fence panels 9/17/25. Delivered from another store in 10/25 unwrapped and went to use 10 off…read morethe top absolutely had to be replaced before trying to put up fence. Had to buy 10 panels. Used rest to put up fence with 6 still needing replaced due to rotting boards and missing pieces. Tried to get about 400.00 back to replace what we need. Was told we waited almost 9 months to put up fence but they sent us panels that were wrapped in March of 2024. Were told sorry can't reimburse. So had to spend over 500.00 to replace 10 already and still have to replace 6 more. Can't afford more panels yet so this is what fence looks like currently. Ordered 26 panels and need to replace 16. Union town store said sorry but since they didn't deliver them corporate said No!!! WTH. Bad service and will not recommend anyone buy fence panels from Home Depot. Apparently they sent old scrappy panels to get rid of them. Ridiculous. Only basked for 400.00 but have to spend almost 800.00 to have a nice fence!!!!

The second one they sent was dented but I accepted it because I didn't want to lose any more food and just within the last few days it started not working properly again!!! I am now sitting here with a large side by side refrigerator that will not get cold and will not keep my food fresh! it is my suspicion that they're selling refurbished frigerators as a new at this location and I don't trust the store! So I just want to warn anybody who reads this if you're shopping for the refrigerator do not go to Lowes and they will not give you a good product!!!

She was very patient, very knowledgeable and super helpful in the process. She actually even had a sample of the floor we chose and a white cabinet that we were able to put up against the slabs to make sure it all worked together. The gentleman that came to do our template was so friendly and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and answer any of our questions. We were able to go back to Choice Granite and select what sections of the slab would be used and where. You could tell the pride they took in their work and were so dedicated to getting it just right. The install day came and the install team was fantastic. They were efficient, professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly. The finished product is awesome! You can tell just how much time they put into make sure everything was perfect. The backsplash lines up perfectly with the design on the actual counter etc. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'm so thankful that our contractor took us there!

I used Choice Granite & Marble to install 2 kitchen countertops (incl a farmhouse sink), a marble…read morewindow sill, and two granite hearths in a house I'm remodeling. Their work was excellent. The template guy was thorough and accurate. Fabrication was completed on the day they promised and the install team was punctual. They took care not to damage any of the rest of the house during the install process. Worth noting that due to an error on my part, they had to make a second trip to install a part of the countertop. Pricing was reasonable given the scope of work we requested, which included substantial hand-prep for the hearths (curved to fit the fireplace). The install techs are pretty quiet, but I'm paying them to install countertops, not to talk my ear off. They were certainly professional and the install was perfect (incl a seam that was flawless). I can't speak to the old reviews here, but I had numerous interactions with the office staff, the install manager, and the team- everyone was professional and courteous. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and the price I was quoted.

I spoke with more than one electrical company at the time, but Robert Behers immediately impressed me as the expert I needed for the task. His explanation of alternatives and associated costs were transparent, his estimate precise, and his advice heeded. Robert's son, Bob, is equally knowledgeable. Bob can make a diagnosis over the phone when I describe a sound; and when an unusual event has occurred (such as a hiccup with ignition for a power failure that immediately follows one that lasted continuously for most of a week), he gives precise instructions over the phone to solve the issue, much like the control tower helping a passenger to land a plane after the pilot has become ill. Joe, who always has arrived on time over the past 7 years for thorough annual generator maintenance and upkeep (replacing a battery or spark plugs at specific intervals, servicing valves after prolonged use, etc.) also is a wizard and answers all questions with responses that I am able to grasp. Despite a nation-wide shortage, R.G. Behers obtained the generator that we wanted in short order, because they're a long-time installer with a great service record. When we lost electricity for 3 days last month, the generator turned itself on and the automatic transfer switch "took over" our electric panel, with no disruption in heat, light or any of our electric fixtures. No mess, no need to go out into the snowstorm, no need to fill fuel tanks. Great people to work with!

Some things are really really highly priced- I was looking for a baby gift for a friend and the soft page baby books were $20-$30! I did end up getting something small- a golf themed "12 days of christmas" tea towel for my friend's parents
