When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances at a store, you would think that the business would appreciate it and try to assist you if issues arose. Not Bridgeville Appliance. We bought extended warranties from Bridgeville since they told us the extended warranty is better than the manufacturer's warranty and Bridgeville will repair them - not some other company. Ice maker broke in early August - needed a cutting grid. We called Bridgeville to get it repaired and they told us that they do not repair that brand of ice maker - when we were told at purchase that they repaired everything in house. Since they couldn't repair it, they outsourced it to another company. The warranty company that Bridgeville Appliance sold us is still investigating the claim. I was so furious at what Bridgeville Appliance sold us that I private paid over $600 to get the ice maker fixed. It is 3 months later and the warranty company is still investigating. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance and they told me it was a service issue and the owner or manager were notified. A month later and nothing from the owner. Nothing from the manager. There are a lot of companies out there that sell higher end appliances. Companies that would appreciate your business. Go to one of them. Bridgeville Appliance loved the money when they sold me the product, but did not stand behind ANYTHING. NOTHING... Go to a company that cares. Bridgeville Appliance DOES NOT.

When i finally a person i had a headache and was yelling at them. Not their fault. What should have been a 5 min phone call too over 30 minutes. Get rid of the AI assistant. Give us a real person. Will not use Geek Squad again due to inability to talk to someone competent without jumping through hoops. The companies that don't go to AI assistants will stay in business. All the other ones will go out of business. Personal care and competence still matters a lot.

I've always liked going here…read more When I was working on a plumbing project a friend told me to go to 3 Brothers plumbing and heating supplies. I went, but they have LOUSY hours, are expensive, and not only didn't have a few things I needed but told me they aren't even made anymore. So, I went to my trusty Daniels' instead, like I should have to begin with. Amazingly they had the very items I needed, including what I was told was not even made anymore. 3 Brothers completely lost my business after that. Even if Daniels doesn't have it I will NEVER go there as they are blatant liars with crappy hours. I love going here to be able to get one or two bolts, or nuts or whatever, instead of an entire package. For a small store they have almost everything I ever need for my projects or home maintenance. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you come in. They are always asking if you need help. If you need help and they are not right there just go to the counter and they will help. Unlike at a big box store when you need help and you can't find a stinking soul to help you. lol. They will talk with you about what you are doing and looking for and can make suggestions or will look for an answer. At a big box store once you DO find somebody, half the time they can't help and have to get somebody else. So, their hours are great. Their staff is friendly, helpful and around. The selection is great. And their prices are not bad either.

Don't use them, I found frig cheaper at the big box stores, I wanted to supply this store since my Dad went there for years but they don't call back or try to make things right!!! This took them over a month with numerous calls to give any respect! Go somewhere else. Let me start this review by saying our refrigerator is garbage, dont buy Samsung! Doug came out in April and spent an hour+ defrosting buildup. He made some minor repairs and cleanups and left us with a 30 day guarantee. We had to call him again in May when ice buildup returned, and he came back (both of us) knowing it was not the fault of his labor, but rather the faulty craftsmanship of our refrigerator. Doug has a lot of knowledge and even more through consultation with his father's decades of experience. He made literal MODIFICATIONS to our refrigerator (moving a sensor or thermometer or something) to make our refrigerator function as it should.
