

She was very patient, very knowledgeable and super helpful in the process. She actually even had a sample of the floor we chose and a white cabinet that we were able to put up against the slabs to make sure it all worked together. The gentleman that came to do our template was so friendly and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and answer any of our questions. We were able to go back to Choice Granite and select what sections of the slab would be used and where. You could tell the pride they took in their work and were so dedicated to getting it just right. The install day came and the install team was fantastic. They were efficient, professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly. The finished product is awesome! You can tell just how much time they put into make sure everything was perfect. The backsplash lines up perfectly with the design on the actual counter etc. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'm so thankful that our contractor took us there!

The template guy was thorough and accurate. Fabrication was completed on the day they promised and the install team was punctual. They took care not to damage any of the rest of the house during the install process. Worth noting that due to an error on my part, they had to make a second trip to install a part of the countertop. Pricing was reasonable given the scope of work we requested, which included substantial hand-prep for the hearths (curved to fit the fireplace). The install techs are pretty quiet, but I'm paying them to install countertops, not to talk my ear off. They were certainly professional and the install was perfect (incl a seam that was flawless). I can't speak to the old reviews here, but I had numerous interactions with the office staff, the install manager, and the team- everyone was professional and courteous. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and the price I was quoted.

Despite a nation-wide shortage, R.G. Behers obtained the generator that we wanted in short order, because they're a long-time installer with a great service record. When we lost electricity for 3 days last month, the generator turned itself on and the automatic transfer switch "took over" our electric panel, with no disruption in heat, light or any of our electric fixtures. No mess, no need to go out into the snowstorm, no need to fill fuel tanks. Great people to work with!
